Love this place. The prices are good and I've never spent more than six minutes waiting for my food. The pizzas are totally fine, but what I love are the salads. You can put in whatever you want and they always have really great veggie options including my personal favorites, Italian broccolini, roasted garlic, and sun dried tomatoes. If you're going with pizza, go with less toppings, even though all their options look so fresh and tasty. No matter how much you try to pile on there, it might NOT TASTE GOOD. That being said, chicken, red onion, arugula, and finish with buffalo sauce. Amazing. Should also mention their drinks as well, the lemonades are tasty and don't taste artificial at all, and while I'm not the biggest fan of the caramelized pear iced tea, everyone else I was with loved it. We love fast casual and Mod is one of our favorites. You can add all the toppings you could want so customizing to my husband and my varying tastes is perfect. I tend to add all the vegetables. Don't be afraid to ask for more than one sauce too. For under $10 a person it really is a steal for how much food you get. We each order the larger size and save a few pieces for lunch the next day. If you heat it up in the oven it stays crisp and is almost as good as the day you bought it. I ordered online-two pizzas and one Cesar salad. The website said it will take 30 minutes to make. Headed out and was in Mod 5 minutes after the 30 minute mark. Went up to the cashier, told him my name and he started looking for the order. Yikes! No order done..at all. But they received the order. Was I a little upset? Of course but the saving grace? They gave us two free pizzas for our next visit. Customer service won! Good job guys for taking care of a mess up. read more

I'd give zero stars, if I could. While I was thrilled to get a MOD Pizza in the Highlands, and have eaten there many times, I will not be going back. December 26, 2016 I opted to brave the crowds and went to grab lunch, and willingly stood in line for my pizza. Until I watched a female employee (medium length brown hair wearing a Star Wars beanie) who was restocking the toppings palm a small handful of chopped bacon, then bend down... presumably to put the bacon bin back under the counter. When she stood back up it was clear she had put that bacon in her mouth - and then she joined the assembly line to help make customer's pizza without changing her gloves. Grazing off the toppings is one thing, making my food with the gloves you just shoved food in your mouth with is another. No thanks! read more

Nothing like pizza and salad fresh to order with tons of customizable options! We had just finished snowboarding at Snoqualmie and stopped in for a quick dinner. We were starving! Between 5 of us we ordered 4 mod size pizzas and one family salad. The pizza is delicious, and ready in a reasonable time! It's a nice restaurant, with a clean, friendly, warm atmosphere. They have fresh lemonade which tastes amazing! I love the option to add any extra ingredients to your pizza as you go. The staff is kind and professional, and the price isn't bad either. This place is amazing. I always ordered their make your own pizzas online but just recently realized they will make your salad anyway you like. There is no better, more affordable pizza for someone like myself who piles on the toppings! Pay by the crust size (and an extra 2 dollars I believe for the most delicious gluten free crust imaginable) and add all the toppings your heart desires for NO additional cost!! They make it right in front of you in a "subway like fashion" where you choose the toppings and watch them put it on, they take it and slide it in their oven and call out your name when it's done, asking if you want to finish it off with a drizzled dressing. This is my favorite pizza joint. They offer only thin crust personal sized pizzas but the toppings are endless and included in the price. They also have set pizza options in case you're not sure what flavors will mix well together and you can add on more to these as well. I usually get the "Tristan" pizza and add chicken, olives, tomatoes, artichokes and the mixture of flavors is amazing. The toppings really are endless and all of them are on display so you can see what you want and get it added. Be aware the pizzas are thin so you don't want to overdo it with the toppings. They have three pizza sizes to choose from. First is the mini 6" which is good for kids, second is the Mod 11" which is the regular pizza everyone usually gets and is priced at $8.27 and can easily be shared if you're not too hungry, and lastly the third option Mega offers a thicker crust but is the same size as the Mod. The pizzas cook really fast 5-10mins since the dough is reallt thin and you can even call ahead and they will have your order ready for pickup. The create your own option makes this the best place for picky eaters and adults. The staff here is always welcoming and patient when choosing your toppings and go above and beyond to make sure I was accomdated and came out to my table to deliver our pizza. I would call it comfort food at its finest. They also offer fresh salads made to order and garlic and cinnamon sticks along with some delicious lemonade and milkshake options. My daughter had been after me to try Mod Pizza and I would shrug her off thinking it's just another pizza franchise with an odd name. She kept pestering me and brought some pizza for me to try. Wow is all I can say. It came customized, hot and so delicious. The other day I told my husband about Mod Pizza and he insisted on a Costco pizza. I told him if he tried the Mod Pizza that he would prefer it over Costco's. Well, he gave in and bought a few pizzas and also a salad with three different dressings. He took one bite and he was hooked. He said that is best pizza he ever had. It really is. I recommend this pizza place to anyone who doesn't want to try anything new. I go to MOD Pizza every couple of weeks. I'll say there are pros and cons, but the pros outweigh the the cons. Pros: the pizza is absolutely delicious. I've had better, but I genuinely love this pizza. I love being able to build my own pizza with all the toppings I could ever want at one great price. And the price is very hard to beat as well. $7.47 for a delightfully filling sized pizza with infinite toppings. Perfect! Cons: the location feels a bit small. It's a nice building in a good area, but there's just not a lot of room in there on a busy night, and every time I go it's very busy. The staff could be a bit friendlier, however I can't really fault them for not being chatty when there's 30 people in line and every table is full. read more

You have the options to get a regular or small pizza (Usually everyone gets their own pizza). You also choose if you'd like it for there or to go (no delivery). If you chose from a classic, you can add or remove ingredients, or you can just tell them what you want if your choosing to make a custom pie. The next people in the assembly line add your toppings. Forgot to add or remove something? Not to worry! Just say what you'd like done. Next is where you decide the drink to go with the meal. While your pizza cooks in the carousel oven for a few minutes, (its VERY fast) you can sit and socialize, or stand at the end and wait. Whatever works best for you. Lots (lots!) of options on the pizza, but the cafeteria style line moves you along pretty fast, so if you are not a regular, take someone who is. Noisy, crowded. Enjoyed the food and despite the train station atmosphere, we got our food ordered and were in eating in a surprisingly short time. Finding a table for a large group can be a problem, but overall a pretty cool place. Has nothing to do with the restaurant, but parking is a hassle. read more

Really great place to eat. I always order the Tristan with chicken or the Lucy Sunshine with chicken sometimes I get a milkshake and the pizzas and milkshakes are delicious. Staff is really friendly joked around with one of the guys for spelling my name wrong as a joke. The reason why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because if they're is only a few people they don't yell hello at me but if there is a lot of people like during lunch shift I get yelled hello at. Staff is extremely nice one time I went to Starbucks and I set right next to a mod employee and she asked me if I liked my pizza which I did and I told her that I liked my pizza. We ordered 2 for pick-up, they got one completely wrong (forgot the cheese...really?), they hardly had any sauce or toppings on them, they were wafer thin. Was really disappointing and will not be back. They were also really crowded, which is fine...but extremely inattentive to the customers waiting in line (and on the phone when we called to complain about our wrong order). Can't say enough good things about the service here! From the first server who suggested we could --really--get as many toppings as we liked (picky kids, tho...) and foresaw the two kids sharing one Mod sized pizza might like the pie cut in 8 pieces instead of the standard 4, to the cashier who gave lucid advice on our beverage choices, both in terms of best soda value and beer flavor profiles, and everyone in between, as well as the friendly and helpful staff on the floor...this was just a great service experience beginning to end. And this was on a busy Saturday evening right at the rush. The pizzas were SO good, tasty, and just enough food, combined with the excellent Caesar salad and finished with the cinnamon strips...we just couldn't be more pleased. Great pizza, excellent service. We are from Spokane Valley and have a Mod over in downtown Spokane and we will be sure to visit there when we are back home. Made On Demand? Should be more like "Make Ordering Difficult!" First of all, every pizza place on the planet makes pizza on demand. They also seem to be able to do it within 20 minutes from ordering to stuffing your pie hole! It took us nearly an hour JUST TO WAIT TO GET OUR ORDER IN! I suppose if I was hip to the tech, I would have have ordered ahead of time from an app or something but there is no reason why folks coming in off the street should have to wait this long, just to order. In their defense, many folks were confused, had to ask questions and clarify things. But, this could also be fixed by having a much simpler menu. For example, they don't list their available ingredients. Many customers had to had to hover over the counter, prompting the pizza maker to add each ingredient, like a subway sandwich shop. The pizza is good (wood fired, super thin crust/cracker style) but not out this world and certainly NOT worth the wait. I won't be going back. read more
