Came here during a trip to Denver. Service was great but the food didn't taste great. Pizza got burnt, asking for extra ingredients was like pulling teeth to get a satisfying amount. read more

Dude with the big hat that cooks the pizza was extremely rude. My wife and I were the only ones in the restaurant eating and after 40 min of waiting because of all the online orders ahead of us I went to check on our pizza and they were on the counter cold. They never called our name. The guy behind the counter said he would remake it but who wants to wait another 40 mins. You would think they would care more about the customer experience actually dinning in their establishment but I guess this is the new world we live in. Sad to say I will not be back because of the staff. read more

Very good pizza and salads for a good price! You get as many toppings as you like. Service was good also.

My friend and I were craving pizza and luckily there was MOD pizza on our way back from Colorado Springs. We ended up getting mini pizzas and splitting a cheesy garlic bread. I got the white Alfredo and chicken, olives and mushrooms as my toppings. My pizza was cooked to perfection the way I liked it and filled with toppings which made it quite filling. In fact, I could only eat 2 slices of the cheesy garlic bread. The cheesy garlic bread was really good as well and had hints of rosemary and garlic but wasn't overbearing. We got our pizzas and bread within 10min which was pretty quick considering there were a good bit of people in front of us. There's plenty of seating outside and inside and I also really enjoyed their wall decor. Overall, can't go wrong with MOD pizza and happy I spotted one on our drive! read more

5 stars to Mod Pizza for a great lunch and fantastically polite employees. I brought the kids here as it was close the the hotel we're staying in and was pleasantly surprised with the fresh ingredients and choices. My chicken sausage and mushroom pizza was delicious with perfect crust! We took a Greek salad to go for the hubs, who was working, and it looked beautiful. We will definitely be back- thanks to the crew who made our delicious food and were so nice! read more

We waited in line for over 20 minutes while several employees, including the manager, stood around and closed down half of the food prep line. When I asked the manager why they were covering up half the ingredients instead of serving customers, he told me "I'd like to go home sometime today." I finally left at 8:11 p.m., after arriving at 7:40 p.m. There is no reason it should take over an hour to close a restaurant, especially with multiple staff members on-site. Their behavior showed a complete lack of respect for customers still waiting to be served. Very disappointing experience. read more

Faster to go to a normal pizza place. The guy working the oven section won't let anyone else put anything in the oven even though they're not doing anything. Probably 40 pizzas waiting to go into the oven and this guy's just doing them one at a time. On a Friday night at 8:30 PM. If you're mad you work at MOD Pizza get a different job bro. All the other employees were just looking around helpless like sorry he won't let us do anything. 45 minutes for one pie. Maybe homeboy needs to work on multitasking. Pizza was decent. read more

Pizza was great! I loved the topics and everything tasted so fresh! However the crust was a little burnt so I would go lightly toasted instead of regularly cooked. The pizzas were actually decently priced around $9 a person for a personal pizza. The staff were very kind and efficient. The restaurants atmosphere was pretty cool and definitely worth coming. Great place to stop for lunch if dinner! read more

I always have a positive experience when visiting MOD Pizza. I love this location which is very close to the I-25 exit, Meadows Pkwy. This MOD Pizza location is also very close to the Outlet Mall in Castle Rock. Usually, I order a MOD regular size pizza and build it myself. I love the variety of toppings offered. You could go extreme and really load your pizza up! Today, I enjoyed my interaction with the staff member who built my pizza. He offered fantastic options to put on my pizza. He had wonderful knowledge of all the toppings. After ordering your pizza, they offer various beverages which include fountain drink Coca-Cola beverages along with two iced tea options and two different lemonades. They also a dessert of "No Name Cake" that feature different flavors. Today's flavor was Pumpkin Spice. Surprise, surprise... Dining room is a simple industrial style with outdoor patio that has plenty of seating. Music isn't too loud either. Also, it doesn't take too long for them to bake your pizza. Love that it comes out of the oven fresh. They waste no time calling your name when it's ready. Check out MOD Pizza or this location if you live in Castle Rock or you're visiting the area. Great lunch or dinner option! read more

I stopped by this MOD and was helped by Ellie and she was the sweetest! I was waiting in line and the customers in front of me were extremely rude to her and pilling an overly excessive amount of cheese and toppings onto their pizzas. They were impolite and unfriendly but she handled it well. I'm honestly baffled by these kinds of people, if you have nothing better to do than be rude to food service employees, you have a sad life. She helped me with my order quickly, and was very knowledgeable about the menu! The mega Mad Dog pizza I oredered was cooked perfectly and was done quickly! The store was clean and cozy. And just impressed with the resilience of the employees at this store! There's some terrible customers out there, kudos to her for being the better person read more

Passing through Castle Rock, we decided to stop here for a quick bite. I chose the thick crust build your own and was very happy with it. The crust was cooked perfectly and soft yet crunchy. The cheese melted and stretched nicely. It did not take long for them to make, so we were not waiting forever. I love the concept of this place, and the food always tastes amazing. read more

Pizza was good so that's the 2 stars but we put in an order at 6:25pm for 7pm pickup on a Friday night. Didn't get pizza until 7:15pm. Watched people order at 6:55 that got their pizza before us. What's point of order ahead if that doesn't get you into the que for an on time pickup? read more

Good size single person pizzas, totally and easily customizable how ever you like, done fast for a reasonable price. One of our favorite go to restaurants in Castlerock. Nice patio seating with a view of a fire pit. I love the Pizza Salad, it's one good way to get me to eat a salad, and there is always enough extra salad for another meal. You pick out all you want, meat, cheeses. vegetables, and dressing, and they toss it and give it to you in a bowl. Then they cook a garlic butter crust, then at you table you pour some of your salad on the crust and WaLa, pizza salad. read more

This place is hit and miss! I live about 25 miles south of this place and order a pizza to eat when I get home. Half the time the pizza is half cooked and even adding extra crispy isn't enough! The turn around with young kids and countless free pizza's after complaining, nothing has changed!!!! I have extra coupons if anyone wants them! They're useless! I'd go elsewhere unless you dine in so you can have them fully cook the pizza in house! read more

MOD please start taking online orders seriously! In person is okay and I feel that because we are there watching them make our food they make it well but don't expect quality food when you order online. Toppings are scarce and extra sauce requests are never fulfilled and orders are almost always wrong. If you request sauce on the side there's a 90% chance it will be put on top or a topping will be missed. The employees seem very kind but do not take online orders seriously and it's really disappointing. read more

Perfectly done pizza and salad! I love that you can build your own pizza or salad with a fresh variety of toppings and still pay one price. It's great for a family of picky eaters too. The seating is ok, wish the chairs were bigger or more comfortable, but it's fine. The service was quick and on point. I will be back for the no name cake, it made my eyes roll back! read more

We have enjoyed picking up pizzas for family and friends. The last two times we have been there we have enjoyed the pizzas wanting more- but we feel fulfilled! :) The only reason it is not 5 stars - the customer service. Pizzas quick, tasty but behind the counter they're hit n miss with customer service. Good ambiance choice outdoor or indoor seating

I've been a somewhat regular customer (once a month, or so) here and like the pizza. Unfortunately, the service has gone down just a bit (ignored when coming in to pick up a pizza, for example), but not distinctly UNfriendly. Just ... indifferent, maybe? I responded to a survey mentioning my disappointment and got a quick reply offering me a free pizza. Attempted to use the QR code for the pizza and it wouldn't work, although to her credit the staff person tried twice. There were people in line behind me so I just paid for the pizza myself, rather than slow everything down. Not sure if I'll go back. Maybe? read more

MOD Pizza - Mad dog and a pie - Pizza Near Me - Castle Rock, Colorado

Fair to middling most days, but on this particular day they left a lot to be desired. I'm not a meat eater, so I appreciate it when my veggies are fresh, and plentiful. Sadly today I was scraping the bottom of the barrel. That was the case with most barrels in fact. No mushrooms, light on the greens, and my drink of choice (the pear tea, thanks for asking) was empty too. Cmon people, time to refill some stations. Start with your line. Since my pizza was turning into a bit of a bust, I figure I'd get the chopped onion, as well as sliced and somehow I still only got the sliced (c'mon, the chopped distributes better!). Anyway, these people would rather be elsewhere, doing other things. I get that, really...I'm sure I'd feel the same. But, when I'm here, I'd like to get what I came in for. Most days, that's not an issue, but today it was. read more

Very cool little fast food pizza place. This is my second visit here as I stop at this location when I have a long drive so I can put a pizza in the passenger seat to snack on! Anyway, the price is definitely right and for the price you're getting a fresh made pizza to order quickly. Caught them when it was slow and Noah took me through the whole menu and process and hook me up with a really nice pie. Good guy. MOD Pizza - vegan and gluten free with pumpkin and sweet potato! YUM - Pizza Near Me - Castle Rock, Colorado

So my issue isn't the quality of the food it's the quality of the customer service. I ordered two non dairy pizzas to be delivered and received a call from the manager right after the delivery driver had picked up our food and left letting me know that they sent the wrong order out with the delivery driver. I actually appreciated that she called right after noticing that but the part that takes over this entire situation and forces me to write a one star review is that their solution to this problem was to have me drive down there to pick up the correct pizza and not reimburse me for all the fees from delivery. I had told the manager that I'm not driving down there and that the entire reason that I ordered delivery was to avoid driving down there in the first place. No offer to send a driver was ever given. She told me she was new and to let her see what she can do so I waited maybe five minutes and she called back saying that all she could do was reimburse the one pizza not the fees. I told her that it didn't make sense since I paid delivery fees on two pizzas and that they should be responsible for that too. She told me that they can't do anything about the delivery fees and I told her that they need to reimburse both pizzas then. Why do you think that a customer should pay for the delivery fees on an item your store screwed up? She was nice but extremely oblivious to the entire situation. When I requested a refund on both pizzas she asks, "So you want me to void out both pizzas?" Um, yeah since you aren't going to refund my delivery fees. She reluctantly said she would refund both. Look, I'm not after free but I'm after fair and it's not right for a customer to pay for something they didn't receive period! read more

This pizza place gives you the opportunity to Select your own variety of toppings and sauces right there in front of you, kind of like chipotle-subway style.. their crust is thin but the pizzas have a really good flavor. We ordered 2 pizzas for 3 people and it was satisfying enough. Our only complain here were those chairs, they have a design that makes it uncomfortable to sit on unless you are extremely skinny.... and the other thing was that the women's bathroom didn't lock so i had my sister watching outside just in case someone came. read more

What's nice about chains is that you always know what you're going to get. You always know what Pike Brew coffee at Starbucks is going to taste like. You know what a Quarter Pounder with Cheese is going to taste like. (May not be good but at least it's consistent.) MOD Pizza hasn't figured that out yet. Our pizzas always seem to be different each time no matter that we order the same pizza each time. Cooking in that oven can't be easy. Only had one good pizza in a year from this location come out perfect. The cauliflower pizzas are always over cooked and cracker like. I think a little more training should happen before they let someone cool in that oven, especially on busy nights. Now there's the outside dining area. It is gross. It needs to be pressure washed periodically. Bird crap everywhere. Flies were everywhere tonight. We hurried up and finished so we could get out of there. Last time we went, there was so much food on the ground, yellow jackets were everywhere. Not a pleasant experience. Probably won't be going back for a while. read more

Last night was my first visit here. Very loud, but fun. The outdoor seating was perfect. The wait for my order was prompt, and considering how busy and full the restaurant was, was impressive. Btw, lemonade was beyond good. Keep up the excellent work. read more

Thus place is amazing!! As you walk in you order as they make it. We had a part of Seven so we ordered it all together. I got the gluten free crust pizza with white sauce. You can add as many toppings to the pizza as you'd like. Also started adding artichoke to mine Yum!! After we ordered we sat dow. And wait to be called. The drink options are soda and different assortment of lemonade and flavored sweet teas. The overall cleanliness of the store was great. Tables were clean but didn't get a chance to check the restrooms. They accidentally dropped my pizza so she offferdd to remake it. Awesome!! Great customer service to admit the mistake and fix it. Probably be back when visiting family. read more

So the men's bathroom has a speaker in there blasting my jams. It was an experience to behold, getting shaken to my bones by classic rock while I washed my hands before and after my meal. It was clean and, well, the acoustics in there are epic. It's not weird, it's just a weird little detail. Last time I ate Mod pizza, I said, "just give me all the vegetables on a pizza. I'm a vegetarian. It seemed like a good idea. It wasn't. But I'm not one to poorly judge a restaurant for my own bad choices. Second time was better. This time, I ate the Dillan James. It's a pizza where the name has just as much personality as the actual pizza. I liked the smoothness of the cheese and the cheesiness of the cheese. It was a proper blend of flavors. I was not as big a fan of the pesto cheesy bread. I'm usually a fan of pesto but there was too much herbal there for me. My wife liked it though. read more

I never had a problem with this Mod Pizza location until today. I tried to make my usual order for online to pick up, but the ordering system said that my Favorite (Dillion James) was no longer available. I created my own pizza and left a note (which is limited as to the number of characters I could use) that I wanted a Dillion James with Lil' Hot Mama Peppers. I picked my pizza up on my way back to work, not bothering to check my pizza because I've never had a problem with this location before. But to my surprise, the pizza was burned on one side. Inedible. I called the location and asked to speak to a manager. Jackie helped me and told me that I could come in for another pizza which I did. On my way home from work, I called my pizza order in, introducing myself to the young lady that answered the phone. I thought the young lady hung up because the phone went dead, but Jackie gets on the line and says that her "associate" (said with a tone) passed the phone to her. I picked up my pizza and when I got home to eat it, I noticed that 3 out of the four slices had the stem tops of the peppers on it. You know what I'm referring to, the tops of the peppers that get cut off and thrown in the trash! THREE OF THESE PEPPER TOPS WERE ON MY PIZZA!! NO RESTAURANT PUTS PEPPER TOPS ON PIZZA!!
