One of my better experiences with a Shake Shack is at this location. Nice location; spacious and clean, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. There wasn't anyone at the register when we came in, but were able to order at their little kiosks. It was pretty easy to navigate and our food came out pretty quickly. Our food was hot and fresh. Personally, would've liked more cheese sauce on the cheese fries. Otherwise, everything was enjoyable. And although there is no drink station outside the register, we were able to ask for drink refills at the counter and they had no problem refilling our drinks.

I did not realize Shake Shack sold dog treats! So I got some for my dogs. Anyway, great service at this SS. Friendly peeps, clean and accommodating and of course the food is good. And get some treats for your pooch!

The food quality has definetly gone down since my last visit few years back. I received my hot dog only to find out it had a chunk missing on one end. Wasn't clear if it was a tear or a bite tbh but the staff were very kind and apologised for the bizarre situation. A new one was served and everything tasted a little skimped for flavor. Milk shake was so thick I couldn't drink it out of the straw. Tons of seating and nice location though.

Lately while visiting Shake Shack, I've been impressed with their quality of food and shakes. To date, I've tried their delicious chicken sandwich (Chicken Shack) and most recently, their new and limited time only, Korean Style Fried Chicken Shack. I really liked the Chicken Sandwich the best. Quite frankly, it's one of the best I've ever had. That's how much I enjoyed it. For shakes, I've tried the Coffee & Donuts and the Frozen Hot Cocoa. Both were really good. My only complaint about Shake Shack which has been consistent, is that they're overpriced. I feel their burgers are good but not great. I like how this location isn't far from my home. If it was farther away, I wouldn't go out of my way to grab food. It is conveniently just off the highway (I-25). Not a bad option if you're traveling on the highway and need a quick bite. I like how the dining room is modern and clean. Not a bad setup. I recommend some more televisions and lower the music. Also, when stopping by one morning, just at opening, a staff member (most likely a manager) was opening the store. She didn't come across as friendly and had a "sour look" on her face. Also, she didn't greet me nor express gratitude for choosing to come inside the restaurant. Another time I stopped by to purchase a sandwich at the drive-thru, the staff member (possibly another manager) was friendly, personable and offered great customer service. He had a great vibe. To the store manager or district manager, please take note of the discrepancy and align so that customer service becomes a standout and not an option for advertisement purposes. I will most likely return here and hopefully have service from that friendly male staff member.

Shakes not filled up. No drinks taken out of it. Pretty Sad....

Wow Shake Shack. Your getting cheap on your shake portion by not giving the customer a full shalke and you raised your prices on them. This happened twice thinking maybe you had a new person making shakes but nope you guys are ripping off customers now. I wont be back!!!!

Prepare to have your taste buds take a wild rollercoaster ride with Shake Shack's 'Avocado Oopsie-Daisy.' Picture this: you're eagerly unwrapping your delicious smelling chicken sandwich, ready to dive into creamy avocado bliss that you paid extra for, only to find what can only be described as a petrified turd-shaped surprise nestled between the buns. If I wanted to pay $25 for a turd, I would Venmo my dog after she comes inside from going potty. Shake Shack, you've outdone yourself in the art of culinary comedy. Four stars for the laughs, one star for the avocado's identity crisis, but hey, that's what makes dining here an adventure, right? For the folks making the food, if this looks appealing to you, I have a pile of turds in the backyard you can snack on.

I love this shake shack! I love that it has a drive thru and the food is always hot and fresh! The people who work there are also so friendly. You cant go wrong with the cheese sauce on the fries!

Great burgers and they have gluten free. I would definitely come back to shake shack and will probably try one of their shakes next time.

It definitely had a kick to it, even without using much of the sauce on the side. Vegetables were good, but when they put the chicken on top of the fries, those end up getting a little soggy. Wanting to try something different, one daughter had the grilled chicken sandwich. While she wasn't terribly impressed at the start, the more she ate, the more she approved, deeming it to be "fine" and something she'd likely get again. The other daughter, also wanting something different, had the green chili burrito. She wasn't as impressed with the dish, saying it didn't have much taste, even after adding good amounts of salt and pepper. The burrito was described as "mid", which I guess means 'not very good.' Doubtful she orders this again. Service was fine at the start, but somewhat sporadic as the meal progressed. We needed to flag the waiter down for refills and to get our check...which sometimes happens when sitting in the bar area.

We opted to try a couple of different appetizers that include included the chips and queso as well as the knots with a side of jalapeño soup for dipping. The knots were also filled with a cheese and it was absolutely delicious, even without the mustard or soup for dipping. The chips and queso are basic and nothing special. I also opted to try the Sriracha chili burger and it had a great flavor, but felt it was lacking some type of salt. However, the fries were absolutely delicious. Overall, the service was great and I would definitely be back.

He was very nice, through and prompt. He was very patient with us and we really appreciated that. We were trying to decide on what we really wanted. This was our first time here and we really enjoyed ourselves.. Oliver came back and took our orders for the food... when I tell you everything was delicious, hot, and very flavorful. Shameka like her patty melt. Kenn and Antanaysiah grit that their steaks were tender and cooked to perfection. The Cajun shrimp and lobster linguine was mouth watering goodness. I loved that the Alfredo sauce was made from scratch, The pork chop was juicy and tender; so Asante had no complaints. The salmon was flaky and sweet so Vince liked the veggies that was with it. The bbq bacon wrapped shrimp was devine and sooo good. Josh and Candice really enjoyed them. Jade loved the taste of the couscous with the shrimp. The fries were hot and on point with the garlic Parmesan. KJ said his chicken wings were seasoned with just the right amount of sauce, The salad was crispy and yummy. They loved the creaminess of the mash potatoes and the texture of the veggies. The place was cleaned, neatly decorated and the bathrooms were clean too. Oliver was simply amazing. As I have the past several times here, I went with the egg and carnitas tacos. I added a side of fresh fruit...both the eggs and fruit were very good. While she liked the taste of the avocado toast, she was very disappointed in the small size of the portion. She wish she had more. One daughter had the Mardi Gras omelette for the first time. While she liked the flavor, the fact that the ham was a full slice (lunchmeat style), as opposed to chunks or cubes, was weird...and required cutting with a knife. It's been our casual and fun go-to spot for a great brunch, lunch, or dinner to enjoy time together or watch a game! We know and enjoy good food and hope it will always be around! The owners are wonderful, and the staff they hire reflect that. Beyond that, what really matters to us, at least, is great food--and Hideaway delivers every time. With the ever-growing Castle Rock food scene, we admit we've strayed from time to time depending on what we're looking for (fine dining, etc.), but we always come back to Hideaway when we want consistently good food, friendly staff, and welcoming owners. We've never had a bad meal. Unfortunately, that's hard to say about other comparable places in the area we have tried (but to each their own). Best onion rings we've tried anywhere (chicken tenders, fish tacos, burgers, sandwiches, salads, appetizers, the Hideaway Signature Pasta--the list goes on), but honestly, everything on the menu we've ordered has been delicious, and every time we go, it takes us a while to decide since everything is so good!
