Came for a birthday treat. In-N-Out has everything down to a science. The employee at the drive though taking my order was friendly and helpful. The cashier was efficient and the associate who gave me my food made sure everything was correct. My order was a double double animal style with extra grilled onions. If you've never had In-N-Out the double double is two patties of meat with two pieces of melted American cheese, fresh iceberg lettuce, tomato and spread on a delicious bun. Animal style adds mustard on the patties, extra spread, pickles and grilled onions. I also sprung for animal style fries well. The well means the fries are cooked a bit longer than normal. In-N-Out does use fresh potatoes so they're made to order. They have Coke products and usually go for that or fresh iced tea. Today I sprung for a Neapolitan shake, which is chocolate, strawberry and vanilla mixed together. A delicious meal and I'll be back again. read more

Had great experiences with In and Out in AZ. This one was certainly popular and very busy. The drive thru line was ridiculous and inside was chaotic. They still moved pretty fast. I asked that they adjust from dine in to carry out and they did great. There weren't spots to be had to sit anyway. Unfortunately, the animal style burger seemed cold as did the animal style fries. Let's face it, their fries kind of suck. Even with all the stuff on them they weren't much better. The special sauce doesn't have the zing of Mickey D's. I don't think I'll be going there again. We don't have them in the Midwest where I live, and I'm okay with that. Over hyped. read more

My first experience at Colorado In-n-Out and it wasn't too bad. I would give a 5 star for the service, mostly for the young gentleman taking my order. He detailed the fixings that are available and asked if I was eating in the car. He could tell I was a bit confused by the latter, especially since this was the drive thru. He kindly explained the way they box or bag it. I had a coupon for a free burger of choice (courtesy of CU Buffs Bball) and went with a simple cheeseburger, sans onions. I took my meal home and I was pretty impressed with the crisp lettuce and generous cut of tomato. Oh, and the special sauce (aka the spread) was pretty good. It was applied sparingly, which is nice to not make the bun all soggy. The wait time was as expected. From the time I entered the drive thru, ordered, paid and picked ip my order, it was just under 10min. Not too bad compared to the stories of when they first opened. Would I come back? For sure. But only if I am in the neighborhood and looking to get a burger to grab and go. read more

I normally do not review fast food establishments. However, there are two burger joints that do not exist on the east coast, so I had to visit both while in Colorado. First, I tried Freddy's Frozen Custard and Burgers and second In-N-Out Burger. There is no argument that both of these places are a step up from McD's, Burger king and Wendy's. Both are in the same quality and price range as Five Guys, although In-N-Out Burger came in lower priced than Five Guys or Freddy's. Freddys has better fries than In-N-Out. In fact, I don't get the INO fry consistency. Both burger joints are heavy on the salt on the fries. Freddy's delivers an excellent smash burger. The INO burger is high quality beef but so is Freddy's, and the bun is very fresh tasting at INO. I like both of them and they both offer a different type of delicious burgers. We were going to find a place to sit down and eat but decided for quick and easy, hard not to like In-N-Out burger, the service was quick and they are very efficient for the amount of people they serve. It was nice that they had servers in the drive through line to make it smoother a process. The parking lot was full and the line for the drive through was long. We ordered four by four and a cheeseburger meal. They asked if we wanted to eat in the car or to go. This is to determine the container they pack your meal in. I've recently moved to the Denver area and I'm like a kid in a candy shop! As I'm driving around discovering things I came across In-N-Out Burger. I've heard raves about this chain and I know it's a Cali celebrity favorite. Well I steered my car into the drive thru line. A very nice gentleman standing outside (about 55° even though mid December) took my order taking time to explain how In-N-Out Burger "does it". The line moved efficiently and quickly enough with all staff along the way were courteous. I said I would be eating in my car and my #1 meal was served in an open box. DELICIOUS! I have been to this In-N-Out a few times in the past and I've always had a pleasant experience. This most recent time knocked it out of the park. I am not a fan of drive thrus, especially at extremely busy places. But the parking lot was completely full so I just had to. The lady who took my order was nice but also shockingly efficient. I then watched as a 20 car line moved faster than a 3 car line at McDonalds. I got to the pay window, and was greeted by a very happy guy who seemed actually happy to be working. And then they gave me a placemat! For my car so it doesn't get dirty! What other business does that? I was already thoroughly impressed, and then I got my food. It was absolutely perfect, I got animal style fries and a double-double with a Diet Coke and let me say for 14 dollars I felt extremely satisfied. Gave me ketchup and napkins along with the previously mentioned placemat. For a work lunch break, not too shabby! Will be returning probably multiple times next week. So impressive considering how busy the mall next door is and it being a Saturday. read more

I'm a FOREVER Fan!! As a Southern California native, my family would go to the original In-N-Out in Baldwin Park since it's opening and I must say that the quality is never compromised. With the slow expansion of the business, I was incredibly happy to see the distribution center come to Colorado and several restaurants open!! The people are always so attentive and welcoming and the restaurant is always clean!! Love this place. Only locals knew of their secret menu but as a result of the internet, now anyone can check it out. I'm happy to report that this location is just as wonderful as any other location I've been to throughout the country. Came here at 2:30 on a Wednesday and it was so busy! The drive thru line was insane but we ate inside. Staff taking your order is so sweet and efficient. We waited around 15 minutes for food which for fast food is quite slow. The Diet Coke in the soda machine didn't taste great. Animal style fries were great and actually fresh unlike other locations I've been to. I think without all the fancy stuff the fries here remain some of the driest I've had but that's in and out for you. Burgers were fresh with some fresh toppings! read more

When we chose to stay in Parker Colorado for our little summer vaca, little did we know there would be In-N-Out relatively close! They actually are building a brand new one in Parker, which got us pretty damn excited, but we realized that they were still in the construction phase so we had to find the next nearest one (less than 20 minutes away). Since this was only my second time ever gracing the grounds of one of these, I let my sister direct my ordering. I opted for the double double animal style and animal style fries. IYKYK. If you have never been here, you're not going to see this exactly on the menu. There is a secret menu that you can find online if you're interested. I will say that the burgers as they have it on the menu are going to be delicious no matter what, but, I wouldn't order the fries plain. They would've been underwhelming with without the animal style addition. I will say that the staff was SUPER helpful. They were polite, willing to make accommodations based off of what I was needing for an accessible booth, and for how busy they were, they were keeping the place clean. They definitely could have used more handicap parking spaces for how busy they were. I was actually on my way to Chipotle and got stuck in the drive thru line that hadn't even reached the parking lot yet. Okay...I was undecided anyway and since I lost 10 mins already..might as well commit. Double Double with onion, No TOMATOES!! I guess I didn't say that last part loud enough. Fries well done. I like a little color on mine. If they are going to take my order wayyyy out in the parking lot..let me pay there as well. My maiden voyage was a big bust! Well, today was my first and last visit to In-N-Out Burger, Parker. Got a cheeseburger, fries and drink. The cheeseburger was cold to the touch. Although the tiny pancake patty had good meat flavor, it was cold and still pink on the inside. This tells me that its contact with a heating element was very brief. That explains the temperature as well. The fries (sign say "always fresh") were also cold to the touch. They were dry and hollow in the center -- like chewing on cardboard. They were inedible and so disappointing. The soda? It was wet. Washed down the few fries I ate! Oh, I found a plus! All employees had a smile. read more

I am always flabbergasted by the drive through line to this place. Why are there always so many cars no matter the day or time? I've only ever dined in because the line daunts me. Not to say that dining in is empty because that also has always been crazy busy! There is a decent amount of seating despite the small interior but there is a chance there won't be any when you are there. Despite the constant state of busy, the interior is spotless. Another fact that surprised me, because the food comes served on a shared tray with your party and i always somehow manage to make a mess of it while eating. I do wish the dine in option came with individual platters. The burgers are fresh tasting and served with the right fixings. The patty itself is very thin, so if you like a meaty burger add another one or two. The animal style fries is great because I don't like their fries plain and the caramelized onions are excellent. Prices are great for what you get. Service, while very friendly and helpful, does feel like it takes too long for a fast food place with a limited menu and a ton of workers on the line. I gotta tell ya, I'm a huge fan of In-N-Out. I love an old-fashioned hamburger that's made fresh and fries covered in cheese and sauce. On my last visit I stopped at the drive-thru for just a simple cheeseburger. They have a worker outside taking your order instead of the drive-up speaker box. Once I paid and received my food, everything was perfect. If you tell them you're eating in your car they give you a little cardboard box tray for your food, which is really helpful to not mess up your interior. Anytime I visit a city with an In-N-Out Burger, I generally try to visit once during my trip. My standard order is a double-double with cheese and ketchup only, fries that I order well done or extra crispy as I find the regular fries to be rather limp, and a Diet Coke. Inside is faster than drive-thru, and $13 for a meal isn't bad. Cheeseburger (double patty) and vanilla milkshake were both pretty good, but the animal fries definitely weren't. There is always someone working the dining room when I go in, they are excellently staffed and the tables get wiped down SUPER quickly. They are on it!! In terms of the food, the burger is good. The patty is fresh and the burger itself is well made. But come on yall, it's just a burger. I'm from the west coast so I understand that everyone is obsessed with in n out but seriously - it's just a burger. The fries have gone downhill over the years. As mentioned in my Chik-Fil-A review, my 1950s LA-native dad loves a good fast food joint, especially In-N-Out, from his native California (though he's lived in Colorado for the past 40+ years, before he sadly passed - due to COVID - last year). My dad proudly sported at least 6 In-N-Out shirts, in both white & black, from Colorado, California, Las Vegas, and Arizona during his home health physical, occupational, and speech language pathology therapy sessions last September, while fighting the after effects of long-haul COVID, before passing unexpectedly in October. Like many in the Lone Tree area (where his church was based, nearby, across I-25), he sadly fell for homicidal lies & propaganda, and was unvaccinated. As a result, given both my dad & I have spent time living in the San Francisco Bay Area (him, after the Vietnam War, before joining the FBI - in both Denver & NYC), when I arrived on the scene from NoVA/DC - though I'm a Colorado native - my first stop, of course, was to In-N-Out - last August. I ordered my "go-to" #2 - with onions, like other smart reviewers said ;) - and my fries animal style. This location also courteously provides lap mats (placemats for the car), and a fork with animal style fries! Very smart. Love their Zero Sugar/Diet Lemonade. And their milkshakes, are also a hit. I remember growing up - in Denver (surrounding suburbs) - and visiting my cousins in SoCal - Orange County, to be exact, though my dad grew up in Beverly Hills - and we'd always hit up In-N-Out, because my dad loved their secret Bible verse underneath the cups. It's sweet, and they still do it. :) This location is also now sentimental - for me & my dad - because it's where I took him for his last, 77th, birthday, last September - one year ago, this month - because he was too embarrassed to bring his oxygen & walker (which he never had before COVID) in with us, to his favorite Indian restaurant. So I brought him here, and we ate in the privacy of our own car. Comically, I also played him the Beach Boys on Spotify, but he got sick of them after awhile, and asked me if I had anything else. At the time, I only had my Peloton Spotify playlist - mostly with house/bass/electronica - and, shockingly, my dad loved it. My dad is the best, my best friend, and I miss him every day, every hour, so this location will always be special to me - for the memories. I can see why people crave the In-N-Out burgers and fries. They are very consistent and perfectly seasoned. Is it the BEST burger in Denver-metro, nope. But the service is so spectacular and the flavors are certainly top-tier. For the BEST burgers, I would favor the burger in the bar during happy hour at Fleming (possibly the best value too) or ANY burger at Park Burger, especially the El Chilango. I regularly order off the "secret menu." I typically get a Double-double animal/protein style (lettuce wrapped, without a bun) without tomato and a regular fry. I will warn you, the animal-style protein (patty formed with grilled, chopped onions and mustard inside) will take about 3-5min longer, but it's worth it. As I stated above, the service is spectacular. The restaurant is almost alway busy and yet the staff is constantly circling to ensure the dining room is clean. I came in today to place a very large order for my company party and needed to speak with the manager so she can tell me if this was possible or not. She was really rude. And took a customers older while talking to me. While half way through of me telling her what I needed she told me to "Hold on" and walked off. I waited at the counter for about 20 seconds before I walked off. I was getting ready to spend around 2k for my company to enjoy food. Never mind!!!!
