So very disappointed in this place. First we walked up to the window, there's a computer where you order. The only person working saw us, never said hello. We finally needed their help so they reluctantly came over to help us. I put in my order and couldn't believe the price but figured it's gotta be good. Our food I could see was ready so I went up there and it was just sitting there on the counter, waiting for somebody to pick it up, but never was told to come get it. First bite of the burger was cold, I don't know how that could happen when They just made it. The cheese wasn't even melted. I'm guessing that they pre-cook the burgers and then maybe just heat them back up. It was very dry. I ordered the Englewood cheeseburger, and the crispy onions were yummy. The bun was astonishingly tiny. I'd say just a tad bigger than slider size, but sadly I didn't eat any of it anyhow. My main complaint was that this burger was noted to have bbq sauce on it on their website. I'm pretty picky about condiments (I don't like most of them), but I do like bbq sauce, so I figured this burger was a safe bet. I really wanted to try to Colorado burger, but decided to forego it because I saw it had a green chili aioli, and I am not a fan of mayonnaise. Unfortunately, when I looked on the bun there looked to be some sort of creamy red sauce on both the top and bottom bun of the burger, thus being the reason why I didn't eat any of the bun. I was kind of disappointed, but the quantity of crispy onions on the burger saved me from having to scrap the whole thing, since all of the sauce was shielded from actually touching the burger by the onions sticking to it. The burger patty itself was tender and delicious. I do believe those less picky than I would thoroughly enjoy their experience here. The fries were good, but just standard skinny fry fair- nothing special to write home about. I wish that more places would accurately represent their food by listing all of the things they include on every item, including all condiments. This place is not an exception, since this has happened to me many times where not all condiments used are listed on the menu. Or perhaps I'm mistaken, but I've never met a creamy bbq sauce in my life. I would assume it was some sort of bbq aioli, but I could be wrong. Sanitas Brewing Co. is an open bar/open seating place that includes C. Burger and Atlas Coffee. I had been before to try Atlas coffee but wanted to try C. Burger too! So my daughter and I thought we'd give it a try and we're glad we did. You order at a kiosk and pick up at the counter. Burgers were really good and fries good too. You can customize your burgers which I love. The only negative - only a small selection of soda (Coke & Diet Coke). I'm guessing most people get a beer since Sanitas is right there but having a few more options would be nice, especially if you don't drink alcohol. I have been craving a really good burger and C burger hit the spot! The burgers are unbelievably good and I can't wait to go back and have another! The cburger sauce is really good and the bun is perfect for the burger patties I also tried the porta bello mushroom burger which I thought was amazing. It was very juicy and was a very larger portion of mushroom. The cheese fries were good but I did not love the cheese that is used but that is just my personal preference. This space is shared with Sanitas brewery which makes it a little tricky to find as they do not have any signs on the outside. They have kiosks for ordering and the people making the burgers truly care how the burgers are. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good burger. read more

I've had this place bookmarked since it opened. Finally made it in for lunch the other day. It's in an open brew pub environment. We didn't want an afternoon food coma, so Mr H. and I split a Double CBurger Cheeseburger, with added bacon, and Green Chili & Cheese Fries, with added raw onion. Anthony was very informative about their beef from regenerative ranches. There is a kiosk for ordering, and they text you for pick up, so service is limited. Since the Pattie's are cooked smash burger style, we probably could have been fine with our own burgers. I wish places like this had smaller buns for their singles so the proportion would be better. But it was absolutely delicious, as were the fries. Mr H. is already asking when we're going to have their burgers again. Since we now live dangerously close, it will be very soon! read more

It's a very simple smash burger but the taste is on point. Feels a bit pricey compared to the quantity you get at another burger joint tho. The skinny french fries were just ok. Delicious and fresh hamburgers need I say more. I decided to give this place a try last night 11/5. The woman that was working was so sweet and helpful. They are located inside the Sanitas Brewery. I ordered the Colorado Cheeseburger single and it did not disappoint. The bun is toasted, the crispy jalapeños were delicious, and the flavor of the meat was fresh tasting.
