Right after grabbing a beer at Sanitas, I wandered next door to C Burger and thank God I did because the second the lager hit, I needed a bite. This place knows what it's doing. I ordered: Classic Burger - Double patty, American cheese, pickles, onion, ketchup, mustard. A textbook smashburger with crispy edges, juicy patties, and a soft, pillowy bun. Tallow Fries - Golden, crispy, and indulgent. Like fries got promoted to main character energy. It was honestly the exact meal I needed -- no notes. I left full, happy, and ready for a nap (which I 100% took when I got home). If you're in the area, hitting both C Burger and Sanitas Brewing Co. is the move. Can't wait to go back. read more

So very disappointed in this place. First we walked up to the window, there's a computer where you order. The only person working saw us, never said hello. We finally needed their help so they reluctantly came over to help us. I put in my order and couldn't believe the price but figured it's gotta be good. Our food I could see was ready so I went up there and it was just sitting there on the counter, waiting for somebody to pick it up, but never was told to come get it. First bite of the burger was cold, I don't know how that could happen when They just made it. The cheese wasn't even melted. I'm guessing that they pre-cook the burgers and then maybe just heat them back up. It was very dry. The fries were such a big disappointment couple squirts of sour cream and maybe one slice of cheese which I paid over $10 for. I had to interact with the person one more time and again they were just snarky. Everything about the places, uncomfortable from the seats to the employee. read more

The burger was good, but had no inventory of drinks and condiments while I was there. The "order it yourself" menu did not have the options I normally ask for, and the comments I added to get my burger the way I wanted it prepared were ignored. There is lots of room for improvement here. read more

I ordered the Englewood cheeseburger, and the crispy onions were yummy. The bun was astonishingly tiny. I'd say just a tad bigger than slider size, but sadly I didn't eat any of it anyhow. My main complaint was that this burger was noted to have bbq sauce on it on their website. I'm pretty picky about condiments (I don't like most of them), but I do like bbq sauce, so I figured this burger was a safe bet. I really wanted to try to Colorado burger, but decided to forego it because I saw it had a green chili aioli, and I am not a fan of mayonnaise. Unfortunately, when I looked on the bun there looked to be some sort of creamy red sauce on both the top and bottom bun of the burger, thus being the reason why I didn't eat any of the bun. I was kind of disappointed, but the quantity of crispy onions on the burger saved me from having to scrap the whole thing, since all of the sauce was shielded from actually touching the burger by the onions sticking to it. The burger patty itself was tender and delicious. I do believe those less picky than I would thoroughly enjoy their experience here. The fries were good, but just standard skinny fry fair- nothing special to write home about. I wish that more places would accurately represent their food by listing all of the things they include on every item, including all condiments. This place is not an exception, since this has happened to me many times where not all condiments used are listed on the menu. Or perhaps I'm mistaken, but I've never met a creamy bbq sauce in my life. I would assume it was some sort of bbq aioli, but I could be wrong. There are always exceptions in life, and maybe this is just one of them. Either way, I would give this spot a try again, but instead call ahead to verify on all condiments before ordering. read more

Sanitas Brewing Co. is an open bar/open seating place that includes C. Burger and Atlas Coffee. I had been before to try Atlas coffee but wanted to try C. Burger too! So my daughter and I thought we'd give it a try and we're glad we did. You order at a kiosk and pick up at the counter. Burgers were really good and fries good too. You can customize your burgers which I love. The only negative - only a small selection of soda (Coke & Diet Coke). I'm guessing most people get a beer since Sanitas is right there but having a few more options would be nice, especially if you don't drink alcohol. But don't let that stop you, go and try for yourself! read more

Burgers were good. Fries were well below average. A can of pop to drink? No glasses? No ice? Nowhere to sit? Disappointing at best. read more

I have been craving a really good burger and C burger hit the spot! The burgers are unbelievably good and I can't wait to go back and have another! The cburger sauce is really good and the bun is perfect for the burger patties I also tried the porta bello mushroom burger which I thought was amazing. It was very juicy and was a very larger portion of mushroom. The cheese fries were good but I did not love the cheese that is used but that is just my personal preference. This space is shared with Sanitas brewery which makes it a little tricky to find as they do not have any signs on the outside. They have kiosks for ordering and the people making the burgers truly care how the burgers are. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good burger. read more

I've had this place bookmarked since it opened. Finally made it in for lunch the other day. It's in an open brew pub environment. We didn't want an afternoon food coma, so Mr H. and I split a Double CBurger Cheeseburger, with added bacon, and Green Chili & Cheese Fries, with added raw onion. Anthony was very informative about their beef from regenerative ranches. There is a kiosk for ordering, and they text you for pick up, so service is limited. Since the Pattie's are cooked smash burger style, we probably could have been fine with our own burgers. I wish places like this had smaller buns for their singles so the proportion would be better. But it was absolutely delicious, as were the fries. Mr H. is already asking when we're going to have their burgers again. Since we now live dangerously close, it will be very soon! read more

C Burger - ColoRADo Cheeseburger double american cheese, smoked bacon, crispy jalapenos, green chili aioli - Burgers Near Me - Englewood, Colorado

I got the Colorado cheeseburger . The crispy jalapeños with the bacon and green chili aioli were very tasty. I got a single patty which apparently was not enough. Next time I'd get the double patty. It's a very simple smash burger but the taste is on point. Feels a bit pricey compared to the quantity you get at another burger joint tho. The skinny french fries were just ok. Theres an atlas coffee house and brewing place in the same joint which is cool. The bartender was super friendly. read more

This place is amazing, they have some of the best customer service I've seen. Their burger and fries was delicious.

Burger was a good smash burger,I got the one with BBQ and bacon. Got the green chili fries which had good flavor but could've used a little more green chili. Will definitely be back at some point. read more

First thing first. The BURGER. I am a pretend or want to burger enthusiast. I am not a fan of thick burgers. If you're not either then this is the place for you. We got a simple cheeseburger. It came with their house made C-sauce. To get right to the point we will be back. The burger is 5 but the fries.....3.5-4 out of 5. We got the seasoned ones. I was honestly thinking do you want some fries with your seasoning it was so much. But those little fries ain't going to stop me when I have another cheat day! If you're a burger person, do yourself a favor, go to C Burger! read more

I don't normally leave reviews, but this place was a major letdown. I came in hoping for a solid burger, but what I got was overpriced, underwhelming, and honestly not even close to worth the money. The patty was dry, the bun tasted stale, and there was nothing special about the flavor. For the price I paid, I expected something way better. It felt like I was being charged gourmet prices for a fast-food quality meal. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. One star, no question. read more

Incredible food great service i love this place definitely our new "go-to" burger spot

Burgers are the most casual food in the Denver area that disappoints me the most. SO happy C Burger opened. Self ordering station (yay), clean open kitchen (oh yeah you can see it all), great portion sizes and regenerative beef. Plus they share a dining room with Sanitas Brewing. First of all I ordered two regular hamburgers with everything on it like the American cheese burger I don't know who prepared them but they didn't make them like they promised as I asked for onion and there was a about five chopped pieces and the pickles were not of a good quality and the hamburgers were dry and they put way too much mustard, for the price of $25.00 and some change, no way I will be back the buns were soggy and I ordered seasoned fries and they were too salty and spicy so I didn't leave a good review one star! read more

We ordered and paid for a DOUBLE Colorado Burger, a DOUBLE Englewood Burger, a regular single hamburger, 2 golden fries, 1 seasoned fry. WE RECEIVED A SINGLE NOT A DOUBLE Colorado burger. A SINGLE NOT A DOUBLE Englewood Burger... and no toppings on the regular single hamburger. 1 NOT 2 golden fries and 1 Season fry... 2 cokes and one Sprite. It seems they are math illiterate, high or just RIP OFF by cutting orders down to size 1 hamburger patty instead of two and keep the difference for their pocket! Yes we got the drinks we paid for... amazingly given their inability to count hamburger patties... rip off!!! read more

Delicious and fresh hamburgers need I say more. I decided to give this place a try last night 11/5. The woman that was working was so sweet and helpful. They are located inside the Sanitas Brewery. I ordered the Colorado Cheeseburger single and it did not disappoint. The bun is toasted, the crispy jalapeños were delicious, and the flavor of the meat was fresh tasting. Haven't had a hamburger this good in a while. The seasoned fries were really good and a generous portion. Must try this place!!! Also you get to enjoy a fresh beer. It's a win win. read more

The burgers and fries are fresh and super tasty. The only reason I did 4 stars was the price - 40 bucks for two burgers and two fries - zero drinks. Hard to find it though because it is inside a brewing company and we didn't know. read more

**To: C Burger Management Team** **Address: Englewood, Colorado** **Date: June 10, 2024** **Subject: Violation of Colorado Law - Refusal to Accept Cash** Dear C Burger Management, My name is Alex Kaufman, and I visited your Englewood location on Monday, June 10, at 8 PM to place a large order. To my surprise and frustration, your employee refused to accept cash as payment. This refusal to accept cash is not only inconvenient but also illegal under Colorado law. According to Colorado Revised Statute (CRS) 11-61-102, retail establishments offering goods or services are required to accept U.S. currency (cash) for purchases. This statute was enacted to ensure that all consumers, regardless of their payment preferences or access to electronic payment methods, can complete transactions without discrimination. By refusing to accept cash, your business is in violation of this statute, which is a class 2 petty offense punishable by a fine of up to $250 per violation. The law clearly states that any retail business must accept cash unless specific exceptions apply, none of which are relevant to my experience at your establishment. I am deeply disappointed by this unlawful and inconvenient policy at your restaurant. As a result of this experience, I am compelled to report this violation to the Colorado Attorney General's office to ensure that such incidents do not occur again, and to protect consumer rights as mandated by state law. I urge you to review and amend your payment policies immediately to comply with Colorado law. Ensuring that your employees are properly informed about these regulations will prevent future violations and improve the customer experience at your establishment. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your swift resolution and a confirmation that corrective measures have been taken. This is so unfair for someone who's homeless and hungry and wants to come in and get a burger from you guys. They can't pay for it. read more

My first time here and it's because my Mom wanted a burger. Abit difficult to locate as there is no large signage but it is inside the Sanitas Brewery. 6 varieties of burgers with options to add or takeaway from. Ordered single pattys for both of us which was just the right amount of meat for us. You can double, triple, etc. depending on your meat desire. Also, ordered a side of fries. I got the C-burger with crispy jalapeño chips and it was delicious! Mom got a burger with lettuce and tomato and said it was good. The fries were thin and crispy, just the way I like them. Service was fast, and the brewery was clean with indoor and outside seating. I recommend C-Burger ! read more
