I have my first Junkyard loaded cheeseburger, complete with chili and cheeses fries, inside. I also ordered the Froot Loop shake. Both were good for fast food. And that is what's so great about Hamburger Stand: It is an inexpensive quick service drive through. It doesn't pretend to be haute cuisine. It's good at what is does; provide decent food quickly and inexpensively.

I was craving a Chili Dog so went the other day and got the 2 chili dog combo fries and drink. Got home and my chili dog was dry. Nothing on it. I threw it away. Called the restaurant and it goes to voice mail but the box is full. Tried again, no answer. So I scanned the QR code and left a comment about the problem. 2 days later I get a text from "Kevin" saying thanks for contacting us and sorry we strive to do better and will do better on your next visit. What, no replacement order? What a joke. Horrible experience and poor customer service.

You ever have one of those nights where you feel that the right thing to do is to indulge in some dirt cheap fast food? If so, when that time comes, this spot has you covered. It isn't haute cuisine. It isn't out to dominate the drive thru burger world. What it is, is a spot that has crazy cheap prices and that will hook you up with what you need whether it be a chili dog or a half dozen burgers in a paper bag. Expect to spend next to nothing. Expect to get a lot of food. Overall I don't think that this will be anyone's favorite spot, but it definitely serves a purpose and fills a role in the cheap burger market. Can't fault them for it. 3 stars.

10/26/23 around 7:40 pm I was just served two rancid Beef chili cheese dogs. I mean RANCID! The first bite was not right, chewed and spit out the second it was so wrong. Not to mention there was only chili juice (no actual chili) and a couple sprinkles of cheese. I pray I don't get wicked iill tonight. Seriously scary. I took two pictures one with flash on, and one flash off. Food poisoning is no joke.

Wow, I don't even know what to say. Wish I could Give this place zero stars. I stopped at Hamburger Stand for a quick bite and As soon as I started ordering i was greeted with nothing but rude attitude because i didn't say the "mini" corn dogs according to to her. I couldn't find my wallet so I gave my discover CC without knowing they did not take it. Another horribly rude interaction for no reason not to mention she ripped the drink and food back from me. after telling her she needs to adjust her attitude working in customer service SHE DECIDED TO THROW A LARGE DRINK AT MY VEHICLE and then threatened me with violence which i got on camera and will attach below. Save yourself and your vehicle. Just steer clear. Not my fault you hate your life.

I was visiting in the Denver area when I got a craving for some fast food I remembered from my youth. I used to LOVE the chili dogs at Der Wienerschnitzel. Since there are no Der Wienerschnitzel outlets near my home in Texas, I'd not enjoyed one in decades. I did an online search while in my rented car and was very pleased to discover that there was a Der Wienerschnitzel only about 7 miles from where I was. I made a bee-line to 3100 S. Broadway in Englewood where I discovered a fast food place called "The Hamburger Stand." It wasn't EXACTLY a Der Wienerschitzel but it apparently used to be. It's architecture certainly looked like an old Der Wienerschitzel but the colors were all wrong. As I looked the place over I clearly saw the Der Wienerschnitzel logo emblazoned on the building. I ordered two chili dogs (rather then the six I often ordered as a "snack" when I was young and skeletal). The chili dogs were atrocious! The insides of the frankfurters were still cold! There was nothing appealing about these hot dogs. After eating half of one chili dog, I wondered what to do with the remaining, as yet untouched, chili dog. There was a homeless guy loitering nearby so I offered him my second, still pristine but borderline inedible chili dog. He accepted the chili dog but said he also wanted $10. At first I thought he'd tried to eat one of these chili dog abortions before and that $10 was his customary fee for disposing of one. Unfortunately, I did not have any change and he could not break a $100 bill so he had to settle for just the chili dog. I'm not sure if he ate it. I don't know exactly what is going on at the Hamburger Stand apart from the possible disparagement of the Der Wienerschnitzel trade name. I think Der Wienerschnitzel would be wise to dispatch their franchise quality control investigators or else their trademark lawyers to this little joint at 3100 South Broadway in Englewood, Colorado before it's too late.

My pastrami sandwich. Looks good! Tasted ok! A little soggy, though. :/

One of the…read morebiggest advantages right off the bat: they're open until 3 a.m. We arrived around midnight with a group of five, ranging in age from our early 20s to 60, and even though the restaurant was fairly busy, we had no trouble getting a table. We decided this was the kind of menu that needed to be explored, so we ordered a broad selection and shared everything: the Masala Crusher, beef Philly cheesesteak, paneer pizza, vegan saag, baba ganoush, Philly masala cheese fries, garlic cheese naan, and honey naan. We ordered most things at about a 2 out of 4 spice level, and I would describe that as very mild. Nothing at that level was especially spicy to anyone in our group. The paneer pizza was my personal favorite. I absolutely loved it. The garlic cheese naan was also excellent. Several people at the table thought the saag was amazing, and the masala cheese fries were another big hit. The cheesesteak was probably the lowest on the list for me personally, but it was still good. That really describes the meal well: I had some definite winners and some dishes that were more "also-rans," while other people at the table had different favorites. We also had the baba ganoush, and I forgot to specifically ask for naan with it, so it came with pita. That was probably a little disappointing only because the naan here was so good. The Masala Mule was also very well received. I'm not really a drinker, but I had a sip and picked up a fairly strong grapefruit flavor. The people at our table who were actually drinking it enjoyed it quite a bit. Portions are generous. Very generous. The five of us ordered $103 worth of food before tax and tip, ate until everyone was satisfied, and still left with four boxes of leftovers. Our table was technically set for six, but it was fairly narrow, and once all of the dishes arrived there wasn't much extra room left. The one area where Gaia really did not work for me was the atmosphere. The music was very loud, with a lot of rap playing during our visit, and for me personally it made the meal less enjoyable. The younger members of our group were more comfortable with the vibe, although I wouldn't say everyone was completely into it. The metal chairs also were not especially comfortable. I think this is probably a much better fit for a 20- or 30-something late-night crowd than for someone looking for a relaxed dinner where conversation is part of the experience. That said, the food itself gave us plenty to like. Our group of five was overwhelmingly positive overall, averaging about 4.8 out of 5, so I'm giving Gaia five stars based on the group experience. Full disclosure, though: I was the outlier. Personally, I'd put it at about 4 out of 5. The loud atmosphere, uncomfortable chairs, and the fact that I had some clear favorites and some dishes I probably wouldn't rush to order again kept it from being a five-star experience for me personally. But the rest of the group was more enthusiastic across the board, and with five people trying this many different things and everyone finding something they really enjoyed, Gaia clearly did a lot right. If you're looking for adventurous late-night food in Denver, especially after a game or a night out, Gaia Masala & Burger is absolutely worth a try. And if I go back, the paneer pizza and garlic cheese naan will definitely be on my table again.

The fact that this place has in open kitchen until 2 AM, makes it a no-brainer for late night eats that are exceptionally delicious. I'm giving a four star rating is the ambience leaves much to be desired. The lighting is far too bright. There are fluorescent lights in the soft drink machines and harsh overhead lighting. A beautiful interior is almost as important to me as the food - but I know this is not the case for everyone. Overall, this is a stand out restaurant worth giving a try.
