They missed the mark on food. Nachos Bell Grand- chips were too old and looked like they poured out the bottom, almost every chip was very small. Cheese was non existent to say the least. Went in the trash! Two tacos, very little beef, no cheese and no lettuce and tomatoes. Both in the trash! Two bean and cheese burritos- they forgot the cheese completely! Both in the trash! Asked for fire and mild sauce, received 0 packets. I spent $18.00 after rounding up for nothing! From now on, Del Taco is the place I will be going to! No More Taco Bell at any location because of how management is training their employees. We're still hungry!!! read more

Filthy, ugh. The place looks like it hasn't been mopped in days and the tables haven't been wiped down in ages. Sticky floors. The cloth they'd used to wipe down the tables obviously had some gunk on it & just spread it on the tables. Spoke to the manager & got excuses & an apology but that doesn't make it any better. Just absolutely terrible, I placed an order at 11P they don't even close till 1:30A and they got the WHOLE ORDER WRONG, they sent 2 potato and cheese burritos when it was supposed to be two beefy 5 layer, ordered a steak quesadilla they sent CHICKEN, ordered mango peach agua fresca, they sent something that I don't even know what it is, is it coke? Taco Belo can be super hot or miss, but today it was on fire. They were crazy busy and crushed orders. Most impressively were Belen and Daniel. I couldn't figure out how to make my burrito spicy on the self order machine. BOTH of them took the time during the chaos to make sure my order was correct. Even though there was a ton happening, they were super friendly. Definitely the type of hard working polite people Taco Belo needs! read more

I ordered two chicken quesadillas. There are literally 3 ingredients. How is it possible to mess this up? First, they put lettuce and tomatoes in them and they didn't even cut them (not even an attempt). My wife brings them up to the counter since she bought them and asked if they could cut them and they obliged. Except they didn't actually cut them it was pathetic (pic attached). Finally, after going up a third time asking them if they can cut it for me the manager rolls his eyes at me and then does it. The proceeds to toss the bag at me and say " is that good enough? " what the hell? I'm never eating here again and I'm telling everyone I know in castle rock to never come here after this. Also it is so dirty here on the floor, the bathroom is appalling, and I saw an employee walk out of the bathroom as I went in without him washing his hands. Ew. read more

i dont ever write reviews but genuinely the experience me and my boyfriend had made me want to. i placed a mobile pickup order at 10pm and heard NOTHING until we just went through the drive thru to find the worker ON HIS PHONE at 10:30, only started making our order when we pulled up. when we got home we saw that the nacho fry cups were all half full and one of the items were missing from our order. mind you, there was NO ONE there other than a couple of cars. a bag of rocks could replace the worker and would do better. jesus people read more

The food was spectacular but the workers on the other hand not so good tonight. We ordered on the tablet and had to pay cash and waited at the counter for 20+ minutes. No one in the kitchen spoke english and the one man that did was on break and the other was busy with the drive through. One lady kept looking and laughing at us and threatened to slap us to her friends. We called my father to come get our food and they helped us within 2minutes of walking in the door. so if you're girl under the age of 60 and want to pay with cash, do not come here. read more

After trying 3x to get food ordered from this establishment, once in drive thru and twice using Door Dash, I give up. I'm not sure how they can operate at all without having simple things like juice and coffee or sodas, this happens early in the day. I'm told their machines are either not working or they don't have the beverages to serve. I know, it's Taco Bell and fast food but still.... I come once or twice a week, and its pretty much always good. Drive-thru is always super fast, even when they're busy. Staff are nice and kind, and seem to care about their customers. Taking 1 star off because at times, they serve super stale hard taco shells. It's only happened twice in the last few months. Although they are open 12-5 at this location, they do the best they can do. Long line in drive through but only waited a few minutes. Woman over the telecom very nice, made sure my order was correct. I love the Meztler location by Target!! Their food is ALWAYS FRESH and the customer service is on point! I only order my bean burritos from this location because they are soooooo good. I ran though yesterday for my burrito and got home to realize sadly it was not a bean burrito. No worries it happens! When I called to see about a possible replacement, I spoke with Hannah. The owners/city of Castle Rock are choosing to still accommodate by at least keeping the Taco Bell open regardless if it's only for a few hours a day. YES it's unfortunate and sucks but they are clearly hiring and trying to be able to be staffed to be open regular hours. Be kind. Decided to pop by the ol Bell for dinner. Arrived around 6:35PM. Was waiting in the drive through line because, well you know, the dining rooms these days are closed due to staffing issues. Fast forward about four minutes and a staff member walks out to my car to tell me that they will not serve me due to the restaurant closing at 7:00PM. You read that correct, and this was not during a holiday or Sunday or anything. Just normal closing hours. Decided I am not going to spend another dime with this mega corporation. I am always pleased to go to Taco Bell because the employees are always respectful and friendly and professional! You can tell that they like assisting the public and there customer service is excellent. I like the tacos and Burritos and miss the taco salad but the food and Taco Bell sauce is good!! Ordered through drive thru. Took 10 mins. Found out we were missing an item. Went back in to get it fixed. We were not given a receipt in the first place so the little woman didn't believe us so she had to rustle through our bag to see items were clearly missing. Told her what we were missing, then she went back to make it and when we got home, literally every single item we ordered was wrong. Idk how this location is still open, this isn't the first time this has happened. absolutely ridiculous and not a single person speaks english inside there. You live in Castle Rock Colorado. 95% of the population speaks english. I do not understand how they cant hire a single person that speaks English. Unbelievably horrid service.
