Went in the trash! Two tacos, very little beef, no cheese and no lettuce and tomatoes. Both in the trash! Two bean and cheese burritos- they forgot the cheese completely! Both in the trash! Asked for fire and mild sauce, received 0 packets. I spent $18.00 after rounding up for nothing! From now on, Del Taco is the place I will be going to! Taco Belo can be super hot or miss, but today it was on fire. They were crazy busy and crushed orders. Most impressively were Belen and Daniel. I couldn't figure out how to make my burrito spicy on the self order machine. BOTH of them took the time during the chaos to make sure my order was correct. I ordered two chicken quesadillas. There are literally 3 ingredients. How is it possible to mess this up? First, they put lettuce and tomatoes in them and they didn't even cut them (not even an attempt). My wife brings them up to the counter since she bought them and asked if they could cut them and they obliged. Except they didn't actually cut them it was pathetic (pic attached). Finally, after going up a third time asking them if they can cut it for me the manager rolls his eyes at me and then does it. The proceeds to toss the bag at me and say " is that good enough? " what the hell? I'm never eating here again and I'm telling everyone I know in castle rock to never come here after this. i dont ever write reviews but genuinely the experience me and my boyfriend had made me want to. i placed a mobile pickup order at 10pm and heard NOTHING until we just went through the drive thru to find the worker ON HIS PHONE at 10:30, only started making our order when we pulled up. when we got home we saw that the nacho fry cups were all half full and one of the items were missing from our order. mind you, there was NO ONE there other than a couple of cars. a bag of rocks could replace the worker and would do better. jesus people read more

The food was spectacular but the workers on the other hand not so good tonight. We ordered on the tablet and had to pay cash and waited at the counter for 20+ minutes. No one in the kitchen spoke english and the one man that did was on break and the other was busy with the drive through. I come once or twice a week, and its pretty much always good. Drive-thru is always super fast, even when they're busy. Staff are nice and kind, and seem to care about their customers. Taking 1 star off because at times, they serve super stale hard taco shells. It's only happened twice in the last few months. Probably worth checking the package before serving to see if they're in good shape. read more

I love the Meztler location by Target!! Their food is ALWAYS FRESH and the customer service is on point! I only order my bean burritos from this location because they are soooooo good. I ran though yesterday for my burrito and got home to realize sadly it was not a bean burrito. No worries it happens! When I called to see about a possible replacement, I spoke with Hannah. Fast forward about four minutes and a staff member walks out to my car to tell me that they will not serve me due to the restaurant closing at 7:00PM.
