We've been to this location many times and it's always good, but today it was exceptional. They changed their fries for the better and added seasoning -- wow, what a difference! We love the onions and tomatoes on their Double-Doubles, and really appreciate that they offer a lettuce-wrapped burger for our daughter who doesn't like bread. We love In-N-Out! This location is always clean with a lot of tables in and outside and has friendly & helpful service!

Nice and clean restaurant! They don't have a veggie burger on the menu but apparently you can get a burger without a patty. The strawberry and vanilla shakes were a hit with the family! There are also really pretty sunsets in this area if you're able to catch one!

Delicious! First time trying these famous burger. 100% better than McD's! I had a single protein style with animal style fries. I appreciate the simple menu and everything was delicious. The burger was juicy and packed with flavor. The fries were great. Only complaint is with the cold weather, the cheese hardened pretty fast. But thats no one's fault. I truly enjoyed my meal here! Will come again. Staff was super friendly and even helped me order since it was my first time. Otherwise, everything was quick, friendly, convenient, and delicious. Ambiance is .....fast food lol.

Came here after shopping at the outlet mall. It's a busy place, but tables free up quickly. Make sure you check the secret menu online. The staff was very patient with our kids order (only meat and ketchup, only meat and cheese). I got my cheeseburger animal style and would recommend. Staff was continuously going around cleaning - most I've seen at any fast food joint. Fries are fresh potatoes and you can tell. Only thing I didn't like was the Diet Coke/pop was not very carbonated. You won't get McDonalds Diet Coke here. Otherwise great experience. Burgers are great.

In n out is definitely a fan favorite and also my favorite burger spot. This time I came around it stomped all the other times ! the lettuce was so fresh and since I get protein style, it's very important for me for the lettuce to be not soggy and gross but fresh and "crunchy" which is exactly what I got. The workers are always always always friendly. I've never ever had a bad encounter with a worker here at In-N-Out. They've always gotten my order right and even though this place seems to always be full of people the wait for your order is never long. It does get loud inside and difficult to find a table, but it's not impossible! drive-through goes reasonably fast for the amount of cars.

Spent the rest of my gift card by purchasing French fries to go. Satisfied a craving. Went through the drive through to avoids getting rained on. The servers were nice and friendly. The drive through line efficient.

Another great customer service experience tonight. I love In-N-Out! Food is good, and service is exceptional. Tonight Gavin took my order. He was very professional, well spoke and just pleasant to speak with. Tonight I ordered from their Not So Secret Menu; a Triple Triple with grilled onions (YUM), Animal Style Fries and a Vanilla Shake. This has become a favorite meal of mine. The only thing I didn't like about my experience tonight was how dirty the dining room was. Tables had food debris on them and an area of the floor was sticky when walking across it. Clearly, these tables weren't wiped down. Because of this I didn't give them five stars for this visit. Next time.... I will be back!

The food was excellent. It came out exactly how I ordered it. It was hot and fresh. The service is by far five star. The staff is happy to see you. They also walk around the dining room. Making sure everything is OK and seeing if you need anything. As well as cleaning up. And the ambience is a, clean fast moving restaurant. That is well-maintained. Would highly recommend.

I had the no bun option with the lettuce wrap and it was so good! My friend had the regular burger with animal fries. First time and won't be the last

This castle rock in-n-out needs some work. Trust me, I do not say this lightly. I've been to this location twice in the past two weeks and both times the service and food were pretty terrible. I have been meaning to talk with the manager here to address these concerns. I know in-n-out pays and trains their employees pretty well so there is no real excuse for consistently bad service and more importantly bad food. I like my burgers a certain way, and one cashier went through the trouble of repeating it all back to me correctly just to find out she didn't put any of the specifics on the actual order so I ended up with plain burgers. Not to mention she was pretty unprofessional all around. Being a former associate I just expect more.

The portions are huge, the food is packed with flavor, and everything tastes homemade and fresh. Their pizza and calzones are some of the best around, and the pasta dishes never disappoint. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and you can tell the owner truly cares about the customer experience. Whether you're dining in with family, grabbing takeout, or enjoying live music, it's one of those local spots that keeps you coming back. Castle Rock is lucky to have this gem! Some people just love to complain. If Bee W keeps leaving negative reviews, maybe it's time to stop going there instead of repeatedly bashing a local business. Not every menu item is for everyone -- try something different or simply move on to another restaurant. One bad experience is understandable, but constantly posting negativity says more about the reviewer than the restaurant. The Old North End continues to have loyal customers for a reason.

Parmesan was on all the dishes and I hate Parmesan. He asked for a to go container when his lasagna came as he always has to take half home. Was told by server that she'd bring it when he needed it. Uh, he needed it then as he wanted to put half in it. Sigh. I know they're trying but this is why we only come here once in a while when we've forgotten how it is. Slow and average food. Not busy at all. Maybe to go orders overwhelm them.

It definitely had a kick to it, even without using much of the sauce on the side. Vegetables were good, but when they put the chicken on top of the fries, those end up getting a little soggy. Wanting to try something different, one daughter had the grilled chicken sandwich. While she wasn't terribly impressed at the start, the more she ate, the more she approved, deeming it to be "fine" and something she'd likely get again. The other daughter, also wanting something different, had the green chili burrito. She wasn't as impressed with the dish, saying it didn't have much taste, even after adding good amounts of salt and pepper. The burrito was described as "mid", which I guess means 'not very good.' Doubtful she orders this again. Service was fine at the start, but somewhat sporadic as the meal progressed. The knots were also filled with a cheese and it was absolutely delicious, even without the mustard or soup for dipping. The chips and queso are basic and nothing special. I also opted to try the Sriracha chili burger and it had a great flavor, but felt it was lacking some type of salt. However, the fries were absolutely delicious. Overall, the service was great and I would definitely be back.
