Never again! I've loved Jersey Mike's for years and after the bread recipe changed about three years ago after Covid, it's just never been the same. Gave it another chance last week and was served a paper thin sandwich for $22 on rock hard bread. What a waste of time & money. It's a little annoying that they want to make your sandwich while ringing you out so you have no way to see what they're putting on your sandwich. They absolutely drench their sandwiches in oil and vinegar adding at least another 500 to 1000 calories and then proceed to get frustrated when you ask them to go light. Customer service was horrible. I went in to pick up a sandwich that was ordered on line, and the young girl that was working there was so rude. She literally threw not only my sandwich in the bag, but did the same to two other customers waiting next to me for their orders. She yelled out our names and threw the bags on the counter without even looking at us and she just walked away. She was this young blonde obviously having a very bad day and taking it out on the customers. This happened this evening in Castle Rock, February 18th at 7pm. I mean, if she hates her job, don't work there. Whoever the owner is of this shop should be ashamed of the service that is provided by the kids that are hired. read more

The food sandwiches are real good- bread / meat / condiments. Of course no French fries, as is common for sandwich shops. That is a shame. Why should burger joints have the monopoly on this most popular food item? The atmosphere is not real good- cold- bland- chilly- bus stop seating. Would rather just treat this place as a pickup and take home or eat in my rangerover and listen to Sirius XM. A tad better than jimmy John's. I ordered takeout with a friend of mine recently. This Jersey Mike's is located in a strip mall shopping plaza, near the Outlet Mall in Castle Rock. You can see the backside of it as you drive down Meadows Parkway. There is plenty of parking in this lot. The interior is clean and ordering is seamless. I ordered a Mike's Famous Philly. It comes with grilled onions, peppers and white American cheese. I also ordered a regular size. This size was sufficient and filled me up. I didn't feel stuffed after eating it. This cheesesteak was good. However, I feel another sandwich shop in CR offers a better cheesesteak. I will most likely return here and order the Portabella Grilled Cheese Steak. They also offer fountain drinks here. I believe they're Pepsi products. I've always been a fan of Jersey Mike's so no surprises for me here. I also love their Original Italian. Been ordering delivery from this Jersey Mikes for around 2 years now, about 1-2 X per month. Usually 4 sandwiches every time. Sometimes 5-6 to feed any workers helping us. For the most part, everything has been great. Had one mixup where they delivered someone else's order, which was a bit disappointing, but overall the quality was good. Which brings me to this afternoon. Placed delivery order through Jersey Mikes App at 3:27 pm. (Ordered early during light traffic period as previous mixup was around 5 pm.) App said order would be delivered at 4:11 pm. Called Jersey Mikes at 4:30 pm when no delivery. They said the order had not been picked up by Door Dash. I said I ordered on jersey Mikes app, not Door Dash. They said they use Door Dash. Called Door Dash. They said the order was just picked up. Not believing Door Dash, called Jersey Mikes to confirm at 4:45 pm. The order still had not been picked up. Jersey mikes said they'd deliver the order themselves and give it to us free. We thought this sounded reasonable. At 5:25 pm still no delivery. Called Jersey Mikes. They said they could not legally make deliveries and that the order had been cancelled. We asked why they had said they would then with no satisfactory reply. We said we definitely did not cancel it. At this point, we asked for our money back. They refused. We called Door Dash. They said the driver had cancelled the order. They said it should be Jersey Mikes who refunded our money. After 2 hours of runaround, Jersey Mikes finally agreed to provide a refund but needed ALL my card info, including the 3 digit code, which made me wary, but which I provided. Waiting to see what if any refund is provided. Nothing has hit my card yet. What a nightmare. To be treated this way after all the money we've spent there? Never going to any Jersey Mikes ever again. read more

He likes this place for sandwiches. When faced with a choice between two places be always picks this one. I tag along because I need to eat too. Love the hand sanitizer for those who want it. The servers are friendly and made our sandwiches quickly. I couldn't decide between the tuna and BLT sandwich until I was asked at the counter. I chose the BLT because always choose bacon. When in doubt choose bacon. They made my sandwich really well. Crunchy bacon and not too much mayo or tomatoes and lettuce. We visited the Castle Rock store. It was empty with 6 staff hanging around in the back. The store had trash all over, the trash cans were overflowing, the bathrooms were dirty and there was so much debris in the food prep area (floors and counters) that I'm pretty sure there was a health code violation happening. read more

Employees have always been nice to me and go above and beyond to give good customer service. I think that it's kind of a shame these guys don't get any awesome attention for how much of a good job they do. I wish that so many more people would know about these guys. We have loved jersey mikes for years but my last two experiences at this location have been enough to make me not want to come back. Last time they charged my card twice for the already pretty over priced sandwiches. Fine, I called them they credited my account the extra charge. But today, at 7 weeks pregnant, I CANNOT eat undercooked anything or deli meats because of the risk of neural tube deficiency in my growing baby, so I ordered a hot chipotle chicken sub. Well after a few bites I knew it was off. Sure enough, the sandwich is full of raw chicken. So not sure if it will be morning sickness or food poisoning that I'll be throwing up from tomorrow. I have tried to call them (23 times) and their phone is off the hook. It is unsafe to be serving customers not just undercooked but completely raw chicken. Ironically, the same employee who charged me twice last time was the one on the griddle. I am incredibly unhappy and at the very least, I want a refund on our $30 sandwiches. read more

Usually love jersey Mikes, but I recently went in and had a not so great experience. The costumer service was not great, but this wouldn't have been much of an issue. I'm not one to complain, but when I got back to my job with my sandwich there was a huge hair wrapped in it that can't be mine. I called asking for a refund because I didn't want to eat it, and I was told nothing could be done because I used a gift card to pay. That's understandable, but I was offered no further solution. This review is about the entire experience I had today with Jersey Mike's. Specifically this location as I have never had issues with others. I called and ordered ahead and after arriving, I was the only individual in the store while other orders were being made. There were approximately six employees working. None acknowledged my arrival or asked what I needed. I waited roughly 5 minutes before one of them asked what I needed which was the sandwich that had already been ordered and was ready waiting on the side. The other issue I had was once I arrived home to eat my sandwich, I began eating and in the middle of my sandwich was a long blonde hair roughly 8 to 10 inches. No one at my home or that I know has that color hair or that length of hair nor is there any possible way for it to end up in the middle of my sandwich. I am not sure what sanitation methods or hairnets are required there, however if hair is falling out and into peoples foods then that needs to be addressed in whatever way necessary. Unexpectedly good! The husband is a Philly cheesesteak fan, or I frankly wouldn't have tried yet another sandwich shop. I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean and cool inside, gave fast and friendly service, and offered sandwich options a little out of the ordinary. Great place if you're thinking "not another burger" or "please no more ham sandwiches." I'm looking forward to trying some of their interesting sounding cold sandwiches. Who puts pepperoni with roast beef? I'll try it. We went with the hot sandwiches this time. I tried the chipotle chicken sandwich. Husband had regular cheesesteak. They were both quite tasty, melty-cheesy, somewhat sloppy, and utterly good. Perfect for a heartily straightforward weekend lunch when we tired of running around the outlet mall. I couldn't finish my "regular" size sandwich, but the husband did! Their side dish is a small bag of chips, like Subway. They have cookies for dessert and a few more options like brownies - kids would love them. If they had another menu option or two as a side, that would bump this review up even more -- but heck, I already couldn't finish the regular sized sandwich by myself and left pretty full. Tip: they have online coupons sometimes (check out couponsherpa.com - we got a BOGO sandwich coupon there a few days ago, and today they have a promo for free chips and drink). I LOVE Jersey Mike's, I love all locations and to me this is the sign of a good business. They're all consistent AF and that's what I love about this place. Every location I've ever been to is clean, service is friendly and competent, food is delicious and fresh. This location is no exception, we eat here like once a week at least I feel like and it's always worth my time and money. I love that the bread is almost always warm and soft, meaning fresh baked! They have THE BEST hershey's kiss cookie - at first glance it looks like a normal check out cookie, but they're honestly so soft and so delicious! The sandwiches were good but the order online and pickup were less than desirable. The online order was a 30 minute wait , which is OK, and when I got there no one could find my order which was prepaid so one employee was looking through the computer system and found several online orders that were not printed. When I asked if my order would be ready soon now that they found it he said "NO" like why would I ask? While waiting there for about a half hour I watched the walk in line go through several times which I mistakenly thought that they might want to get my order done which was ordered and paid for an hour earlier? My advice is they are need of training and management that can address these issues. read more

I was here today keep in mind in the middle of a pandemic and saw the man cutting the meat whip sweat off his forehead then continue to cut meat and make sandwiches without sanitization. Jersey Mike's is now my goto place for a Cheesesteak! I love the Big Kahuna with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and mayo... Yum yum! The Big Kahuna comes with double cheese which is just the right amount for a sandwich of that size. And the grilled onions and mushrooms are tasty! Love their tuna. Fresh and tasty. Have tried their Reuben, their Meatball, their Cheese Steak, and their Italian. All were excellent, four star. I would have preferred Cheese Whiz on the Cheese Steak but I have been spoiled by many visits to Philly. Sandwiches are usually an "at home" venture for me, but good to have found a sandwich shop that makes it worth leaving the house for. I've determined to never set foot in another Subway (sorry guys, but NOT fresh and plastic bread make that any easy choice), and Jimmy John's has turned me off more and more....time for a new sub shop. Jersey Mike's Club Supreme (done Mike's way of course) was delicious (the roast beef was a nice touch to the standard club) and filling. Always order online orders and nearly every time i have they always screw up the order. Never pay attention to the order, there's at least 2-3 things wrong with the order every time. If I did something wrong at my work I would be scrutinized. Do better. Read the order and get it right the first time so you don't get bad reviews like this. read more

Terrible experience, two $9.85 subs rang up to $29+ dollars. When I asked why they said "because you got meals" I did have chips so I figured okay I guess I will get a drink. I grabbed two cups and instantly got accused of taking cups without paying for them. I said you told me I paid for meals and she said "ya but no chips or drinks." So again why was it $29+ for two $9 sandwiches. The line of as stacking up with customers so I said fine just charge me for two drinks and she charged me another $5+. So with change it was $35+ for two regular $9 subs with chips and a drink and we got called out for taking drinks we didn't pay for. When I tried to ask for a manager she just walked away. So.... I won't be back and will tell as many people as I can to avoid this place until it gets new owners or managers. I have NEVER been accused of theft until this experience. No thanks Jersey Mike's. Pretty decent place to get a sub sandwich. The restaurant isn't that busy so ordering is a breeze and I have never gotten my order messed up! Also you can add toppings to anything on your order which is pretty nice! The prices are super cheap and it's way better than subway or jimmy johns! I do believe that they could have more options for their crisps they serve with the sandwiches but that's not a big deal! Also you can get a really good deal with a coupon. I got a sub, a bag of crisps, and a soda for only $10! So good place to eat a good sandwich sub in Castle Rock :) read more
