It was one of the few snowy days we have had to I decided to try them out. The young ladies at the register were just kinda there. With no other customers they weren't really at all enthusiastic to have someone come in. Being my first time, I did use the sign up thing and got a free small italian sandwhich along with the one I ordered for myself minus the tomato, they just don't look right to me. Anyhow.. Got the sandwhiches home and yeah..NO. Seriously..it didn't taste like anything. This was an Italian sandwhich..there was no ZiP of a good dressing..no ZiNG when that vinegar hits you in the taste buds. The meat all tasted the same, it just wasn't anything to show that it was special and have me tell others about or make sure someone going through the area stop and get me one because I had to have it again. There were also three construction workers finishing up their meals, which is usually a good sign. Since it was our first visit, we took a few minutes to look over the menu before ordering. I ordered a medium sandwich with double meat and double cheese, and my son ordered a large sandwich. With chips and a drink, our total came to about $49. The food was good, but I was a little disappointed with my sandwich. My son's sandwich appeared to have thicker portions of meat than mine, and despite ordering double cheese, mine only came with a single slice of cheese on top. For the price, I expected a little more consistency and a better value. Overall, the restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was fine. This was hands down one of the worst sandwich shop experiences I've ever had. Every single sandwich I ordered was made wrong -- wrong ingredients, wrong build, zero care. It genuinely felt like nobody working there had even the most basic training. The service was awful. Employees seemed confused, annoyed, and completely lost, like they were thrown behind the counter with no direction whatsoever. No one took responsibility, no one apologized, and no one seemed to care. To make it worse, the place was dirty. Counters looked grimy, the workspace felt neglected, and the whole environment gave off a "we don't clean" vibe. Not exactly what you want when people are handling your food. And then there was the lack of professionalism. I personally saw an employee hitting her vape right in front of customers. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about the standards here. This location is clearly suffering from horrendous management. When food is wrong, service is terrible, cleanliness is questionable, and employees are vaping on the floor, that's not a one-off mistake -- it's a leadership failure. The workers are very very friendly. they all look like they enjoy working together! There was a mix up with our orders but we got it all figured out and that happens everywhere! (Speaking as a former sandwich maker) but they stayed very nice and professional. The group went Capriotti's around 11:45am this morning. They were understaffed for the normal lunch rush. Orders were all over the place and most were messed up. They were prioritizing to go orders over people dining in who were waiting 15-20 minutes for their orders. People who walked in and ordered 15 minutes after the group got their orders first. When they went to ask about the order the girl behind the counter put her hand in the pregnant customer's face and told her to wait and that they, the deli, were a mess. Located in a busy road parking lot. It used to be a coffee shop and now opened to a sandwich shop. There are a few new food establishments around that area that opened up recently. We like to share the medium sandwich. Which is chock full of meat. They give you the option of hot or sweet peppers.And I usually order Jalapeño chips because I like spicy! The shops ambiance,in general is comfortable. It's never really crowded or long wait. And the music isn't blaring in your ears. It was an easy in order and head home to eat. I like capriotti's and I want them to survive but it seems like their sandwiches just keep getting smaller and smaller, and with the high price tag it's just not worth it. A medium sandwich that isn't even a foot long is 16-17 dollar with tax. This is crazy to me considering you can go to other sandwich shops in the area and get the same thing and better tasting for much cheaper. The only time I order is if there's a coupon and that's the only reason I gave as high as 3 stars. read more

I went to Capriottis in Parker, today The staff had a complete lack of manners. They made two of my sandwiches wrong and then proceeded to give me dirty looks and a nasty tone when I asked for them to be made correctly. We all got medium subs and wow 10" was definitely enough for two lunches for me. We had the Wagyu cheese steak and the Wagyu roast beef and both were loaded! A few things about the beef. It doesn't taste like Boar's Head. It is tender. No stringy fat bits either. It is easy to eat plus, it is chopped for easy bite taking. Sorry if that's weird. I like roast beef and if you know you know what I mean. I took a close up picture since there weren't many photos at this location. Most of the negative reviews appear to be on service which Had high pressure to download the app which slows down the ordering process for everyone. And then they made a mistake since I ordered mine without mayo and definitely had lots of mayo on it. :-( when I got home. Growing up in San Francisco I went to a lot of one off awesome delis. Although Capriotti's is a chain it plays like an exclusive one off deli. The online interface to order is easy to navigate. The end result is an AWESOME DELI SANDWICH. Their small sandwich is enough for two if you want to share. After you take the first bite sharing will be the last thing on your mind. The service is first class. My sandwich was waiting for me in it own warm cubbyhole. I selected the Wagyu Cheese Steak Sandwich. It is Grilled to order, Capriotti's Cheese Steaks are prepared with onions, mushrooms and topped cheese until melted to perfection. Choose hot or sweet peppers to finish off your Cheese Steak. I'm telling you this is one of the best deli sandwiches I have ever had in my life. If you're looking for a great deli sandwich I highly recommend Capriotti's. Where to begin with this place - 1) the place is always so clean. I actually feel like this is a place I can comfortably come into and not looking around to see if it's clean enough to eat. This place always top notch clean. 2) pricing - pricing is so on point for the quality.
