The workers are very very friendly. they all look like they enjoy working together! There was a mix up with our orders but we got it all figured out and that happens everywhere! (Speaking as a former sandwich maker) but they stayed very nice and professional. Didn't get frustrated or start arguing (like we would LOL ..jk) I'll be coming back to try other sandwiches.

Really good fresh food. Try the clam chowder! Service was great too. The wagu cheesesteak was killer!

Mhhhm - just okay. While they have oil & vinegar? It needs some spice or something. Pretty bland.

I've been going to the original Lone Tree…read morelocation for years, my company actually financed and built that one out; so I had to check out this new spot on Mainstreet in Parker. This one's got a cozy, small-town vibe, tucked between other shops with plenty of seating both inside and outside. From the second I walked in, I was greeted with big smiles and a friendly "Welcome in!" The staff here are genuinely nice and make you feel at home. Of course, I had to get my go-to: The Bronx Bomber: pastrami, egg salad, spicy mustard, Cajun sauce(my add on always) on both sides, pumpernickel bread, lettuce, tomato, and thin-sliced red onion. Absolute perfection. This sandwich always slaps. My coworkers saw it and immediately asked, "Where did you get that?" Told them straight up -- Mainstreet Parker, Heidi's got another location. Every bite takes me back to the NYC delis I grew up with and miss dearly. If you're craving a legit New York-style deli sandwich with flavor that hits every time (and comes with potato salad or chips), this is the spot. A must-try; and trust me, once you do, you'll keep coming back!

The order would be ready quickly, in 5-10 minutes. First disappointment was that they were out of the chicken salad I craved. I ordered egg salad instead, with bacon, on a hoagy roll with sesame seeds on top, pickle spear, and potato salad for my side. The egg salad was very good (lettuce and tomato added), bacon was a short piece on each half of the sandwich, so not worth the $2.50 up charge, I'd say. The hoagy roll was fresh and generously sized. (I saved 1/2 my sandwich for later.) The potato salad was meh, but luckily there was very little of it. Should've have selected the Lay's potato chips, or one of the other chip options available with an up charge. Hubby was very disappointed with his corned beef Reuben. The marble rye bread was chewy (is that normal?), and the only condiment he requested, mustard, was missing from his sandwich. The sandwich itself was smaller than expected. Again, the potato salad side was astonishingly tiny. We decided it was a 3-bite portion. We were able to park out front in the street to pick up our order. There are a few tables inside, but they unoccupied at 6:30 pm on a weeknight. No plans to visit again.

Service made it even better. If you like it fresh, you'll love Heidi's Brooklyn Deli. Bread and bagels freshly made. Cannolis (yep, had to have one after my breakfast) was the best I have ever had... and in Boston, we have "world famous" cannolis in the North End... that don't even come close to the deliciousness you will find at Heidi's. Needless to say, we will be in the area for 3 days and will return tomorrow for more. We would also go on Sunday but they are closed. By the way, thanks for the free loaf of freshly made bread. It came very handy during our hike of Garden Of The Gods trails. Yep.. one day later, we returned. Left with 4 cannolis this morning. And the Chicken Salad sandwich was so good!!

When we first arrived, they made us wait for a full 10 minutes before even taking our order. While waiting, I was watching the employees make the sandwiches, and staring at the orders like they were written in a different language. It was taking them a full 10 minutes to complete one sandwich order at a time and the line was getting frustrated. All the poor guy wanted in front of us was mayo and mustard on his sandwich and they had to remake it twice! Once we ordered, I asked for avocado on my sandwich and she informed me that it would be a three dollar up charge so I agreed. My husband ordered a sandwich that was $18, and when he received it not only was there hardly any meat on it, but the meat that was on it was mostly fat and he proceeded to pull a very long female hair out of the middle of his sandwich. Then when I opened my sandwich, there wasn't any avocado on it at all. Yet she had still charged me. When I showed the hair to the employee, she asked me if I wanted her to remake the sandwich and I refused because I had already waited for a full 30 minutes. I had to request a refund on my sandwich (which she tried to nickel and dime me on, and wasn't about to give me the $3 back for the avocado) and my husband left hungry. Super bummed because I love Heidi's and hadn't had it in awhile so I was really looking forward to it.

Added a New York style cheesecake for dessert. When I arrived, there was a line of people but there were two sides. One side for people who had pre-paid and had a specific color to scan. I didn't look at the email I received regarding the pick up. Just printed out my order. But everything went well. The associate packed up my order into three bags and I was set. The pre-paid line was short so it didn't take long at all. The warming instructions were not accurate for me as the ham didn't warm up. Had to put it into the microwave as he was hungry. The loaded smash potatoes were a hit. And the cheesecake so delicious. The ham I like as usual. Not a fan of turkey myself but they liked it. The stuffing and soufflé were nice additions. It was convenient to heat and eat. I prefer that to cooking for the holidays as the years go by. Will order again next year for the holidays.

My problem- I preordered and paid for everything and received a QR code. I picked it up on Monday the week of Thanksgiving. When I get there they made me go to the same line no matter if it's a walk-in or not prepaid. How does that make sense? The only reason why I got to go to the side to grab my order is because one of the employees overheard and came up to me and helped me. That's disappointing that you all didn't have two lines like you normally do. I was there around noontime and no there were not two lines. The line was going out the door in one line. The young lady with the sling on her arm was very nice and helpful. If it wasn't for her I would be still sitting in the long line.

The deli has such a charming, welcoming vibe and feels like one of those special local spots that quietly does everything right. They know exactly what they're good at and focus on doing it exceptionally well rather than trying to be something they're not. The sourdough bread was a huge highlight for us, and the tuna sandwich was honestly one of the best I've had in a very long time--fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The staff were incredibly kind, and a fun detail that made us smile was the person making our sandwiches wearing an olive-themed shirt that perfectly matched the deli's personality and aesthetic. Some of the best places are the ones you'd drive by without realizing what you're missing, and Dry Creek Deli is definitely one of them.
