This review is long overdue. I visited PrimoHoagies for the first time and ordered the Old Italian. Delicious! What made this sandwich a standout for me was that they were not skimpy with their meat, cheese, or condiments. There seem to be so many sandwich shops that are cutting back, or they make you feel guilty for asking for extra lettuce. I didn't need to ask for anything extra. They made the sandwich as it was supposed to be made, and it looked just like the pictures in their marketing materials. It was a team of two who helped us. One was named Leslie, but unfortunately, I do not remember the other person's name. They were friendly, struck up a conversation as we were waiting, and you could generally tell they enjoyed their work and took pride in it. Great sandwich! Great service! We'll be back. First time here and the place was clean and the staff was friendly. We ordered a hoagie and split it. Philly Cheese steak with mozzarella and provolone. The had some small items like chips and drinks on sale. My first time trying Herr"s Kettle cooked chip and they were delicious. The sandwich was just ok. So this review is really about the customer service. I came in the other day during lunch to find one employee trying to handle the lunch rush by himself. The food smelled amazing, I was really hungry, but there was no way this young man was going to be able to handle this rush by myself! But boy did he try! He also remained polite and was just trying his very best to do what he could. One guy picking up his togo order yelled on the way out "GOOD LUCK MAN!" Then proceeded to laugh his way out of the restaurant. If there was any hope of getting food and returning to work on time, it went laughing out the restaurant with that guy... After waiting for 15min I left. I reached out PrimoHoagies via their website and told them what happened. They commended the store employee and told me that should've never happened, they are having staffing issues, apologized for wasting my lunch break and not getting any food with a $25 gift card placed onto my account with them. I got lunch for my team at work with that money and today I picked up my takeout order right as I walked in and the sub was excellent! They followed all my instructions as well! They might struggle with getting your order out on time because of staffing, so I suggest placing your order ahead of time online! read more

Got Primos again last night for a taste of Philly, during the Phils NLDS GM 3 vs the Braves. Thank you Primos!!! I got an item that they didn't used to have, I'd buy their bread & make a cheesesteak at home, but not anymore!!! Got it with mayo & provolone, and it hit the spot right! Wife got the Soprano & of course, loved it! So happy that Primos finally came out West, I thought I had lost them forever! New Italian sandwich shop in Centennial! The owner came out for grand opening and was super welcoming and kind. I didn't realize what the difference is between the two breads- there's a crunchier sesame bread, and a softer bread. All of the meats and cheeses are freshly sliced on spot. The sandwiches are huge- the primo (medium) is 9", enough for leftovers. We went back after grand opening to grab dinner; a little disappointed we didn't get any hot options (been craving to try the meatball sub). Guess next time- granted, it's our fault b/c we came in like 5 minutes to closing. That said- we still got good service and the team was nice. read more

Place closed at 7:00 pm. we got 10 minutes before they close. The first think they told us was " we close in 10 minutes" we walked in and stater looking at the menu. They guy was in a hurry and told us "can I recommend anything"? we place our order. We notice the cleaning bucket was in the counter top where they where making our sandwiches. The guy was using the same globes he was using to clean to prepared our sandwiches. Where is the manager or the owner? Good sandwiches, bad service. Placed a mobile order Saturday at 11:00 am. was supposed to be ready at 11:28. At 11:30 they hadnt even started it. waited unitl 12:07 for 2 cold sandwiches. One worker was running around like he was on fire, the 2nd looked so confused and worked at a snails pace with no concern that customers were walking out and others wanting a refund for the wait. One lady was supposed to pick up her sandwich at 11:15 and I got mine before her. Walk ins were not even getting orders taken becuase they couldnt keep up witht he handfull of on line orders. In general, I love Primo's, this was the first time I've ever had a negative experience. I placed a mobile order today for three cold sandwiches that were due to be ready at 1:21 PM. I got there around 1:25 PM and when I checked in, they said it would be "a little more time." Not a big deal, there were only two people working and I can understand being short staffed. Multiple families came in to order sandwiches in person after I arrived, and all of their orders were prepared and completed. 15 minutes into my wait, the employees asked my name again, then assured me it would just be "a little more time." They did not start preparing my order until 30 minutes after the time my order was supposed to be ready, and repeatedly stopped working on my order to prepare other in person orders. The lack of communication was very frustrating. I finally got my sandwiches at 1:58 with no acknowledgement of the delay. I was asked for a review so as much as I'd love to give this place 5 stars for their friendliness I can't get above 2 for the value. The quality of the meats and bread were 3.5 stars but the lettuce and tomato were wilted and sloppy. My biggest issue was with the amount of meat which I'd equate to maybe $2 at best even after paying an extra $2 for double ham. I don't even think there was half the amount of meat. I've visited this deli three times with the first time right after they opened this location being great but has unfortunately become progressively worse. So unfortunately I can't justify a $16 sandwich (no chips) before tip which I should've never given based on the value. This review is based solely on what I paid for and not the employee who was pleasant and friendly and would give her a 4.5 otherwise a 5 if she wouldn't have asked for a review. So this Philadelphia hoagie chain landed recently in Colorado and we had to check it out! I've heard that trying to eat in the restaurant is a nightmare right now because it's so new, so we elected to get it from DoorDash. I got the Philly Cheesesteak wit Whiz and hubby got the Italian. We also got some of the Primo Italian Hoagie chips. We loved the food! My cheesesteak was probably the best one I've ever eaten! My husband said his hoagie was excellent as well. They're expensive, but quality and taste was great. I can't wait for things to calm down at the store so we can dine in. read more

Delicious and on par with a good deli back east (NY or NJ!) We are here at least weekly if not sometimes twice a week. Everyone is always super friendly and helpful too. Reminds us of being back home! Bread is always fresh (we get the seeded hoagie - haven't tried the smaller size) and meats are sliced fresh. What's worse was the service - if you preorder, you have two options: standing around hoping to catch the attention of the teenager manning the register (while the tech bros who just arrived give you dirty looks). I ordered the American and it was a huge disappointment it was loaded with ham which was the only meat I could definitely identify the salami was unrecognizable and just a couple of very small slices, not sure where the bologna was.
