I could order a sandwich and it would be delivered to my house in under 10 minutes or I could order it from home and it was always ready for me when I got there. Over the last five years they have just never recovered with the speed. Sandwich still taste the same... Standard delicious Jimmy John's but they are so very slow. Our family has transitioned to Jersey Mike's even though it is farther away. This Jimmy John's is really great. I normally don't post reviews, but today something interesting happened and I cant help but commend the crew and staff for how well they handled it. I walked in and ordered sandwiches for my family, I wanted to try something a little spicier, and the crew gave me a couple suggestions - following their recommendation I ordered myself the Italian night club with spicy mustard. I saw some great mentorship too between senior staff and the newer employees. While the crew were making the sandwiches, very fast I might add, a customer walked in very upset. The customer was mad that his order was delivered to the wrong house, and that he had ordered from this same Jimmy John's 20 times and it hadn't been messed up before. He was shouting, demanding a refund for his order, immediately. I have never seen someone so upset over missing out on a sandwich, but there he was yelling about wanting his order refunded. People in line were very distraught, the man was flailing his arms in rage, but the manager of the location made sure to place himself between the belligerent customer and the staff, doing his best to placate the man with an anger problem. The manager apologized about the order being delivered to the wrong home, and had already refunded the man for his sandwiches. All-the-while the man was very upset, still throwing a tantrum and causing a commotion, and yet the sandwiches were still being crafted by dedicated, professional staff. Never have I seen such dedication to the craft of sandwich making, nor have I witnessed such composure at the butt end of a grown man's temper tantrum, but this Jimmy John's has earned itself a frequent customer and I know that there is a great team working here. If you think they are good now (I can tell you the Italian Night Club sure is) they are guaranteed to continue getting better. read more

From the time I ordered, I had two custom Sammy's in less than 60 seconds. People, this was NASCAR quality service. Most importantly, the cashier was awesome. He greeted me in a professional manner and nailed my order. He even sent me some salutations as I left even though he was taking an order. Bread was delicious. We ordered a couple sandwiches online and it took a few minutes to get the confirmation email, and then I think they were there within 15 minutes. Definitely speedy. I actually worked here for a few months in 2013, so keep that in mind as you read my review. The food here is pretty good, the bread is always fresh and the subs are yummy. however the menu limits what you can order and there is no way to order any other sizes. It's a little too expensive for what it is. The service is extremely fast and deliveries are fast as well. The restaurant was always clean, and after working here I know they do a good job of cleaning everything every night. However, they no longer sell sprouts because of problems with food poisoning. Then earlier this month my sisters and I all got food poisoning from their lettuce. I know there was an issue with food poisoning from the lettuce in late 2013 in some denver stores as well. I never did food prep in the mornings but I have to wonder if someone was not doing the job correctly. Jimmy Johns has become somewhat well known for issues with food poisoning and I know personally I will never be able to eat it again after getting sick from the food. All that being said, the employees all are friendly and overall it's an okay place. I suggest staying away from the lettuce and onions, just in case. read more

When I order delivery from my app, my food arrives in 6 minutes on average. Granted, I only live 2.5 miles away. My favorite is the #5 (Vito). Be warned, if raw onions cause you grief, they are abundant in the tuna salad. If you don't want your sandwich fixings between crust only or are appalled by tossing perfectly good bread in the rubbish, order your sandwich "LBI" (leave bread in).
