My least favorite jersey Mike's location. My order is constantly wrong. Here's an example I ordered the chicken kahuna and got a regular kahuna instead. When I went up to tell them they then made the chicken kahuna wrong by putting on mayo even though I asked to not have that on. I think every time I have been in there, I always ask to get lettuce and tomatoes added on and they never remember. Just once I would like to order something and not have to immediately bring it back up to the counter. Also, veggies are not very fresh. My lettuce for my latest order was soggy and brown. I do not understand how they can add that on a sandwich after looking at it. My bread was all soggy too. Just always a disappointing experience. read more

Went in on my lunch break, it was busy. They mixed my Sandwhich up with the guy behind me. Asked them to remake the sandwhich and didn't even do all the toppings or the right bread. I like about Jersey Mike's subs or meat is chewy like rubber the bread taste like they old bread

I love Jersey Mikes. However, I ordered a chicken, bacon ranch dressing the other day, and instead of clean white chicken, with bacon topping it, and plenty of lettuce and tomato, ...I got, highly seasoned chicken, with the bacon chopped up in the dry brown dirty looking chicken, usually used for a chicken philly, and only 2 slices tomatoes, and only lettuce added on seam/top after sandwich was closed. It was grose. I called management and they assured me they used the proper "chicken recipe" but if you look at online photo, and what you get, it's not even close. They didn't even cut the sandwich in half which the usually do. It was dry, hard chopped chicken with chopped bacon. I got a refund and sent message to coroporate. Door dash needs to get with it, and allow me to order extra lettuce, onion, whatever. They suck. read more

OK. I've never actually been in this place personally, but The Hubs picks up two medium sandwiches for us probably 2-3 times a month (for the past 3 years or so). We always get the Turkey and Provolone, Mike's way, extra onions, plus banana peppers, on the rosemary-parm bread. Yummy! I think we've only had a 'bad' sandwich once in all that time (each sandwich that time had maybe 2-3 slices of turkey on it). Never having been there, I can't comment on the staff or the facility, but I would assume The Hubs would have mentioned something if he was put off by anything (but being a guy, who knows - LOL)! read more

When you place an order they don't pay attention to special instructions - no lettuce and then they put shredded lettuce all over, really hard to pick off your sandwich and then get a drink out of the cooler and get home to see it expired in October of 2023. I know I banged on this place along time ago for not having vegetables, but I will say they're Philly cheesesteaks are pretty damn good. I actually like them more than a lot of different places. The people working there right now are super nice. The service was great. The restaurant was nice and open. I've noticed in a lot of these places, though if you go in being friendly and have a smile, you'll usually get that back. You get what you put out there. read more

Always been a huge fan of this sub shop and the quality of their food. They are pretty fast, quality is yummy in the tummy, and prices are pretty reasonable. I recommend Mike's way but no onions because YUCK (unless you like those little devils) and add Mayo and pickles. Here's where we lost stars at this location. Health and sanitization is huge. When you have long hair or just hair in general it needs to be out of your face and away from the food. We have hats not being worn on the head properly just sat on the top, why where it at all. And one gentleman has his hair in such a terrible pony tail, to the side up in his face and I'm positive it will end up in food. When dealing with food I'm almost positive it's required to wear some sort of hairnet or better hair protection. Please! Hair in my food is such a gross out for me and I'm sure will save you money in the long run. Last- i love to tip! With that said could we maybe put better customer service into those tips? Smile? We were greeted with smiles and a happy atmosphere the moment we entered. Deontae a cheerful and pleasant staffer inquired on our orders and proceeded immediately on slicing our deli meats. Justin prepared our to go subs, neatly and precisely as we requested. The extra, extra jalapeños were very much appreciated, thank you!! I had a urge for Italian subs. Ones with lots of meat, lettuce and tomatoes and such with Italian dressing. Well, I did order ones with most meat and asked for everything on. There was some confusion before my order and it was passed down to my sandwich. How was my Italian? 3 at best. Had lettuce, onions and tomatoes but was also hoping for pickles but that didn't happen. The couple in front of me ordered the exact same sandwich. A giant #7. They got 8 slices of provolone 23 slices of turkey. I got 7 slices of cheese 14 slices of turkey. I've never seen employees give less of a shit about their job lol Gave me the wrong sandwich on the wrong bread, so I went back in and told them. They then took the sandwich back and took the meat off and threw it back on the grill - pretty sure that's illegal. Not only had I taken the sandwich, I had taken a bite if it. They brought me my sandwich back after ten minutes, I got back out to my car, still on the wrong bread. Also - my wife ordered her Italian sandwich and asked for it to be toasted/hot. Sub in a tub is my new obsession. I'm doing the kinda keto low carb thing so this satisfies my need for something italian and quick. This location was a beacon after a trip to southlands. I was rushing home to eat lunch and I spotted the sign. It was busy on a Saturday afternoon, appeared to be a little short on staff but they were certainly hard at work. As I was looking at the reviews I noticed all of them are very similar. There is 0 accountability with the staff. I get it, you hire a bunch of teens at minimum wage it's hard to get a quality, but that's where leadership makes a difference. I placed an online order, was supposed to be ready for pickup at 11:45, sandwich's weren't ready until 12:15 so it was over an hour to get my food. I got home and noticed one sandwich was missing, I should have looked before I left knowing the reputation of this establishment but was so frustrated with the length of the entire process I just wanted to get out. I called the store back to speak with someone about getting a refund on a sandwich I paid for only to hear form the employee we are to busy to take a call. I said you need to refund me my money and their response was we will call you back. Guess who never called back! Filed a formal complaint with jersey mikes corporate as well, still no response from the ownership. Really sad to see how far customer service has gone down the drain. I used to love jersey mikes until I got a steak and cheese wrap with pieces of bone in it. Not just one piece but 6 pieces. I broke my front two teeth biting into it and have had to get my teeth fixed numerous times. I spoke to the manager when it happened and called to franchise owner at the number the manager gave me. I tried contacting the company to no avail. NOOONE GOT BACK TO ME or my lawyer!! So I now have a crazy huge dental bill. I was super stoked when I got the Birthday email for a free regular sub sandwich and 22oz drink for signing up to the email program. I went there for lunch and tried the pastrami melt. It was so delicious and hit the spot. I should have asked for a pickle. The employees and manager were on top of their game and helped everyone in the restaurant with enthusiasm. Only reason I gave this a 2 was for all the other good service I did get. Overall, they have been great until they got new people that don't seem to care about your order. Several months ago, I had ordered a pick up and used my points. I asked for no sauerkraut, and Mike's Way on my pastrami. This was the first time this order was wrong. I was already home, and brought home our order for dinner. I called to let them know, and I told them that one of the sandwiches was wrong. They said I can come back and they can remake it. I said I just got home and had a long day at work, and they said they would have a manager call me to credit back my points. Never got a call back. Called the next day, and their manager seems to be always in break when I call. I gave up getting back my points. 144 points wasted on a Giant Pastrami I couldn't eat. Can't have sauerkraut. Today 8/2/2020 - ordered a pastrami with no sauerkraut and Mike's Way. Got home, and my order was wrong. There was so much thousand island dressing that my sandwich was soaked it in, and sauerkraut in the pastrami and soaked in the thousand island. So, I called and told them my order was wrong. They said I can come back and they will remake it. I said, "I'm like 15 mins away, and I would like to talk to a manager." The girl said that, "The closest manager we have us on break, and the real manager will be back Monday." She said she would have the manager call me back. I said "Really? Because the last time this happened several months ago, no one called" She said, "Oh, I promise a manager will call you back." So I gave her my number, and asked her to repeat back the number. She said, "Ummm, can you repeat it because I think I missed a number." I'm like, "Tell me what you have?" She was like, "Umm." So I proceed to say, "Oh, you didn't even write down my number. I'll call back when the manager is there." And hung up. I wasted another 144 points for a Giant Pastrami because I can't have sauerkraut. Yes, we go to Jersey Mike's a lot and even used their catering several times, and earned a lot of points. They seem not to care for your order either when you use points. At least that has been my experience with this two orders I used, using my points. I have kids and not going to repack then back in a car to get a sandwich. It's seems to be when there is a problem, the manager seems to be on break, and they don't really get your number down. Terrible customer service! What happened to work ethic? Ordered in line, my wife waited 40 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and still no sandwiches. Only made sandwiches after she became upset. People walking in and ordering got food first. Why offer online if you can't or won't make the sandwiches when you say are. 19 people waiting for online orders. Couldn't do refund - won't go there again! The online tells you when to come.
