We had no trouble ordering & the place was empty. I ordered the chicken, apple, pecan, cranberry salad. It came with tons of blue cheese on top. I don't like blue cheese. I almost brought it back, but scraped it off & my H enjoyed eating it. I went back to look on the board for the descriptions & it did NOT show blue cheese. Wendy's, please show all the information on your board for us not-liking-every-kind-of-cheese people. The atmosphere was quite dull. Some lively music would help. read more

Do not patron this Wendys! I took my grandkids thru the drive through for a frosty as it was so hot out. When we pulled up to the order speaker, there was nothing. No sound, no voice, nothing. I said, "hello", very nicely a couple of times and kept waiting. Then I said, 'Hello, is anyone there?" I turned to the grandkids and said I was sorry, but apparently the system wasn't working and the employees didn't know we were there. Then a female voice came on which said "I am busy", ver gruffly. I said, ok, fine we will wait. A couple of minutes later she came on and said "what do you want.." I placed our order for three frostys. When I pulled up to the window, she began to give me a big lecture about how if they don't answer, they are busy. I said, "I understand but I didn't even know if you knew I was there. Most places they come on and say they will be right with you in a few, but there was no communication." Instead of ending it there, she began to go on again giving me a big lecture about being busy and how I needed to wait (I didn't have a problem with waiting, I just wanted acknowledgement she knew I was there) On and on she went until it got pretty ugly. Terrible customer service, and I told her I would be filing a complaint. When I drove around the side of the building, an employee was going in. I stopped and asked him for the manager's name which he refused to give me. In regards to "being busy" there was about 5 cars in the parking lot and no one in the drive thru in front of me, it was 3 pm in the afternoon. I will never return to this Wendys. It's pretty bad. The exterior lights are all out. The drive through menu board is so badly weathered you can barely read through the sunburnt plastic. I asked for a #6. Dicey chicken combo meal. There was no mayo. And the chicken tasted old like bad. I had two bites and spit it out. Fries were ok. Diet Coke is the 1 star. Gross! read more

Castle Pines Pkwy, Castle Rock CO 80108 May 30, 2021 Sunday- 7:15 AM  for breakfast 2 Adults Atmosphere - N/A stars Food - 4 stars Service - 5 stars Background - Road tripping and fast food was needed for breakfast.  Let us change it up from my standard fast food breakfast place.  This is my first time at Wendy's for breakfast. Atmosphere - Not rating this as it is a drive thru. Food Drink - Hot black coffee, temp would make lawyers drool waiting for the lawsuits.  I loved it. Sandwiches - A simple breakfast menu, which leads to success.  I went with the #4 Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit combo.  Looking back at the menu board I am glad my sandwich did not have as much butter as in the picture.  Mine was perfect amount, it allowed the sweetness of the honey to come through on the biscuit but not over powering the chicken.  The sandwich was borderline for me.  Do I eat one or two, probably healthier to just enjoy the one.  The combo comes with seasoned potato wedge fries, they call them seasoned potatoes.  OMG if I would have received these hot, I would have been talking about these for days.  The warm potatoes where still good, just not reaching their full potential today. Service - I explained to the lady on the other side of the drive thru speaker  that is was our first time ordering breakfast, she was good.  Thankfully no one pulled up behind us to order.  We ordered, paid, and our food was ready. This is literally the WORST Wendy's that exists!!! Out of the 6 times I've gone there, 5 have been bad. The buns are hard, soda is always out, night manager acts bothered while taking your order, tonight they were out of chili for the night by 730, fries aren't hot....the list just goes on. Castle pines doesn't have too many options for fast food and I get off work late so that's the only reason I have been to this location so many times. This location is literally known in castle pines as being the worst and we avoid it as much as we can. They're always so rude and it takes several minutes just for them to come to the window and take your order even when you're little only person in the drive thru line and there are no cars in the parking lot. They really need to close this place down. Not only is a completely disgusting and gross and I have no idea how it passes inspection. They are constantly out of items. I went today. When I swore to myself I would never come back here and they didn't have Coca-Cola. They did not have the lemonade they didn't even have ketchup. And then he forgot a large fry, and then had an attitude about the fact that he forgot to Frey even though I was willing to pay for it. Unbelievable. I have no clue why people are so crabby about this Wendy's. I think it's great! I have never tried their breakfast, but they basically sell french fries so I loved it! The service was fast and super friendly and the food was delicious. The croissant sausage and egg sandwich (I get mine without cheese) was one of the best I've ever had, and I've had quite a few. I'm not even kidding. Amazing! They didn't have decaf coffee, which isn't the end of the world but I would definitely swing by for some breakfast fries again. Ha! Thanks Wendy's! Worst customer service. I have tried this Wendys multiple times and each time it surprisingly gets worse. Our food has been undercooked, raw, and cold, which is surprising when it usually takes them longer than 10 minutes to prepare simple orders. I thought this time it was a young, inconsiderate employee running the drive thru, but when I pulled up to the window I was surprised to see it was the manager taking the orders! This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. We ordered a number 3 that has bacon and a number 2 for breakfast with 6 French toast sticks. We ended up getting who knows what kind of meat with gravy sandwich. We did not receive the best part our French toast sticks. The potatoes were good but that's about it. This is by far the slowest Wendy's I have ever been to, and I've been to a lot of Wendy's. They are understaffed and undertrained. The simple process of taking an order takes twice as long as it should. At least I got a cup so I could enjoy my drink for the 10 minute wait. Only to be disappointed when I see they are out of coke or dr. P at 130 on a Friday afternoon. Went there on Saturday while running errands. Ok, in full Anastasia Beverhousen mode. Lol. Went inside, place looked clean, ordered two meals. Kid working counter was friendly and we got our food in an acceptable time. Food was what you expect from fast food. Only two other groups/families came in to eat inside. The drive through was insanely busy. Not sure what all these other people here are complaining about. It's fast food, reasonably priced and they still have to cook it.
