This place gets points for being open on Sunday's....and it was busy. I was lucky enough to not have to wait more than a few min but a reservation would probably be helpful. I got a pedi and a fill. I like the overall design and decor inside. They have lots of polish to pick from and the ladies are all very friendly. They made sure to learn my name and they offer complimentary snacks and drinks. My pedi was fine. My fill was just okay. I am VERY picky and to someone whose not picky-they would probably give 5 stars. The service I received here last week was very disappointing. Nora (the person who did my nails) seemed to be in a rush to get my manicure over with. She was very rough with the way she held my fingers and would dig the edge of her fingernail into my finger as she rotated it to put the gloss on. I asked for a dip manicure and she would dunk my nails in the power resulting in chunky clumps all over the nails on top of the dried out base coat she painted on first. The color was also not the color I had picked out. Now, only a week later my nails have chipped multiple times and I have had to fix them myself at home. The experience was overall very bad and I would not recommend this place, especially with all the other nails salons in the city. read more

I've gone to this nail salon many times in the last year. First half of the year was great, the service matched their prices; however, there has been a change in management. Since then, service has been awful. As another reviewer mentioned, $35 plus for a pedi that last maybe 15 min max. They are always in a rush and never do a quality job because of this. I went last week, and my cuticles look like they haven't been touched in several months. Such a waste of time and money! Whats sad is that even the employee who I complained to acknowledged how bad service has gotten since management has changed. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. read more

I had high expectations for this salon. Overall I had a good manicure and pedicure. The manager was gracious and on point. My technician Leo was polite and wonderful. I think the service is great but the ambience is lacking. I felt as though it was an assembly line instead of an inviting, calming environment. The staff wore casual clothing which made them blend it with customers and did not make them stand out. Also, I felt as though it could be tidier: better storage for tools, supplies, and miscellaneous items. Suggestions would be to have staff wear an apron or some sort of uniform e.g all black, better storage , and maybe have warmers wall colors and lighting or soothing music. I had high hopes for this place based on the reviews. Unfortunately I didn't have a 5 star experience. Granted I went on a Saturday and it was busy! I had to wait but not more than 10 minutes. Once I sat at the table, a girl began wrapping my nails to remove the old and offered me refreshments. Then she moved me to another station and told me someone else would do my nails. She didn't tell me she had an appointment scheduled or offer any explanation but as I sat and waited for another technician, I saw the lady walk in that had scheduled an appointment with her. So finally someone comes to help me. She cut one of my cuticles and it started to bleed. She put some disinfectant on it, quickly apologized and continued. While she was buffing my nails, she grazed two of the cuticles on my other other hand! It didn't look like they were bleeding but they sure were sore! It was my first time here. She didn't walk me to the register or attempt any conversation or even ask if I had ever been there before. The cuticles hit by the buffer look fine today. The one she cut with her tool that bled has a small scab on it now. I'm super bummed and will not be going back! read more
