Chocolate, Ube, and Strawberry Mochinuts! Delicious treat!!! I have to say this definitely falls into my favorite donuts! The mochinuts have a "crispy" outside and a soft inside. The toppings have great flavor that match well. I'd definitely come back and try some new fun flavors! I also love the shape!! Easy to share! Almost like break apart munchkins. Update: just found out we have one back in my hometown of Virginia!! This could be dangerous :D read more

Have they started charging by the calories? One vanilla topped donut with tax $3.79? My daughter loved it, i don't get it. Supposedly the dough is made with rice flower and makes a spongier donut. I think it just tasted like it's not cooked. Spacious, trendy and clean interior. read more

Mochinut - 3 Piece Donut - Donuts Near Me - Plano, Texas

Loved this store! I recently became hooked in mochinut and this is the best that I have visited around Dallas. The guy that helped me was so kind and attentive and I could tell that he cared about the service he was providing. If you haven't had a mochinut yet, be prepared to love the texture and your stomach won't feel heavy like regular donuts. Love the glazed the best! read more

I think that the mochi donut here was okay. The bread was sort of moist and tasted good. I wasn't really a big fan of the frosting on the donut. I just didn't think they blended well together with the type of bread that mochi is. I'll probably try other places before I come back here again. read more

I'm excited to see more mochi donut stores opening up near me. The inside of this location is super cute and bright. The boxes are cute as well! I think the texture of these donuts are slightly better in comparison to other locations nearby. However, the prices are higher. I really just wanted one donut but was forced to buy three. You can't just buy one here, which is rather ridiculous. You have to buy AT least three. Sometimes you're just craving something sweet and just want something small. It is $9 for three donuts, which I find pricey. That is my biggest complaint. Allow me to buy one donut at a time! Don't make me buy three because then I'll end up eating all of them. read more

We arrived after dinner to grab a few for dessert and walked out buying a full dozen. They are on the pricey side than regular donuts. Not much in the display however we were able to order from the menu and wait a few minutes for freshly fried donuts. A little too sweet for me because of the glaze. One thing I love about any Asian pastry is they are never too sweet. Some of the donuts had a glaze to mimic a true American donut. One donut is enough for me. We enjoyed the Taro donut but the churro donut was not our favorite. Still definitely worth a stop at least once. read more

It's a very cute clean place. The staff was very nice. They have nice little backgrounds for photo ops. Packaging on the food are these little cute boxes. But. The variety of donut flavor was not great. I was hoping for flavors like green tea and taro. The churro and classic donut was tasty. But the prices are higher than I expected. We also ordered the hot Cheetos corn dog and it was just too much. We did not finish it. Def give them a try once and make your own assessment. The hype for this place had me excited but it was a little bit of a letdown. read more

Yum! Bought 3 Mochinut, but the server threw in an extra. Favorite flavors in order - tiramisu, cookies n cream, strawberry and churro, but all were good. Such a cute shape too! read more

My friend and I came for our girls day and we're getting 6 donuts. the nice man that came and helped us gave us the two other flavors we were missing and was very nice about it. the drinks were amazing, and the k-dogs were to die for. the restaurant is very bright and welcoming and so is the staff. read more

Not a good experience bought 3 to try the guy gave me 1 for free but they were stale and very chewy

I randomly stumbled across this place. Once I came in, an employee started helping me pick a flavor. It was my first time and they recommended me the cinnamon churro. With one bite of the caramel churro I was shook. It is the tastiest and fluffiest "pastry" I ever tried. It resembles a mix between a donut and a churro, but 100 times better! I don't write reviews too often, but this place had great service and delicious sweets I had to share! read more

We had Mochinut churro, red velvet & raspberry funnel cake donuts. The most delicious I've had in a while! Awesome service as well and very clean!! My daughter had the Flamin' Hot Cheetos kdog and loved it! read more

Super cute place. Clean, employees had masks on but the customers don't have to. The two girls working the register were nice. Would have given 5 stars but they didn't inform us that they were out of a certain flavor and we'd have to wait. Besides that it was great. Tried the Brown sugar boba and it was delicious! The donuts are great too! read more

First time ever having a mochi donut. Now I'm looking back at all the wasted years we could have spent together. Oh well, we'll just have to make up for lost time, a dozen at a time. Also, the corndogs are amazing. Run, don't walk to get a 1/2 cheese 1/2 hot dog one. :) read more

The best in town!! The Mochi-Donuts are fresh and delicious. This is the go to place in Plano for amazing donuts!!

The best donuts!!!!!!! Always fresh And the staff is super friendly. Thank you for service

Fun texture, but crazy high priced. $3 for each one . Had to wait an excruciating 30 min for rice dog order, and they were very greasy.

One of my top favorite sweet treats! My friends and I got a dozen and were offered a free employee favorite. Thank you Mochinut

This place is so cute! Visiting a friend, I was looking for some donuts. I found this place on Yelp...it wasn't far from where I was staying. The donuts have a distinctive shape to them...they can be torn apart and shared with a friend. They are made with rice flour so they have a lightly crisp outer crust and inside, the donuts are soft and chewy. Delicious!! I had the vanilla chai and original glaze...both were incredible. I also tried three of the Mochi dogs. I had the original, half and half with mozzarella cheese and the jalapeno cheddar sausage dog. I paired them with mango habanero sauce, spicy mayo, and a combo of mango habanero and honey mustard. I left feeling full as a tick! I also had the brown sugar boba...I love that they sell it in a can. It was the best. In the other reviews, people were complaining of an after oily after taste from the mochinuts, but I didn't get that at all! The taste of the donuts was marvelous. read more

I'd been wanting to try mochi donuts for a while now so was super excited to find out that there was a mochinut so close by! I popped in w/ my SO and the store was very spacious and clean and had a cute area where you could take fun pictures. We got the pistachio, raspberry and funnel cake flavors and they all exceeded expectations, the texture of the donut is very chewy and soft and the shape makes them perfect for sharing They were a little oily/had a slightly oily aftertaste which we didn't appreciate as much but this didn't detract from the overall experience too much. I will definitely be back to try new flavors read more

1. The food is amazing! 2. The packaging is top tier 3. The customer service is some of the best I've experienced. Follow them on IG, as they have a variety of mochi donut flavors that change every few days. Thank you mochinut!! read more

Daughter was craving donuts, so we were trying to go something out of the ordinary. She loves those random donut places with the building title that just says donut. She is not a big fan of the chain donut places like Krispy Kreme or Dunkin' donuts. So I had to think outside of the box to find this place. Most of those places typically close about noon or 1:00 p.m. this was after school so the challenge was really there to find this place. Did a couple of Google and Yelp searches to see what I had saved in my places that I wanted to go or bookmarks. Stumbled upon this place that she loved. The concept was different. The donut was more like a necklace or bracelet in a design covered with icing and sprinkles. They had a variety of flavors to try. We all enjoyed ourselves with what we had chosen. She tried to go back some months later but the drive was just too far. We found another place who served a similar donut, but the quality was not there. read more
