Very friendly. The older Yelp reviews reflect VERY cheap prices---only if you have an old Iphone though! I was expecting to spend under $60 as the below reviews stated, but if you have the new Iphone 5, it's way more costly. I got my shattered Iphone 5 fixed and it cost me $130 after the check-in deal. That's roughly the same amount of money the kiosks charge at the mall. But, it was done in less than 30 minutes and they were very nice here. I recommend using Mobile Kangaroo, especially if you have the older Iphone 3 or 4 because they employee said it's really cheap--under $50 for repairs. read more

This is the worst place to take your apple products to they opened the beats x that I gave them and supposedly sent it to apple but apple returned it back to them because they broke it and also they had kept my beats x for two whole months and now they are acting like they didn't do anything and that apple "broke" the beats. Now they told us that they have to send it back and try this whole process again. Very dissatisfied with my experience here. (Update) two months after this they put a new battery after this and now the beats aren't working again and I'm out of the 1 year warranty and very disappointed. Apple shouldn't have let them be an authorized retailer of Apple. DO NOT TAKE ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS HERE THEY WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE WORSE!! Awesome service! Tom worked on my son's phone iPhone 4 twice, both times for being dropped. The first time, it was just a screen and case replacement. The second time, it was from a failed mother board and battery. Tom put in extra time to trouble shoot the issue, which is a very tedious process from what I hear. He figured out the HW problem, replaced the battery, upgraded the iOS, and the phone is good as new! And, the repair cost was very reasonable. Thanks Tom and the lovely lady at the desk. Not yet ready to commit to a 2000 dollar purchase of a new TV, I stumbled upon this place while picking up pizza. They advertise laptop and iPad repairs but I had a hunch they might be able to fix TVs as well. My TV had been taking about a half hour to warm up so I had to plan my viewing. I had a cracked screen on my iPhone 5S and they fixed it good as new. They accepted the yelp deal I had right away and the employee who helped me was courteous and friendly. A good experience overall. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE OR ANY DEVICE HERE FOR REPAIR !!!!!! Do yourself a favor and wait for an appointment at the genius bar instead !!!!! Went in for a screen repair there I was told that due to the camera being cracked as well the phone needed to be sent in for a whole product replacement , the person that was there said it would take around 2-3 business days , 1 week has gone by and yet I have yet to receive my phone , I call in for updates and no one knows what's going on , One of the managers even disclosed that he would "have a talk" with one of the employees for misinforming me I call the next day and they told me something different again !!! Then they have the audacity to tell me " call apple and give us a call back to update us" how about NO !! get some employees that know what they are doing & stop misinforming &DISADVANTAGING YOUR CUSTOMERS!! I will take my business elsewhere and NEVER recommend this place , I would give it 0 stars if I could. read more

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER. I have never had to deal with such dishonest people. I not only had to wait for 15 days to receive my phone back but i had to personally call the store everyday just to see how the progress was going and all i got back was, " We're working on it." I posted a previous yepl about this issue and the owner called me and asked me to take the post down if he reduced my repair cost. I agreed yet my money has still not been refunded to me. I finally received my phone in the mail... but it was malfunctioning. I can't make any calls or text so basically my phone is useless... I went to the Verizon store and they pulled the battery out and my barcode was gone! On top of that, my barcode is missing now and no one told me before I went to repair it that that would happend. DONT EVER GO HERE! read more

I took my son's Nexus 7 tablet in because it had difficulty charging. The original guy who took the repair request said it was likely a broken charging port, which would cost about $70.00 to fix. Later, he called me to tell me that he had taken the device apart, and that it was not a broken charging port, but that the logic board needed to be replaced. I was told this repair cost would also cost about $70.00. He then mentioned that were a few small cracks in the corner of the screen, and asked if we wanted to replace the screen. I thought that was strange, as we never noticed any cracks, but the device is in a pretty rugged case most of the time, so maybe we couldn't see them. He said the screen didn't have to be replaced since the cracks were so minor, but it would save us labor cost since they have to take it apart anyway. The screen repair would cost $50.00. I agreed to fix the screen initially, but called the next day to tell them we had changed our minds. Since it was so minor, we thought we would save the $50.00. He told me it had already been ordered and there was no way to return it or cancel the order without significant fees. He also said, that in the meantime, if someone else came in looking for same screen, he would sell it to them instead. Over a week went by and I still didn't hear from them. I stopped by to see the device, but the guy I had worked with, Tom, was not there. A young man took out the device and set it on the counter to see if the work had been completed, and I was shocked to see the screen was completely shattered in two corners, with jagged pieces sticking out, and that there was also a large diagonal crack running the length of the screen. The young man then proceeded to tell me that the screen was so cracked, the device would no longer turn on, and that we had no choice but to replace it. I informed him that this device did not look this way when we brought it in, and I was told Tom had found only a few small, insignificant cracks in the corner. He said maybe the cracks got bigger because it had been hot and the AC at the store was broken. Although the device clearly looked like it had been dropped, I said regardless of the cause, it was their responsibility as it happened after the device was in their care. The young man informed me he would have to talk to Tom and get back to me. Several days later, I received a phone call from yet another young man, (Tom would not respond to my requests to cal me himself.) I was told they were only going to charge me $100 for both repairs as a "favor," since I didn't feel the broken screen was our fault. I said it was clearly broken at the store, and we shouldn't pay any of the cost of the screen, only the $70.00 for the logic board. After several back and forth phone calls between me and this young man, with him consulting with Tom in between, he stated the $100.00 offer was final. Tom was now stating that the logic board repair was $70.00 plus $30.00 labor, and the screen only cost $20.00. I explained that that was not what Tom had said over the phone, but I did not have a written invoice for this repair, as the problem was originally misdiagnosed and I only had an invoice for a charging port. After much discussion (Tom still wouldn't talk to me directly) we payed the $100.00 just to take it out of their hands before something else went wrong. Although both of the young assistants were very nice and tried to be helpful, clearly the management was dishonest and not interested in taking accountability for breaking the screen. read more

Took my iPhone 5 into get the power button repaired and when I picked up the phone neither the volume buttons or the internal microphone worked. Of course I didn't realize this until after leaving the store. Took the phone back two days later and after 4 hours, the volume button was repaired but they were unable to repair the microphone issue, blaming it on software. The microphone was working when I took the phone in and no software updates were released in the two days between the work. Now have to try a backup/restore and if that fails take it to the Apple Store. Huge inconvenience and waste of my time. Will not be using their services again. read more

My 5-star rating is not based on a no-problem kind of experience. It's based on an unfortunate chain of events that these guys handled very well. So, here I come into the shop with broken screen on my Moto X. I love this model. I want to fix it. The price is competitive. I go for it. All done soon, but Lucas points my attention to that fact that he cracked the new screen slightly. I sigh... He offers to fix it within couple of days after he gets another new screen. Great! A couple of days later - I'm out with a new spotless screen! Yes!... But my battery stopped charging... I'm back to the shop, Lucas does not understand how in the world he could have screwed up battery that just refuses to charge. Guess what, he orders a new battery (complementary to me) and installs it. I'm back with my now healthy phone! 5 stars! read more
