Absolutely amazing vegan food FOR VEGANS. I love animals and all their animal products and of the three things I ordered, I would only ever pay for one of them again. The coconut roti- it had the most delicious dense texture and sour dough taste. One of my favorite breads to ever have consumed. We also ordered a samosa which was delicious, flavor packed, and incredibly spicy. I loved it, but watch yourself it's hot... and a bit too greasy for me. I love curry - so, we also ordered the five curry plate. I was pretty excited about it. I cannot complain and my opinion is near invalid because I am not vegan or anything close, but it had an overwhelming amount of spice and my unprofessional opinion is that the heavy handed spicing was compensation for all that it lacked with no meat, cream, or butter. 24 dollars later I am happy to have had the experience and even more happy I am not a vegan. read more

Just went here when they had a Sri Lankan option. As a vegeterain myself who is very familiar with indian foods, I can attest that this food truck not only does justice but goes above and beyond in their taste and quality of food. Eggplant curry was the best if you have to choose one. Something to consider- The bowl option is half the price of plate option, but has more quantity of food. It made more sense to get the bowl or wrap option over the plate! Seating is outside or inside- relaxed atmosphere. It is pricey for being a food truck, water also costs an extra charge so bring your own especially if your sensitive to spicy foods! Parking is easy, although the truck itself is hidden in a corner so follow the signs to find it. read more

Hidden away down a side street (not exactly where the map shows but close enough to find the many hand-painted signs) with the kitchen in a food truck, dining under the sky, or sunshades, or in the industrial turned arts space. Tallbikes, music, art. Good people. Peace. Amazing healthy, delicious and lovingly-made food! Like I said, this place - oh man. This is seriously THE BEST food we've tried in Moab. Authentic Sri Lankan curries made by the very friendly Lal. Just spicy enough and obviously made with quality ingredients. It's 100% vegan but we're not vegans and we didn't notice or miss meat in our meal at all. Great deals, big portions, so so good. The curry was spicy and exceptionally flavorful. The samosas were also good but my husband didn't love them because they had a ton of onions. I enjoyed the breading; it was thick and sweet.
