Especially with unhappy people who have nothing better to do then pick a bone with people. And for someone who is "arrogant" and "snarky", did you know that he donates and cleans FREE coats to homeless shelters during Christmas time. Yeah, how's that for an "unpleasant" owner? Also, I've seen in person how rude many customers have been to this SMALL BUSINESS owner, and I would never have the patience this guy has.

We have heard about Together Forever Wedding, so we decided to try there first, come to find out there was a hair piece that worked "I thought". When I took the hair piece to my hair stylist to have her practice she told me this wasn't a tiara, it's not a crown (which the sales gal said it was) it's a head band of some sorts (mind you the bling is not centered). When my hair stylist put the hair piece in it wasn't comfortable nor did it look right. Second when we tried to reposition it my hair was tangled in it just by setting it in there. I got home and explained to my mom this won't work. She thought that since we haven't used it that the store would understand my situation and give us our money back (mind you we spent $97 on it so it wasn't cheap) when my mom got a hold of someone down there the owner was rude and said "all sales is final". There was NO sign posted in there and they didn't give my mom a receipt for the original transaction. It seem ridiculous that the lady claimed she has been in business for 30 years but this isn't a way you should conduct any type of business coming from someone who works in a retail world I don't treat my customers this way!!! The lady at the counter... I need to get her name the text time I'm there... She's very nice. They're fast too. Takes me longer to walk from my car parked right in front then I do dropping off or picking up. I haven't had anything drcleaned yet, but I will update this review when I do.

I brought 2 dresses in recently to have the elastic replaced in the sleeves. When I picked the items up, and after paying more than $100 (certainly not true to their "value" name) for 2 simple alterations and a blouse, I realized one of the dresses hadn't been fixed at all. The sleeves were left exactly as I brought them in. The other dress looked like a child had sewn the elastic and basically ruined the dress. And still I paid $107. What's worse is that when I first brought the items back to show them the problem, the owner John wasn't there. So I was instructed to call back in the morning. When I did, rather than apologizing for the confusion--especially since they couldn't even find record of my alteration at all--John proceeded to tell me there is nothing they can do and argue whether there was any issue at all. The whole situation is unacceptable. I will absolutely not be going back here and warn anyone from going here. Your clothes will be ruined and you'll be treated like garbage. Buyer beware!

This was my very first time going to this cleaner. I definitely take responsibility for my part in…read morethis, but let me tell you the issues I encountered when dropping my items off.. I dropped off 25 dinner napkins to be dry cleaned and pressed on Monday, March 17. I told the woman who is working behind the counter that I didn't need these in a rush, so she gave me a ticket and said you can come by next Monday to pick these up. It honestly didn't cross my mind to inquire how much it would cost to get 25 dinner, napkins, pressed and laundered ... I've used many other dry cleaners in the past and thought the cost would be reasonable. Yesterday, on Monday March 25th, the day my dry cleaning ticket said to come and pick up, I walked in and the woman behind the counter said my stuff wasn't supposed to be done until Wednesday. Had I had my dry cleaning ticket on me, I would've showed it to her and said we discussed it being done on Monday. I said, OK I'll be back on Wednesday to pick these up and oh by the way, how much will this cost? She tells me it's gonna be $250.00 to have these dinner napkins cleaned and pressed. Had there not been anyone in the store behind me, I would have had a more serious conversation about why I felt that Price was unreasonable and why was I not given an advance notice of the cost? In all fairness, I could have asked the first time I was there or done more research into this ... however, I believe that we sometimes don't ask these questions because we are familiar with experience and accustomed to a standard price. Out of the 25 napkins that I brought over, only four of them had stains. All of the napkins were from the local Angelview thrift store which I purchased for less than $20 for all of them. Needless to say, I will not be returning to the store to pick up my napkins for $250 total . So, in retrospect , absolutely ask for a price before leaving your garments at this location and hold them to the date they promised, especially when it is a week away from the date you dropped off. The fact that this woman behind the counter are printed me a ticket that said pick up on Monday the 24th and when the 24th came, she completely gaslight me and looked at me as if I were stupid to tell me to come back on Wednesday, I was sort of beside myself that I was being lied to so matter of factly. There are so many dry cleaners in the area, so don't feel as if you absolutely have to go to this place . In fact, because of this experience, I will go out of my way to recommend any other place besides this.
