Spicy Salmon Bowl over jasmine rice with cucumbers, cabbage, avocado, scallions, and pickled ginger with sriracha sesame dressing
    Dewi A.

It's airy, bright, and inviting inside with tables and even a bar top for seating. The menu is simple -- rice bowls, salads, and tartines. I ordered the spicy salmon bowl, which comes with cucumbers, cabbage, scallions, avocado, and pickled ginger served over jasmine rice with a sriracha sesame dressing. And even though the bowl was pretty and colorful (as we always eat with the eyes first), the overall dish was sorely lacking flavor. Firstly, I was surprised to find that my salmon was cold. I was really hoping it would be nice and hot, especially when it's served over a bed of white rice. The veggies were fine, but the bowl needed more sauce. I hardly got any of the sriracha sesame dressing. I had taken this bowl to go, and had I known, I would have asked for some more dressing on the side. I'd rate this dish 7/10 -- good concept, but execution and flavor could have been better. Maybe the other dishes are more flavorful.

Charming little spot we found for lunch to take a break from lobsters. Everything screams healthy here, from the girls who run the place to the menu to what's in the counter! I got the Super Green bowl, exactly like its name, everything is the color green, except maybe the scoop of hummus, but it added so much flavor to the salad. To think I never eat peas but loved them here. Hubby got the Carnita burrito bowl, which tastes like a healthy version of a Chipotle carnita bowl.

There are only a few excellent lunch places in Camden and this is one, especially for their salads. We had the Sriracha Tofu and Cobb. Some of the most flavorful greens we've had. It's a clean bright space with comfy seats and cheerful service. What more can you desire? Oh, open Mondays when all else is shuttered!

Perfect spot for grabbing a quick bite for lunch in downtown Camden! The salads were a good size and the ingredients tasted very fresh. I got the sriracha lime tofu bowl and I would definitely order it again!

Not a big selection but enough for a healthy lunch salad. Desserts are from the Red Barn, we learned.

They took us in as long as we were able to be out by 7pm (it was around 5:30pm). The food came out super fast (almost too fast). We only ordered mains since we already had happy hour elsewhere. They had one special polenta cake, but no other specials. The restaurant had not filled up yet, but appeared to have some reservations booked for later on. It was pretty hot and uncomfortable in the room, and wish they had better AC. It just made me want to eat and leave faster and made it hard to enjoy the meal. We were sat next to a portable unit but it wasn't doing a very good job and pointed away from us. I got the salmon over mushroom risotto. They asked how I wanted it cooked, which isn't usually something I get asked about salmon, so I said to cook how they normally would. It was probably about medium inside, still tender and not overcooked. The salmon had a strong grill taste but not enough seasoning and the fishy brown part was still attached underneath. The mushroom risotto and carrots were cooked and seasoned well. Overall, there wasn't anything major wrong with the meal, but I felt underwhelmed for the price tag ($36).

White table cloth service. Servers were all excellent. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient. This place has the best fine dining experience in the mid-coast. Food was outstanding- every course. I did find the printed à la carte and dessert menus odd as they list the dishes' main ingredients but lack any preparation detail. So we found ourselves having to ask about several dishes before being able to make a selection. Maybe it is on purpose but it made me a bit uncomfortable to keep asking about preparation of the dishes throughout the courses. The only real negative for us is the same negative we had 10 years ago. We were seated in the porch area and I suspect they fill this area first as it has wonderful views of the Camden Hills. Both times we have been seated in there, there have been loud, fairly obnoxious diners (#-bombs flying this last visit) in the room with us. Complete turn off but nothing the restaurant can do about it. We will try Natalie's again but will forgo the porch dining for another room.

The meal was absolutely flavorful on my first visit but not so much the last visit in Dec 2025. Maybe it was a bad night? I thought the flavors fell flat and service was not as attentive. I was celebrating the holidays by treating friends to dinner and had to wave down someone twice to order rounds of drinks. I will give any establishment 20 stars if they are paying attention as to whether your glass is half empty.
