LOL There is usually a wait, so just be prepared for it. I was able to put our name on the list and we walked around the area. Our server was great - wow was she energetic. Zipping around, smiling and engaging with all of the customers. Our food was delicious!! The sticky bun...we managed to snag one of the last few left. Again, get there early if you don't want to miss out. The corned beef hash - amazing Biscuits - YUM Gravy - savory goodness. Home fries - flavorful and not too greasy. Eggs - perfect! The staff (two young ladies on this morning) were busy hustling and, even with that, were helpful as they tried to keep taking care of customers. The vanilla latte was SUE-PERB, albeit a bit hot for my taste (had it let is cool first). As we sat having our halfway-between-breakfast-and-lunch-but-not-really-brunch snack there was a steady stream of customers, I'm guessing about 50/50 regulars and cruisers. Aside from pastries, coffees and teas, there's a cooler with canned/bottle beverages for the on-the-go beverage drinker. With as much activity as was going on during our visit you'd think it'd be difficult to keep clean, but there was a gentleman who came out frequently to take care of emptied tables, trash, etc. There are windows into the baking area, proving that they've got nothing to hide. Such a simple, thoughtful gesture, and such a great first impression! When it was our turn to order, we were helped by an incredibly pleasant and patient woman. At one point, in the middle of everything she was juggling, a customer asked her to roll up one of the blinds. She smiled, took care of it, and went right back to work without missing a beat. My husband and I own fast-food restaurants, so we understand just how difficult it is to provide that level of hospitality when you're slammed. We were so impressed with her work ethic and attitude that before we left, we discreetly gave her a $100 tip. She absolutely deserved it. And somehow, the food managed to be just as impressive as the service. The lobster was, without question, THE BEST LOBSTER WE HAVE EVER HAD IN OUR LIVES!!!
