I don't have any pictures of this place because it's not an indoor eating kind of establishment, it's a self serve grab and go on a very busy high visibility corner downtown Bath. Easy in and easy out! Perfect for a quick lunch break while at work. I CAN speak to the quality of their food, though! Every recipe for a sandwich or soup, or little side dish, salad is carefully and loving put together with perfect chops, perfect medley of flavors and textures to delight any taste buds. They have a few hot soups to choose from, and a few more cold in the fridge to take home with you for later. They offer a wide range of baked goods, popcorn and potato chips. Plus a nice cooler of more boujee drinks! I love going in to find what they have new in there! They sell POPPI!!! What makes this interesting is, the menu lineup changes WEEKLY. So they'll post what that week's menu will be on Facebook, with pictures! I love that. My favorite sandwich is their "Autumn Chicken Salad" (they sell it all year) I like to call it my fruit cake chicken salad! It's VERY unique. This place is so good. Food is made fresh everyday. Charlene, the owner, is so talented and makes such good soups, salads, sandwiches and dessert. The dessert is on another level. The salmon corn chowder is my favorite. So much salmon in it. It's amazing. The scones are delicious. The Monster cookies are my favorite, I could eat those on a daily basis. I love going in and hearing fun music and being greeted by such bubbly happy people at the counter. Everyone is so nice and just the best! My wife told me that friends and coworkers love this place and have encouraged her to go. We spent the morning at Popham Beach and decided to stop for lunch on the way home. Even before we ordered we were immediately struck by the kindness and friendliness of the lady behind the counter, whom I am assuming is the owner. We ordered the chicken stew and a key lime pie dessert to share. The stew was super good, but I must say it was soon forgotten once we tried the key lime dessert..... simply amazing!! Made With Love Today we had the good folks at Run with Soup cater our lunch at the Atlantic Motorcar team meeting. A total of 12 lunches, each packed meticulously in individual team member bags with a name label on each. Super simple to hand out, an unexpected but much-appreciated step. Provided to us nicely, all packed up and ready to go in boxes. With some extras thrown in. What can I say? The food is absolutely delicious, super healthy, tasty, and freshly prepared. Our entire team rated it a "5 Star" lunch for quality, value, and taste. And this is a tough crowd to please; they loved it! In addition, the Run with Soup folks were super friendly and helpful to work with, sending over a menu, accepting an e-mailed order, and clearly prepared the order with exacting care, ready for pickup early. Incredible find in an old hospital that is now apartments and artwork--and this cafe. The directions are a little roundabout in a residential neighborhood (we missed the turn and had to come back around) but it's not far off Route One. But it is worth finding it. We had amazing soups--cucumber yogurt and red pepper/smoked Gouda. The sandwiches were stuffed full of delicious fresh ingredients--Sriracha hummus wrap and curried chicken salad. We took home some of the creative potato salad and pasta salads. You can call in your order and pick up or there are tables outside and inside in the wide hallway. Plenty of parking. A co-worker put me on to this place in North Bath, and boy am I happy I now know about it. So here's the deal, they have 3 rotating soups weekly that you can learn about on their fb page. If you like a certain soup, get some to go, as they will not promise when it will return. But, what they do have always is their Flu buster soup...think Chicken noodle soup that got attacked by ginger and cayenne. I brought a pint home to enjoy on a cold rainy day and could have drank the broth by the gallon, so good! They also have a weekly sandwich and some salads that sound delicious. Used to enjoy eating in at the old location, but this move is bound to help them grow in popularity. Never had a soup or sandwich that I didn't love from Run With Soup! Try their sandwiches!!!! Sometimes I come here just for their chocolate chip cookies but they don't have them at times. I actually stopped in today and didn't want to go home empty handed so I took a gamble on one of their fall sandwiches. Black Forest ham, thin sliced gala apples, Gouda cheese and real honey mustard (it had the seeds) on fresh toasted bread. It was so good I wish I had ordered the full size instead of just half. Staff is always pretty friendly, there are a few tables to sit at. I wish they were open on weekends but this place does get pretty busy during lunch time. It was truly excellent - and that's by New York City standards, where there's no shortage of good soup and sandwich options. Everything was great. The turkey sandwich, with fresh ingredients, well assembled with good ratios, and delicious bread. The thai green curry soup - perfect consistency, great ingredients. We got some scones and some chicken salad to go - all really good. The owner came out and chatted with us while we were here too. Showed us some great Maine hospitality.
