He made the whole process very easy. He was clearly knowledgeable in the car I looked at, very professional and quite accommodating with my budget. After going over all the features and options, he got me in for a test drive within 20 minutes. I did some paperwork on my return and Austin let me know I'd hear from them once the credit check and paperwork was done. I spoke with Annie the next day and she too was extremely pleasant and friendly and answered any and all of my questions. Roughly 24 hours from when I first stepped in I had the good news. Austin even picked me up from my job down the street to finalize the paperwork and get into my new lease. I sat down with Ryan to go over the insurance details and he was very helpful with this whole process. What started out as a very stressful situation for me was met with a very courteous, affable group of people! The showroom was spotless, bright and inviting. The process from start to finish was easy, explained well and fast. I can't give my opinion on any other dealership to make a comparison but I can say that this is the type of service that every place should have! I am happy to have been helped by people who clearly care and will definitely be back in the future!

Well here are some screen shots where you can see that they knowingly sold a car with damage, lied about it, didn't disclose it was a theft recovery, mechanical issues as you can see from the lights on the dash, vehicle arrived with over 100 extra miles on it from when I purchased it to transport picking it up from them and more! My 2024 Nissan GTR was purchased through Hoffman Nissan with Gus as my point of contact. Rest assured he will take great care of you lol "hiding the damage and playing the I didn't know card" very well. Vehicle arrived with damage in all locations listed on the transport pick up sheet before it even arrived to me with 100 additional miles on it at pick up. Damaged components, alignment off, rims all had damage , mismatched tires (advised by Nissan not recommended as it can cause transmission issues) what do you know .... needs a transmission!!! (diagnosed by a local Nissan dealer!!) Said it was an issue prior to me owning the vehicle as diagnostic reports show it! They are liars and thieves and I have all the proof I need to take action. I have tried to contact Gus Loukus who has some how disappeared and does not answer phone calls, text or emails anymore after he made his money on the sale and Micheal Lapointe is no better! They both know what they did and how they lied and hid the damage and sold it to someone out of state to make the deal happen. Not only that they never reported by issues since August/ September of last year to the warranty claims department and let their guaranteed satisfaction warranty expire and not make a claim. A real clown show you have at this dealership and unfortunately with multiple attempts to have them stand up and resolve the problem they choose to run and hide instead of standing behind the sale and their brand. It is sad that a consumer has to get legal involved to have their vehicle repaired to the condition they were told it was in. I have attached screen shots showing that management wants to know what I want ......and my simple answer was the items not disclosed as damaged or having issues repaired or replaced. To then be ghosted and just ignored. It's sad you have to threaten with legal or social media exposure for a company to do the right thing anymore! Guess matters have to be taken to another level and I will make sure not only that this gets resolved but that no other consumer has to suffer and buy hidden garbage from your dealership! If you decide you would like to step up Hoffman and replace the parts on the vehicle you sold me with hidden damage you know where to find me. BTW it needs a transmission as well. If legal takes this claim over your bill goes up quite a bit and I won't go away. So why don't you make the right decision and take care of your customer. Step up and do the right thing. I will make it my life's mission to make sure I keep all social media options informed of this as well as potential customers thinking twice about spending a dollar with you.

We stopped at Hoffman Porsche on a whim just to see what cars they had on the lot. We were greeted by Silvio, who took the time to learn what we were interested in and what would work for us. With Incredible courtesy and without pressure he showed us a few cars. After test driving a Taycan 4s, I gave him my trade in data and asked him to make me a fair offer for both a trade in as well as the Taycan. By the time I got home, he had emailed me everything needed and the next day we drove down with our car and a bank check to purchase the Porsche. In all of my years of buying many cars, this was by far the easiest, most professional and best experience I have ever had. We were introduced to the GM and service manager, who helped complete the process. I highly recommend this dealer, and I hope to do business with them again for my next car!!!

Pure Sleeze!…read more Bait and Switch On Feb 7th Nicole Mooney accepted my offer of $80K for a BMW X5 PHEW, all taxes, fees, "out the door". See her email and her purchase order. I signed, and returned the purchase order which included $500 for registration. On Feb 11th, she emails and says "Our Registration Team got back to me" and she has increased the price by $1,782. This is after I had signed the purchase contract. Another sleeze move...You know how the dealers want a finance person to "Meet with You" so they can pressure you into accepting high margin add-ons? In the old days, it was rust-proofing that actually voided the manufacture's warranty? She would not send me the Closing Paperwork ahead of time! Why give the customer a chance to prepare when sleezy dealers can ambush them? BMW National should be ashamed of the Hoffman Auto Group.

Visited the service department today for the annual service on the Volvo. Impressed by their…read moreequipment as you drive in the service area that measures your tires to determine if you need a rotation, alignment, etc. Was greeted promptly and directed to Pete Daiko, one of the service personnel. Pete took the time to explain what the first service on the car would be, checked for recalls and service advisories (there was one), told me how long it would take for the normal service plus the amount of time it would take to resolve the service advisory. I was then directed to their guest waiting area which had plenty of seating areas to allow for social distancing. Liked the guest area where coffee, tea, soda, water, and various snacks were located. Getting a video of the safety inspection was a surprise and a nice touch. I was kept advised of how things were going and the wait time was actually less than stated which was nice. Overall this was one of the best service calls that I have had and look forward to doing business with Hengras in the future.

Bought my last XC90 used from them, got 2 key fobs with the car. Within 6 months one of the fobs needed a new battery. Having changed my own fob batteries for the last 15 years, I opened it up and replaced the battery. A tiny (and I mean minuscule) piece of cheap plastic fell off that was tasked with holding the battery in a precise location inside the fob, rendering it useless! I used the second fob until it was time for service and then brought in the non-working one to them to look at. I was told it would be over $700 for a new one! The computer part of the fob was perfect-only a tiny piece of plastic to seat the battery was missing. Nope-need a whole new one! I spoke with the service manager, Peter, explaining what had happened, no deal. $700 for a new one. I explained that I have changed the fob batteries for years in my prior cars with no issue and was told that perhaps I should have called the service department to do it for me. I found that to be incredibly condescending. I asked them if they checked the fobs for issues prior to reselling a used car and was told that's not part of the pre-certified process. So no idea if the plastic was already cracked prior to my opening it. I suggested that they replace the fob for free, due to the issue and no guarantee the plastic wasn't cracked when I received it. After much back and forth, and a promise from Peter for a prompt return call, I had to call him back a week and a half AFTER he promised to call. Eventually Peter dropped the replacement fob cost to $375. I refused. I went to Mitchell Volvo and they were able to fix it no charge. After 15 years-Gengras has lost all of my business. I will buy my cars from Mitchell Volvo and I suggest others do the same.

Within the first 3 months the CUE system stopped working twice and only displayed a black screen. As a result, the radio, heat, back up camera, staring wheel controls, and parking assist do not work. Stephens reset the system and it would work for a few weeks and go out again. In addition, the car does not start up at least once a week where I have to continue to hit the push to start until it eventually starts. Most recently, the car has had an issue shifting into drive. Update: I still a little disappointed that I had so many issues with the car within the first few months however Stephens has gone above and behind to resolve the issue especially the service department and Bryan the service manager. I was so frustrated with the issues I hung up on Bryan when I was advised on how much it would cost. Instead of getting upset and giving up Bryan called the head office and found a program that would cover the majority of the cost. Instead of taking it personal he understood my frustration and continued to help. He called me several times to provide updates of the status and resolved the issue fully. One would not expect to have so many issues within a year after paying $30k on a vehicle. However, based on my experience with the service department I would say the issues I had were just and abnormally which happens. Based on the service and resolution I would have no problem buying from Stephens again or recommending them to others. I truly appreciate the work the service department and Bryan did to correct the issues with my car. Great guy!

Started off as a great experience (we love the car), but we got talked into the glass coating…read moreprotection plan, which we thought was a no-brainer. After having the car inspected for a wrap on the top, a reputable company informed us that the car has no ceramic coating. We were shocked, so we had it looked at by another company known for ceramic coatings, and they confirmed there was no coating on the car. Both companies put their findings in writing. We called them up, and they claimed to have done the coating but had no solution for us. Understandably, we are very upset; we gave them a chance to offer a solution or make it right, and they basically just said, "we did it," and that was it. The car also has swirl marks and did not undergo proper paint correction before it was "coated." Walking out after spending $100,000, we should be 100% happy, and we definitely aren't. We feel like we were swindled. I will give two stars because the salesman and the people who gave us the car tutorial and set up were very kind and informative. However, their response to a very valid complaint is unacceptable.
