They will do everything to your car and charge you for it, but not the one thing that you actually need. I went to Firestone in Bloomfield for an oil control valve replacement, due to the diagnostic codes. They insisted on doing their own diagnostic, and charging me over $100 for it. They never showed me the results of their diagnostic, but they told me that the oil control valve was fine, and that they needed to replace other items that did not show up in my code, costing over $1000. After the hefty cost and days lost to waiting around the area, the check engine light back on. So I brought it back. And it went on again. They told me that the manager would contact me, and that was over a month ago and no one contacted me. Finally, I went to another auto body shop, paid for a diagnostic (again), and they determined that I needed an oil control valve replacement. Just like I said in the first place. I spent the money on it, and now the check engine light is off and the car is driving fine. Customer Support assured me that they would contact me to remedy the situation. This has yet to happen, and it has been a month.
