I also asked if certain things could be done to the car like new tires and brake pads after signing, and the sales rep told me that since I already signed the documents, it couldn't be done but if I hadn't signed yet, it could've been done. The second time I bought a car a month later, I asked for those same things to be done before signing, and I was told again that they couldn't do it. Same sales rep, same situation.
