I was able to go in and look at the car I wanted and own it within an hour or so. It's a family business it's nice to see everyone on the same page and willing to help now I have my New to me car I'd definitely recommend

Buying a car can be stressful, especially when your in the used car market. I'm pleased to share I had a very positive experience with Gary Vega, my sales associate and the dealership team at Artioli Dodge. We were in the market for a minivan and purchased one from them because we felt respected, they didn't pressure or try to upsale us. I hate when dealerships and their sales team make it about their needs versus yours. Not with Artioli. My husband and I told Gary our budget, car needs and we got to a fair price we were happy with. Before going to Artioli, we read some good reviews and it's why we decided to drop by. They didn't disappoint. If your looking to get your next car I recommend checking them out. They didn't disappoint me.

The service dept seems to be making an earnest effort to make the problems that we are having right. Let's see how things go. More to come.

Horrible customer service, spilt oil under hood using "cracked" funnel, why wouldn't it been thrown away. Oil dripped all over my driveway.

My fiancee purchased a 2003 jeep grand Cherokee from one of the owners named Joe a little over a…read moremonth ago for $6100. It had just over 110,000 miles on it. Upon looking at the vehicle everything looked ok at first glance. Joe stated the transmission was strong and there were no issues with the 4 wheel drive. After taking it for a test drive I noticed the brakes were a bit soft so I brought my concern to Joe who said he would have it fixed before the final purchase. On the day of purchased it was decided to take the jeep to a local dealership for a final inspection. Upon inspection there were a couple repairs that we're needed. It needed a new steering box, the rear lower control arm bushing would need to be repaired and the transmission seal would need to be repaired. So we brought back the evaluation to Joe and he stated he would cover half the cost of the steering box and would replace the transmission seal. After having the work done we were informed that all we had to do was go have the jeep registered and we were good to go. As soon as we got home we noticed the passenger side door opens from the outside when it wants to. Also we realized the steering was thrown out of alignment when the steering box was done. We then also realized the tires kept losing air due to dry rot. And then to top things off the transmission started leaking fluid at the seal and the brakes went soft and the e brake didn't work. So we contacted Joe immediately who didn't return our phone calls for 3 days. Finally when we did speak with him he wanted us to bring the vehicle back almost a week later because that time best suited HIS schedule, but did not suite ours. Now in case your wondering we have 3 children and having bad brake, misaligned steering, bad tires and a leaking transmission is a HUGE safety issue. So in stead of waiting on Joe's schedule we went and had an alignment done and new tires installed. Another $700 expenditure. Also upon further investigation of our paper work we discovered a federal required safety inspection was not preformed and was not signed and provided and that Joe had inserted a "AS IS" clause into the purchase agreement. But even so that does not void federal requirements for safety inspection and repairs. Also upon researching DMV dealer sales requirements a conveyance fee is to be used for such inspection as well as for filing all required DMV documents including registration. Yet inspection was not done and we had to go to the DMV ourselves to register this vehicle and all that was provided at the end of the sale was a purchase agreement and an odometer disclosure. There weren't any invoices even supplied for the repairs done. These guys should not have a dealers license. They are conducting business as if they were private sellers at dealership prices

Good service department / bad experience with sales…read more I've had good experiences with the service department and plan on trying them more in the future. Jesse especially is super friendly and great to deal with. In the past I've had a pretty bad experience with sales: I was interested in purchasing a car from Lia Honda of Enfield, but they didn't have the color I wanted. As I was thinking about whether or not I liked the in-stock color, the salesman told me that his manager told him that the color I wanted was coming in that week. So, I put down a deposit but refused to sign a purchase agreement until I saw and drove the car. We all agreed. I found that we had miscalculated some numbers so I called to renegotiate the price over the phone. After some hesitation (understood) they agreed. Great! But then I received a call that they were not going to be able to get the color I wanted and they offered a lower price to take the in-stock car. I declined and asked to have my deposit refunded and they agreed. So far, not so bad. However, after a few days with the refund not posting and a couple of phone calls not being returned, I finally got in touch with a sales manager who told me that they hadn't processed my refund yet and he said, "Since you didn't keep your end of the deal, I'm not inclined to make this go any faster for you. You came to us looking for a car." I was pretty blown away by that. He also told me that no dealer would do a car locate without a signed purchase agreement. When I told him that I was doing that currently with another dealer, he said that couldn't be possible. (I now own the car I want) In all fairness, after estimating the refund being processed in a week or so, they did process it that day. There are several other dealerships in the area that provide much better customer service. Shop around.

On April 6th, within a week of purchasing a certified vehicle from Gary Rome Kia for over 16,800…read moredollars, the vehicle stalled in Rhode Island and would not start. When my son went to have it towed to a local Kia dealership using the Tow Assistance package that came with the car, however, they would not tow it because they did not have the vehicle on file because GARY ROME KIA did not submit the paperwork upon purchase. Three days later, with no resolution for the tow, my son eventually used AAA to have it towed the local Kia dealership. (Money out of Pocket). The diagnostics at the other dealership lasted over through the next weekend, taking another week. Now my son has had to have a rental car for over 10 days!!! Keep in mind that the Tow Package only covers 35 dollars a day. When I explained to GARY ROME KIA pre-owned vehicle sales staff that we were going to have to pay money out of pocket for the rental due to the rental costing more than $35, and diagnoses was delayed by at least 6 days because they did not submit the tow package paperwork on time, and that my son lost between 4 and 8 hours of work (more financial burden) when the car died. (Not to mention the stress of dealing with nonsense that should have never occurred when we just bought a vehicle one week prior). They didn't seem to be too concerned that I had just spent over $16,800 dollars at their business and was looking at a minimum of another $400 dollars out of pocket for a problem that should never have occurred. Being more than reasonable, I suggested to GARY ROME KIA sales managers that if they could not cover the out-of-pocket expenses which I know were going to incur, they should at least consider covering oil changes for a year or some other form of compensation for our financial losses and inconvenience. The response from STEVE LIPTAK was not that "THEY CAN'T DO THAT" that, but that they "WON'T DO THAT". I had mentioned to the sales manager Telesha (who has been very pleasant to deal with during this ordeal) to let STEVE know that I had time on my hand and would make my feelings be known with GARY ROME KIA about this whole debacle. So, the first step is to let the people of Enfield know that GARY ROME KIA does not stand by its vehicles. I have posted a picture of the receipt so you can all see the ridiculous prices they charge. I also took the receipt to my garage and they nearly lost it. How can Gary Rome Kia charge those prices and still be able to look their customers in the eye. I will never take my car there again! It only took 2 days after signing the paperwork before I was called to come get my new car. A few days after picking my new car up, I noticed a vibration when braking. I called Tony to let him know & he advised me to drop my car off at my convenience as this was around the Thanksgiving holiday. (No questions asked, no attitude, just great customer service!).
