I was in a panic because I was 2 hours from home and the vehicle had just been serviced by the dealership (twice) for an engine/coolant system issue. The dealership was no help at all, but on the suggestion of the auto parts store down the street I stopped in to New England Wholesalers. Saved my bacon!!! Rob, knowing I was late for my workshop and freaking out about how I was going to get there AND how I was going to get home, took my car in immediately, found the problem and fixed it in less than 15 minutes. The coolant hasn't leaked since (been over a week) and everything is running fine. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Thank you for knowing how to fix the car and for being so accommodating. It is seriously appreciated! Ginger

Lied to my employee about what I said, and almost got him FIRED…read more These guys asked my employee when he could be off work one day, so he could come to their dealership and do a deal with them. My employee said, "On this day the earliest I can be off work is 2pm, but I might have to work after that as well." THIS DEALERSHIP SENT MY EMPLOYEE A TEXT THAT SAID, "I TALKED TO YOUR BOSS AND YOU CAN LEAVE AT 2PM TODAY!!" Of course they never talked to me. What kind of dealership talks to your boss for you? I wouldn't even accept a phone call from them let alone actually discuss my employee's time off with a total stranger. I got in touch with this dealership and they said "oh that message was for someone else". Really? Then whos boss did you talk to then, and the time just HAPPENED to be 2pm, the exact same time my employee told you? Definitely a lie. Then they told me that the message had not been sent by an employee, but BY THE ACTUAL OWNER OF THE COMPANY!!! So this behavior goes straight to the very top, this is how they do business. My employee is smarter than these guys, but if he had fallen for their lies and left work at 2pm because he believed I said it was okay, he could have been fired. Now he's got a new car payment and no job!! Awesome, that is the position they tried to put this man in. LIARS from the very top of the company all the way down, they don't care about you and they will even get you fired if they think it will sell a car for them! I have screenshots, they speak for themselves. This occurred at the Westfield branch, but given that it was the Owner himself sending these lying and dangerous texts to my employee, I will be posting this review on every branch I find.
