I made the 2 hour drive to go take a look at the truck, as it was what I had been looking for and was a fair deal. I checked the truck out and decided to put a deposit on it. Jeff and Josh were very friendly and helpful in this process. I arranged to pick it up the following week. When I arrived to receive the truck, I was pleasantly surprised to the fact that they had buffed/polished the truck for me. This really brought life back to the 15 year old paint. I sealed the deal with Josh, Jeff and Jessica. I had the car home and drove it for about 2 days when it began to overheat while driving and the heating/AC system ceased to work. I brought the truck to my local mechanic and he diagnosed it with a bad head gasket. I was quite upset at first seeing as my newly purchased truck need a very big and costly repair. I reached out to Jeff and Josh with the matter and they handled it like absolute gentlemen. We had the truck towed back to Falcore. They made sure that the truck was properly and professionally repaired. They kept me very updated in this process. I want to give a big thanks to Falcore for making my first car purchase an easy and professional experience. Thanks again!

They were patient with me going above & beyond to check out & address all of my concerns. Tony was kind enough to wait for my wife & I to show up after hours to sign the paperwork as we weren't able to leave work before they closed. They registered the car for me & called me a day before it was supposed to be ready to let me know I could pick it up. It only took 2 days after signing the paperwork before I was called to come get my new car. A few days after picking my new car up, I noticed a vibration when braking. I called Tony to let him know & he advised me to drop my car off at my convenience as this was around the Thanksgiving holiday. (No questions asked, no attitude, just great customer service!). I dropped my car off, and they gave me a loaner vehicle. When I picked my car up (the very next day), they had fixed the vibration by replacing all 4 brake pads & rotors to ensure I didn't have any issues moving forward. They even noticed a ripped wiper blade & fixed that as well. I highly recommend Auto Point if you're looking for an affordable used car. The entire experience was above & beyond my expectations! It's clear that they care about their customers, even after the sale is made!

It was advertised to be in brand new condition, with low mileage, so I agreed to purchase it, based on the information and pictures the salesman provided. Later down the line in completing the sale, the salesman disclosed that there was a scrape on the rear quarter that hadn't been identified in the pics they sent me. They wanted to charge me an additional $600 to do the body work. I declined the repair because any other dealership I've bought from before, has always included ding and scrape repairs as part of the agreed upon sales price. When the car was delivered, it was raining, so I didn't inspect further. The next day, I noticed that there were also two small dents on the same side and rear which had never been disclosed by the salesman. I took the car to an auto body shop I trusted and was given an estimate of $1638.44 to repair everything. I communicated this to Brian Foley the Sales Manager along with a copy of the estimate. He eventually responded that they would reimburse me only $1000 towards the repair, which I reluctantly accepted, since I was already in for the $600 scrape. It has been over a month and no check from Sarat Ford. Brian Foley has not returned multiple voicemails and emails from me to find out what happened. I also complained through the Dealership website and got NO response! This is how they treat no-hassle, slam dunk, cash customers? BUYER BEWARE... these people are apparently not trustworthy to do business with!

Mind you I've only had the car for going on ten days since purchasing the dealership gives you 1250 miles or 30 days for warranty they sold me extended warranty with my purchase as well but they insisted that I use my warranty coverage which makes no sense at all if I technically still have warranty left from the dealership why should I have to use the extended warranty they sold me with the purchase to fix a transmission issue the car was sold with ,you would think after buying a 22,000 car you would not have issues specifically with a transmission I feel like they sold me the car knowing that it had a bad transmission I spoke to Josh one of the owners who did all my paperwork but was very unprofessional about the situation I explained to him that I shouldn't have to deal with this issue seeing I only had the car for less then 2 weeks he pushed me to the side said he will get back to me after he spoke to the co owner Charles to figure it out which don't make sense if Josh was the one who did all the paperwork and basically sold me and my wife the vehicle this is a stressful issue to deal with I would not Recommend anyone to purchase a car from here they make it seem good when your signing papers but when a issue occurs with the car they brush you to the side as if they don't wanna deal with the problems

There was one minor issue--it needed a wheel bearing. John promised me he would have it fixed in a day or two. It ended up taking more like 5 days, but it was worth it, hear me out: John had his brake guy do all 4 brakes (which it didn't need, he could've sold the car with the brakes as they were) and his mechanic noticed it needed front exhaust work. John was able to get it scheduled into a well regarded exhaust shop on very short notice (they were booking several weeks out--I called them myself). John personally made sure the car was 100% when I picked it up. He even replaced the wiper blades. My son is ecstatic and just got his windows tinted (using the tint-guy that John recommended). John has extensive contacts in the repair and parts community--he basically knows everyone and he certainly knows cars and more importantly he understands people--he understood this was my son's first car and he did everything in his power to make the car the perfect gift for him. If you appreciate an old school car guy who talks to you straight and delivers on what he promises, you should go see John at Chris Auto South.
