As I was on the hunt for my first vehicle I saw a Tacoma for sale, being offered by Falcore Auto…read moreSales. I made the 2 hour drive to go take a look at the truck, as it was what I had been looking for and was a fair deal. I checked the truck out and decided to put a deposit on it. Jeff and Josh were very friendly and helpful in this process. I arranged to pick it up the following week. When I arrived to receive the truck, I was pleasantly surprised to the fact that they had buffed/polished the truck for me. This really brought life back to the 15 year old paint. I sealed the deal with Josh, Jeff and Jessica. I had the car home and drove it for about 2 days when it began to overheat while driving and the heating/AC system ceased to work. I brought the truck to my local mechanic and he diagnosed it with a bad head gasket. I was quite upset at first seeing as my newly purchased truck need a very big and costly repair. I reached out to Jeff and Josh with the matter and they handled it like absolute gentlemen. We had the truck towed back to Falcore. They made sure that the truck was properly and professionally repaired. They kept me very updated in this process. I want to give a big thanks to Falcore for making my first car purchase an easy and professional experience. Thanks again!

Auto Point made the purchasing process smooth & pain-free. I had a lot of questions & concerns…read moreabout the car. They were patient with me going above & beyond to check out & address all of my concerns. Tony was kind enough to wait for my wife & I to show up after hours to sign the paperwork as we weren't able to leave work before they closed. They registered the car for me & called me a day before it was supposed to be ready to let me know I could pick it up. It only took 2 days after signing the paperwork before I was called to come get my new car. A few days after picking my new car up, I noticed a vibration when braking. I called Tony to let him know & he advised me to drop my car off at my convenience as this was around the Thanksgiving holiday. (No questions asked, no attitude, just great customer service!). I dropped my car off, and they gave me a loaner vehicle. When I picked my car up (the very next day), they had fixed the vibration by replacing all 4 brake pads & rotors to ensure I didn't have any issues moving forward. They even noticed a ripped wiper blade & fixed that as well. I highly recommend Auto Point if you're looking for an affordable used car. The entire experience was above & beyond my expectations! It's clear that they care about their customers, even after the sale is made!

The shipper was denied pick up after I had already been told it was ready by the dealership. I had to eat the deposit of 950 dollars. The vehicle didn't even get to me until April. Well it's now June and I still haven't received the plates (no dealer plates either) or registration.and im now being told that there were hidden fees and I won't be getting the reimbursement I was promised and deserve. The people, for the most part, are pleasant, that's a plus anywhere you go…read more My gripe is with the service department. The prices are totally outrageous as they are at any dealership. They will gouge you big time for services you could get with a GOOD independent mechanic at a much lower price. Example: Brakes. Check out what they charge you for a brake job at Central. Then, check out what the materials actually cost at any good auto parts store. Get a person you can trust to do your brakes, pay for the materials, another $25. or $50. for the person who does the job and you've paid way less than half of what you'd get ripped off for at Central. It's insulting the way they try to tell you that it's something "that really should be done, now...." and then they add in the $$$$$$$$$$price. Yeh right....well, NO THANKS!! Shop around, there ARE a few good independent mechanics who are trying to make a living and a lot of guys who have worked on cars as a hobby for many years and know what they're doing.
