THE BEST car buying experience…read more I had only bought from a big dealer or CarMax prior to this car buying experience, but decided to trust my many friends that have bought cars from the Auto Sales Center and give it a try. Boy, am I glad I did! Ira asked what I was looking for and obviously listened because he found exactly what I wanted at the exactly the right price point. He was very transparent about the deal, charged NO FEES, and spent time going over the car with me before I left the lot. The cherry on top? He took a picture of the vehicle in the showroom with a bow on top and then sent a beautiful card thanking us for buying from him with a picture of the car inside. What a wonderful, personalized encounter. I will never buy anywhere else! Thank you Ira, Chris, and Mary for such a wonderful experience!

I went to see Ira and he asked all sorts of questions about what I was looking for. Within 2 weeks he had my car. Right color. Right mileage. Right price! He gave me a fair price for my trade in. Then his wonderful staff took care of all the paper work for the loan, got it registered and inspected, put new tires on it, and I was good to go. All I had to do was write the check. Okay, I had the hard part. But they made the process easy for me. See Ira if you're looking for used. I guarantee he will take good care of you!

For me, it all starts with narrowing down choices for a good, reliable car. With Consumer Reports…read moreand Carfax as guides, I was able to locate a car that led me to Union Street Auto Sales. Josh, our salesman, seemed to have a keen eye for filling out his inventory and we were the beneficiaries of that and, at a fair price. Josh didn't pressure us and respected our preference for the car we came to him about. He didn't bullshit us or try to upsell us either.

Mind you I've only had the car for going on ten days since purchasing the dealership gives you 1250 miles or 30 days for warranty they sold me extended warranty with my purchase as well but they insisted that I use my warranty coverage which makes no sense at all if I technically still have warranty left from the dealership why should I have to use the extended warranty they sold me with the purchase to fix a transmission issue the car was sold with ,you would think after buying a 22,000 car you would not have issues specifically with a transmission I feel like they sold me the car knowing that it had a bad transmission I spoke to Josh one of the owners who did all my paperwork but was very unprofessional about the situation I explained to him that I shouldn't have to deal with this issue seeing I only had the car for less then 2 weeks he pushed me to the side said he will get back to me after he spoke to the co owner Charles to figure it out which don't make sense if Josh was the one who did all the paperwork and basically sold me and my wife the vehicle this is a stressful issue to deal with I would not Recommend anyone to purchase a car from here they make it seem good when your signing papers but when a issue occurs with the car they brush you to the side as if they don't wanna deal with the problems

Generally, I'd rather scrape my gums on the nearest curb than go through the exercise of buying a car. These guys break the stereotype- they're easy to deal with and have good cars at good prices. I was totally happy with my purchase and even happier that I didn't spend a night in jail from trying to punch out a car salesman. Win, win, win. If they have what I want when I go to buy my next vehicle, it's on.

Very attentive, pleasant and wasn't pushy. Jesse the sales manager was extremely helpful and stayed on top of the deal, from the 1st day to the final. Jesse worked side by side with Isha to ensure I was able to get into the car I wanted. Isha the business manager was absolutely fantastic!! She made, what I thought would be an extremely difficult situation, an extremely extraordinary experience!! Isha definitely went above and beyond to make the deal go through smoothly. She worked very hard to put me in the car I really wanted. I also had the pleasure of having Jay in finance do the paperwork with me, he was very friendly and had a great sense of humor, which is very important to me. I'm so happy I came here, and trusted this team that worked so hard to make me, a customer, amazingly happy and excited!! I will be going back definitely for my next vehicle!! I had the BEST experience with this team

I want to preface this by saying the car buying process was a pleasant experience. The saleswoman I…read moreworked with was amazing. I was in the dealership from Tuesday until Friday making sure the paperwork was properly submitted and everything was in order. The dealership took care of registering the vehicle and it was ready for me to pick up that Friday. However, 3 weeks and 1 day after having the car, it suddenly broke down. For reference, I financed a 2011 Honda Pilot that was seemingly well taken care of by the 1 previous owner. The inside was immaculate and the outside had a few scratches, that looked as though they could be buffed out. The tires are new, under the hood looked good, suspension and handling indicated no issues, and the breaks were new as well. The car broke down hours before my baby shower while en route to pick up food for the event on April 20, 2024. Currently I am 33 weeks (high risk) pregnant, I was 31 weeks when the car decided it didn't want to work anymore. I contacted the dealership and they said to have the car towed to their location, however, it wouldn't be looked at until the coming Monday as service was closed on the weekend (all of this happened about 2 hours before my baby shower was supposed to start). I contacted them early afternoon on Monday and was told they might be able to "squeeze" the car in later in the afternoon to look at and would get back to me. I didn't hear back from anyone on Monday. The next day I called first thing in the morning for an update and was told they were getting ready to assess the vehicle and I would hear back from someone within 2 hours. About 4 hours later, I get a call saying that the engine needed to be replaced because something broke internally on the engine. I was informed the part should arrive the following Monday, April 29, 2024 and the car would be ready mid week, May 1, 2024. I asked about a loaner as I was previously told that a loaner is given depending on how long the repairs would take. I was told that the General Manager, Brian Hauser, is the decision maker when it comes to loaner vehicles and he DOES NOT loan cars to people with Progressive insurance and that he offered to assist me in renting a car from Enterprise for $100 down and $40 a day, but he was willing to cover $25 of that daily rate. Considering I have Progressive insurance I reached out to Brian as having the car for only 3 weeks, I felt as though I should be fully accommodated regardless of what insurance I have. Brian had an "oh well" type of attitude as I explained to him that I am very pregnant, have 2 school aged children that play sports, and that I need to get to and from work. Brian's response to my need for a vehicle was a ridiculous suggestion to change my insurance company or pay for a rental. Brian also felt the need to indicate that they aren't thrilled about having to pay $6,000-$7,000 for a new motor for a car that they just sold. He additionally felt the need to point out the number of miles I had driven since I purchased the car. It's also clear and has been confirmed by other branches of the Balise company, that the choice to not provide loaner vehicles to customers with Progressive insurance is a personal choice of Brian's and not a company policy. On May 1, 2024, I was told that the part for the car has been delayed and is not expected to arrive to the dealership until "hopefully" next Wednesday (May 8, 2024) and the car won't be ready until early the following week (May 13 or 14, 2024). This has been a very difficult experience and has caused me unnecessary stress while dealing with a high risk pregnancy. I have been subjected to missing work, calling Uber's for rides to and from where I need to go, and waiting extended periods of time for a ride when needed. God forbid something happen with or to my children while at school, I have no way to get to them if needed. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS DEALERSHIP. They are great while taking your money. However, if you need them beyond that, you will experience TERRIBLE customer service. As a General Manager, Brian Hauser should be more understanding and accommodating. Instead he was borderline condescending and dismissive of my needs.
