So on top of the $2900 it cost to ship I had to pay the additional $950 deposit for the denied pick up. NATE the finance manager and FRANK the salesman both told me that the dealership would reimburse me for the deposit. Well it's now June and I still haven't received the plates (no dealer plates either) or registration.and im now being told that there were hidden fees and I won't be getting the reimbursement I was promised and deserve. Oh and the passenger door lock doesn't even work on the $55,000 truck I've been waiting 4 months to drive FRANK RUSSELL AND NATE KILELEE you guys lied!!

A quick Google search directed us to Tire Warehouse, 6 minutes away from where we were and thankfully open on a Sunday so we took a chance. We walked in and explained the situation. Within 10 minutes, our truck was looked at, tack removed, tire plugged and repaired. We were attempted to be shooed off and that we owed nothing, but we refused and threw a quick $60 at them. They saved the day and hours of aggravation elsewhere, how could we not. The people who work there are friendly, honest, considerate..I mean... I could just keep going on.
