It only took 2 days after signing the paperwork before I was called to come get my new car. A few days after picking my new car up, I noticed a vibration when braking. I called Tony to let him know & he advised me to drop my car off at my convenience as this was around the Thanksgiving holiday. (No questions asked, no attitude, just great customer service!). I dropped my car off, and they gave me a loaner vehicle. When I picked my car up (the very next day), they had fixed the vibration by replacing all 4 brake pads & rotors to ensure I didn't have any issues moving forward. They even noticed a ripped wiper blade & fixed that as well. I highly recommend Auto Point if you're looking for an affordable used car. The entire experience was above & beyond my expectations! I've paid hundreds in rental fees and now will have to bring it somewhere else and pay again to get it fixed. I do not trust my car there after there is black paint marks all over it and a dent. Looks like they backed into something and hit the side and tailgate. Emailed, called and text and no follow up since April 15th.
