Ended up working with Zach and the Sales Manager Jacob on closing the deal. Was very pleased with the overall purchase. Very nice, hand picked, clean car, with low mileage at a good price. Went to get the car inspected the day after purchasing. I was told the tint was illegal and had to be removed to pass MA state inspection. (The tint has to be factory in Mass). This was a concern when I made the purchase. Tint was removed and car passed inspection. I was told I would get a call about having legal tint added back to the vehicle since they don't actually do this process at the dealership. I did not get that call so I called Jacob a couple days later and while he advised tint is not something they normally cover under the warranty he was able to get it approved for me and tint was added back to the vehicle quickly by a 3rd party and paid for right away by the dealership. I really appreciated this because I have sensitive eyes and the car did have tint when I purchased it and I thought it should be covered adding it back. Jacob went above and beyond to help out a local customer and make sure I was fully satisfied. I will definitely consider buying a vehicle from them again.

Upon arrival I was given the run around by a Salesperson, who was not very personable, only to find out that the vehicle was sold but they would be "very happy to help me with another vehicle". Was also informed that the bank I was financing through required a 2 year warranty on top of the loan. This was a blatant lie, banks do not do that. And they were. Our car was in an accident that we were lucky was merely the glancing blow of a Moose. The auto adjuster thought that the kind of repair would be a cinch to pull off--except for the fact he was in a rural town, Ware. One look at the car, and the Balicki Auto family I spoke to, Mike, told me that the damage to the pillar--the metal to the side of the windowshield--would be so bad he might need to send it out to someone in his network who would repair it as good as new. As good as new--can you believe that? When we received our car after weeks of patient updates in my idea of timely, he was right. His team had found damage to parts of the car and had restored them in a way that deeply moved us.
