    THE BEST car buying experience…read more I had only bought from a big dealer or CarMax prior to this car buying experience, but decided to trust my many friends that have bought cars from the Auto Sales Center and give it a try. Boy, am I glad I did! Ira asked what I was looking for and obviously listened because he found exactly what I wanted at the exactly the right price point. He was very transparent about the deal, charged NO FEES, and spent time going over the car with me before I left the lot. The cherry on top? He took a picture of the vehicle in the showroom with a bow on top and then sent a beautiful card thanking us for buying from him with a picture of the car inside. What a wonderful, personalized encounter. I will never buy anywhere else! Thank you Ira, Chris, and Mary for such a wonderful experience!

I went to see Ira and he asked all sorts of questions about what I was looking for. Within 2 weeks he had my car. Right color. Right mileage. Right price! He gave me a fair price for my trade in. Then his wonderful staff took care of all the paper work for the loan, got it registered and inspected, put new tires on it, and I was good to go. All I had to do was write the check. Okay, I had the hard part. But they made the process easy for me. See Ira if you're looking for used. I guarantee he will take good care of you!

My son purchased a vehicle from them in early January and less than three weeks later the car broke down. Our Mechanic found SIGNIFICANT issues (including one very serious safety hazard) which were not shared by dealer. We had asked to bring the vehicle to our mechanic prior to purchase for him to inspect it but dealer said he didn't have any plates to put on vehicle for us to do that. (What dealer doesn't have dealer plates??!) Should have been a flag I know! But he assured us the car was in GREAT condition, soooo we trusted him. BIG MISTAKE! I reached out to them immediately after discovering issues and asked him to remedy the situation in good faith. Told him that we would even be willing to except a reduced amount on the refund so as to resolve it amicably. He immediately said NO and then proceeded to accuse us of 'breaking the car and making those issues (that were clearly there for a long while) ourselves in the 3 weeks we had it. Shame on me for not finding these other reviews before we bought it. He's done this very thing to many others and his attitude clearly demonstrated to me that he's got ZERO shame about it. This dealership is the poster child of 'sleazy car sales'.

    Never made it in the door…read more I called three times to identify the car I was looking at and make an appointment to test drive it. Spoke with Nick each time (not Greg, who is listed as the point of contact everywhere else). Called three different times to get information and try to set an appointment (it was a little troublesome to schedule an appointment, but we settled on a time and date. Weekend wasn't possible because it was "a little too busy"). When calling to confirm the appointment, Nick had forgotten there was an appointment, had forgotten the car/s I was interested in, Despite having spoken to him less than 24 hours before. He also asked if there was any way I could come in earlier because he had to leave early. Not possible because I scheduled time off of work for the appointment because the weekend was "a little too busy". This looked like an okay deal, because of prices. I was willing to go with a different bank than my own (that won't finance rebuild titles) in order to get more car for my money. And while I know personal skills aren't the same as autobody skills I have zero confidence moving forward based on basic customer service. Maybe Greg is a joy to work with, but I won't go near this place. I am spending money on a car this week. They just lost it.
