Very nice place. Simple yet tasty breakfast. I had the Western Omlette. It as tasty and I was able to get the toast replaced with fresh fruit.

So after a failed attempt at going bowling at imperial bowling (no indication it's closed for good but it's all boarded up!) we came here to eat lunch. It's such a great diner , both in atmosphere and food. Very attentive staff. We really enjoyed our meal ! My husband got the footlong hot dog with onion rings. I got the kid's chicken fingers (so they are friendly to adults with no stomach to order off the kids menu) and they were some of the better chicken fingers I've had. When we are back in the Berskshires, we will definitely be back!

Great little diner a little off the main road. It wasn't too crowded but people came in and it was pretty full when we left. I decided to try the Godzilla (12 eggs, 16 "fixins") and maybe got about 3/4 of the way through it, it was good with plenty of fixins (Mushrooms, Peppers/Onions, Spinach, Cheddar Cheese, Swiss Cheese, American Cheese, Provolone Cheese, PepperJack Cheese, Roasted Red Peppers, Tomatoes, Broccoli, Kielbasa, Bacon, Sausage, Ham, Sauteed Onions, Feta Cheese). My wife and parents had some of the other items off the menu and everyone enjoyed what they had.

What a nice mom and pop kind of place. Wait staff are very friendly and were there to assist you if you have any questions about the menu or would like any suggestions. All their food is homemade from scratch and very delicious. I ordered the apple moon cakes which is homemade pancakes with apples, actually is one huge pancake that is the whole plate with apples on top. With it I ordered hash; which takes a few minutes to prepare since they make it right as you order, it was good but not use to fresh hash like they served it. I like my cooked with some crisp. I wanna go back and try some more fresh tasty options. It's worth a drive from anywhere. The little town or area in general has plenty of historic things to do to make a nice a trip out of it.

My friends and I met here on a three-day weekend Sunday. Although I anticipated a wait, we were seated immediately (around 9:30am), but when we left, people were waiting. It was more spacious inside than it appeared outside. The decor is fun and retro. All the staff were welcoming and pleasant. Service was quick, but not rushed. Although it was early, two of us ordered burgers. We were both happy. I had the Danny's Bomb Burger, ordered well done. It was well done, not overcooked, not undercooked. This is actually a pretty big deal as I rarely get the kind of burger I asked for. The burger itself was very tasty. The fries were good, too. I would have liked for them to have been a smidge crispier, but that's preference. My Coke actually tasted like a Coke and not syrup water. One of us ordered breakfast and she was pleased with her meal, too. She ordered the bacon cripsy and that's how it came. I didn't try her food, but it looked fresh and tasty. The menu had a lot of options without feeling overwhelming. We really enjoyed our experience here and look forward to returning.

Shelly is behind the griddle and cooks up a storm. Tourists, keep in mind that this is not fancy with music and artwork for sale on the wall. This is a real diner with counter stools and booths. I had the Greek Eggs for breakfast, which is a delicious combination of Greek spices, potatoes, sausage and other yummy treats. Toast comes with it (sadly not gluten-free), but you need to order and home fries, etc. I like that. You pay for what you want, not some inflated plate of extras. Note: you won't see the Greek Eggs on the printed menu. Ask for the specials. Greek Eggs are always there. My wife loved the raisin French toast. She said that it did not need syrup. The first time I was there I had the avocado toast, which was great. My friend had their breakfast burrito which he thought was soggy and fell apart but hey it happens. Food delivery was very slow the first time, but our server was nice and the drinks were flowing so it was fine. Our table all has 20+ years each in the service industry, we get it. Today once again the crunchy French toast was amazing. We got it for the table to share and everybody couldn't get enough. The service was just really weird. It was like she really didn't want us to be there. And she didn't want to be there. She wasn't really rude, but she was pretty indifferent and took a long time to come back to the table. A second round of drinks was obviously off putting to her. Then I needed a change for a 20 so I could just leave cash for the check and hadn't seen her for a while so I asked another server who just walked by and said I'm not your server without even making eye contact with me. When I got the change, she was a little bit rude with me about it. It was 1 o'clock, they were past the brunch rush. It was just an odd experience with the server. I get having a bad day, but you shouldn't make it so obvious that you wished that you didn't have to be there.

Both areas have ample seating and invite you to stay and relax a bit. I opted for the chicken and waffles. A+ The breakfast burrito was good, but was not the typical flavor profile of what I've had previously. People next to us ordered the Hangover Hash and it looked plentiful and enough to feed two! Amazing overall with lightning fast service. The receipt has a QR code allowing you to pay with you phone. Very convenient. We ate here twice in four days and hope to visit again the next time we're in town.

It was all edible, but there were problems with every single thing we ordered. We started with the marinated mushroom & sausage flatbread: one of the better items and fairly tasty with a tomato sauce base, could have used a tart element like a balsamic drizzle to wake it up a bit. My husband got the Korean bbq burger, which at $27 was honestly a bit insane and doubly so when it wasn't good. There's not a single thing that was wrong, the whole conception is an epic fail. A beef burger should not have an intense taste of soy. Sorry, harsh but true. The exorbitant price is insult to injury. The ham and cheese croquettes should never have been offered with the cinnamon sugar dusting. Another bizarre pairing that makes no sense in your mouth and adds nothing. The dijonnaise was good if a bit mild... amp up the savory flavor and put more ham in the mix with a touch more salt please. Finally, the Public Salad was a good base but needs a bit of a vinegar component to make it sing. I'd recommend red wine vinegar, just a small splash in the dressing. Overall enjoyed it and the chicken was adequately moist. Thank you for having us.
