I ordered an oat milk latte and avocado toast. The avocado toast was freshly made. Outside of the unripened avocados, it tasted pretty good. The bread was toasted. There's plenty of seating outdoors, mostly tables and chairs that seat four. There are also a couple outdoor couches that seat 2-3 comfortably. There are umbrellas to shade from the sun.
