Highly Recommend. The service was great. The pizza was awesome. The owner checked on us to see how everything was going.

Great little brewery with a big heart! Fantastic smoked wings on game days, delicious pizza with choice of crusts, and great choices of beer. Best of all, it feels like home for a Philadelphia Eagles game. Lots of camaraderie, and easy going chatter. Family friendly, also!

Mirror image flight. Pretty great way to find out your favorite.

Date night brought us here and I'm happy it did. Breweries are not my forte but I'm all for learning! I'm told i prefer an India Pale ale. And, Mirror didn't disappoint! There are several options and everything w a citrus blend was amazing. We did a sampler and all were good. We'd happily try all but the Brexit again. It lacked the depth and flavor the others had. Not much in the way of food but i think you can bring outside food in. The service was super friendly. We'll be back!

A nice brewery in Frederick! We had a beer flight and some Detroit style supreme pizza. Everything was delicious and the staff were friendly! We will definitely go back!

My favorite is their "Razz" berry beer, so delicious I always ended up taking a growler home.

My daughter does not have a taste for beer so she sampled the seltzer and settled on the Cherry Popper. I am always for the dark beers so after trying a sample of the brown and the stout, I chose Wired Greasy Grinder milk stout. The seltzer was interesting as it was not back-sweetened like so many are. It was more like a flavored sparkling water, but with alcohol. She really liked it. The milk stout had a wonderful malty, roasty flavor that I love. When my friend arrived, she chose the same as me and we all sat and enjoyed some conversation. This is a nice location tucked away just off I-25. I look forward to visiting again.

The suds-slinger made their recommendations &, I'd trust this guy with my children, he was so spot on. The Wired Greasy Grinder Milk Stout $7/16oz is phenomenal (awards confirm) - incredibly well-balanced & a come-back-for-more flavor. This one went home with us. Blown Tire - a very solid red/amber - no bitter finish, very smooth and easy to drink.

Imagine my surprise when something hitherto unknown to me popped up, Collision Brewing Company. Wow, gotta go. Great place with unique offerings, I particularly liked the "Oil Skick", a black IPA. Photo attached. But I was impressed by the great service at the bar, and the menu. I'll be uploading some menu pictures in a bit, but what really caught my eye were the pierogis! I regret being in a hurry, as I would have loved to have tried. Next time, and ther will be a Next time.

Collision's offerings looked promising. Dining near the bar was full, so we got a whole room with windows aplenty to ourselves. Our waiter modeled good service. He greeted us quickly, brought waters before I could pick a beer, and quickly returned with my suds and took our order. We strolled down a hallway to the restrooms, passing games in the cool blue light. The bathroom was clean. Urinals are half kegs. I cracked up, then explained them to him. The expansive menu looks surprisingly diverse. I could have had pierogies, birria tacos, chicken fettuccine, PB & J, or one of the selections of burgers and sandwiches. I chose the French Dip on Asiago bread with a cup of green Chile. I could only eat half a sandwich, but knew leftovers would be gone by morning. This was one of the better French Dips I have had in a while. Green Chile? I came here from New Mexico and am not often impressed. This stuff was truly hot and had great flavor. Win win. The kids' steak plate has to be one of the best values I have seen eating out in Colorado. $10.95 w side. It stood out and did not disappoint. One of them was more well-done than medium rare, but stayed tender. Great seasoning. Beer: I l checked ratings, finding their highest-rated brew, GTA, a barrel-aged rye stout that definitely exceeded expectations. I agree with the high ratings. Shout out to our server for letting an adult who wasn't very hungry grab a kids' steak. Shout out to the prices, which would provide value even with lesser food. My sandwich came at a 2019-20 Denver price, at least $5 less than equally good comps in 2025. 4.5 stars round up to five. Recommended.

He was quick and helpful and seemed to have a great rapport with the regular customers. The beers were ok. I tried 8 different ones. My favorite was the Frost Bite. A mint chocolate oatmeal stout. It was very good. Their blood orange ipa was especially good as well. Their honey red "cream ale" is definitely not a to style cream ale so heads up if you're ordering it expecting a cream ale. Their peach blonde was pretty good as well. I wasn't a big fan of their Mexican lager taco matic and the peanut butter blonde. I'd probably try the cherry Belgian strong again as well. Overall they do have some good beers and some that I wouldn't try again. But they're worth supporting!! I wish they would have something that talked more about their beers. As a brewer I'm interested in some of the ingredients they used in their brews so I can understand more of what they are shooting for flavor and style wise.

That beer is called Redrum and it's a very solid Red Ale. I liked the Red Drink (a light farmhouse ale) even more. The loaded fries are solid bar food at a reasonable price. If you don't want to deal with all the congestion in Longmont this is your place. Easy on/off from I-25 just a couple miles west. We were on our way to see a concert at CSU and decided to stop for some dinner and a brew. This place delivered. My husband and I are both sci-fi geeks. The decor is fantastic. My inner geek was nerding out. We had our son with us so the three of us ordered dinner. He got the schnitzel sandwich on a pretzel bun with fries. They had an orange soda that he enjoyed. My husband got the Outworld Burger. A brisket burg with bacon, smoked cheddar, burger sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle. For a side he tried Stoemp, a Belgian root veg mash. He said the burger was delicious but that root mash was the star. I stole a bite and I'll have to choose that side next time. Me? I saw pastrami and kraut and was sold. Purple cabbage kraut, grainy mustard, thinly sliced pastrami and Jarlsberg on griddled bread. Oh my! I opted for a side salad and ranch. My salad was fresh and had a nice variety of vegetables. Ok on to the beers. We got a flight to share and discuss. Baltalowda Baltic Porter had a nice malty flavor and was my personal fav. Starship Wallonia/Patrice's 1960 Belgian IPA hit the mark. Future Farmer Saison was a nice estery offering laden with berries. ValHellYeah (Kornøl), a collab with Mythmaker Brewing, is an "unboiled raw ale." Had to try that and had to get a crowler for our homebrew friends to try. In addition to our flight we shared a pint of Lup Garou Double IPA. This one was crowler worthy to take home as well. We also got a crowler of Black Is Beautiful 2 for later. The staff was welcoming and had knowledgeable answers to all our questions. This will definitely be a place we will go back to.
