After our last visit, we returned just to enjoy a bottle of wine and some quality time together. We must have arrived at the perfect time, because not long after, the place became really busy. We sampled a couple of wines before making our selection, then headed outside and stood by the bar. Each time I've visited has been a different experience, so it's hard to directly compare or update my last review. That said, based solely on this visit, I can say this experience was better than the previous one.

We had a bunch of bites and did a wine tasting here and everything was wonderful. The fromage and tomatoes was so good, I am still thinking about that dipping oil! All the wines were delicious, we bought a couple bottles in the end! The club sandwich and the poblano Caesar were also great. It's a beautiful space overlooking vineyards and shaded from the sun. They have a parking lot as well. Our server was super nice and chill despite it being so busy for the holiday weekend. I would definitely recommend.

I haven't been to Miramonte in years! I was happy to see that all of my favorite starters were still on the menu - the fromage and tomato and stuffed mushrooms. They're the best with rich, complimentary flavors in each dish! Our server was great! Very pleasant! I love the ambiance at this particular winery because the views are gorgeous! There are multiple seating areas - the main veranda, an extended seating area directly to the side of the main deck (veranda), and cabana seating (deposit required). The way the veranda is framed with greenery looking out at the hills is stunning. Miramonte is still one of my favorite places in Temecula Wine Country!

We love being members here. We came by today for our wine pick-up and enjoyed a little sippers too. Cristina always provides us with the greatest service. Wonderful vibes & great music.

We our members of this wonderful winery. It is a great place for all occasions. Also the food and service is excellent. The views and perfect background make it a photographers perfect place.

2025 visit: Miramonte Winery offers some good white and red wines, as well as a couple sangrias. Read the code of conduct on the sign before entering to refresh yourself with the expected behavior. They boast a menu of charcuterie, flatbread pizzas, sandwiches, vegetarian dishes and chicken or salmon mains, and to end with a couple choices for dessert. Nice inside or with pets a large outdoor covered patio. Star R was a pleasant server who helped us at this pet friendly vineyard. They even brought our water bowls for our fur babies. Today we chose a BBQ chicken flatbread and glass of red and white sangria. The flatbread pizza was great and came with free range chicken, house made BBQ sauce, authentic pinsa crust, cilantro, red onion, poblano peppers, marinara and a blend of four cheeses. 5/5 delicious and would get again. Both sangrias were also good but lacked fruit in the glass. Tip: They offer 10% Military/Veteran discount.

Yesterday we went to celebrate my best friends birthday! Joshua was our server and he was great! He has great customer service. The mimosa and sangria were delicious! All the food was delicious ! We had a charcuterie board, wings fries with beef tallow . Everything was 10 out of 10! Thank you so much Joshua! We tried to join the club but it was full. Maybe next time we visit !

Once again great service and ambiance with an overcast and music in the background. The real reason for this post is their food this time. Breakfast. First time I saw this in the menu and damn, it was de-li-cious! Chilaquiles bomb! Avocado toast was really good and the bacon was outstanding. If you see these on the menu they are a must.

First of all, I would give this place negative stars if that were an option, but unfortunately the minimum is one. This was by far the worst experience I've had at a winery--and I've been a member at several over the years. I'm well aware that most wineries stop tastings about an hour before closing, which is why we specifically asked our server if we had enough time. We told him that if not, we'd just order a glass instead. He assured us we had plenty of time and said as long as we received our final pour before closing, we'd be fine. Based on that, we ordered three tastings at $30 each. Shortly after, a very rude employee named Star approached us and told us they were closing soon and that we needed to either quickly finish our remaining four pours or she would take them away. It genuinely felt like she was about to grab the glasses out of our hands. We explained that we were told we had enough time, which is why we chose tastings instead of a single glass. She responded dismissively and went to get the manager. The manager (I don't remember her name but she was a white older lady) gave us an additional 10 minutes but made it clear we needed to rush and leave. This is not the level of service--or experience--I expect, especially when I'm paying for a tasting. If you order food at a restaurant before closing, you're not forced out the second the clock hits closing time. I completely understand staff wanting to go home, which is exactly why we asked in advance. To make matters worse, I found a phone in the bathroom and turned it in to the rude manager. Somewhere during that time, I accidentally left my wallet behind which now I believe was purposely not returned to me. I called repeatedly over the next two weeks and was told multiple times that it would be mailed to me. After being given the runaround and leaving about five voicemails, nothing was ever sent. I live over 2.5 hours away and ultimately had to drive back to retrieve it myself. Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience. I've never been treated so poorly at a winery, and I would not return or recommend this place to anyone.

We had a very frustrating experience at Miramonte Winery and will not be returning. Our group arrived about an hour before closing and specifically asked if we had enough time to do a full tasting. We were told it wouldn't be a problem, so we all ordered tastings (6 wines each). The wine itself was just okay, but the atmosphere was nice with live music, and we were enjoying our time. Things quickly went downhill when we went back inside for the next round. We were suddenly told we had only 15 minutes to finish everything because they were closing. The bartender then poured all remaining tastings at once, which felt rushed and unnecessary. About 10 minutes later, an employee named Star came over and rudely told us they were closed and we needed to throw away the four tastings we hadn't even tried yet and leave. I explained that we hadn't finished and would leave shortly, but she escalated the situation by calling her manager and claiming we were refusing to leave. The manager came over and, while giving us an extra 10 minutes, was also unfriendly and dismissive. The whole situation felt poorly handled and unnecessary, especially since we had asked about timing upfront. To make matters worse, my girlfriend accidentally left her wallet behind. For two weeks, we called multiple times and were told a manager would mail it back (we live in LA, about two hours away). It was never sent, and we ultimately had to drive back to pick it up ourselves. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences we've had at a winery. Very disappointing.

This is such a nice place to come and relax. It has some of the best food. I love to get a pitcher of the sangria and they also have some tasty beers to choose from. It's dog friendly, so if you have your pup join along they're welcome

Grassy area with vendors and picnic tables

Not sure how to feel about this winery, but after the second winery we visited after Miramonte, I probably would not visit Miramonte again. I decided to do a wine tasting for my birthday with 2 other guests and drove from LA to Temecula on a Sunday. Arriving to the estate was easy, there's plenty of free parking spots surrounding the winery. It's quite an uphill stroll and some stairs are involved, but you definitely get a workout in. They have a covered patio area of tables that are either reserved or you put your name down to get a table on the left side of the winery, the middle/terrace area is usually used for private parties/events such as a bridal shower or birthday party, where there are 2 outside bars and sometimes they offer live music, the back area of the estate has a grassy area with small vendors selling jewelry and such with picnic style tables (no shade or cover), a gazebo of seating facing in my opinion, the best part of the view, and a separate location for wine club members. The inside is where you do the actual wine tasting experience, and has high bar stool tables and chairs for seating as well. Stepping up to the hostess desk, a man who worked there greeted us and very quickly told us what they offer and then walked away (had nothing to do with the check in desk area, so it was a little confusing). The hostesses had the same spiel to give, and I had mentioned it was our first time and we had absolutely no idea how to even begin a wine tasting experience. The explanations were rushed and basically told us to figure it out. We walked away towards the inside/outside terrace of the winery and were stuck walking around for 5 minutes not knowing where to go. We stopped by one of the outside bars and asked for help, the bartender told us we could start our wine tasting experience inside. Now was that so hard to help us navigate where we're supposed to go and what we're supposed to do? Not everything should be explained on a script, most of the time hospitality and customer service goes a longer distance than formalities. We finally get inside and the women working the front for the tastings were really impersonal and standoffish. We finally start getting a tasting experience going, asked for recommendations and none were received or explained so we just picked random options and had them pour. Throughout the 6 tastings we had, each pour was a different amount, if the bottle they were using was running low, they would pour the last bits of it (barely 2 sips), and hand it over, vs a bottle that was more than full, would get a nice even tasting pour. We eventually wanted to order food, and before we even started the tasting, we asked for a table and the hostess told us it would be over an hour wait. We put our names down, they called us in the middle of our 2/6 tasting, which was less than 20 min. So we went to our table and kept having to go back inside one by one to taste our different wines, as we were at a table now and not just doing the tasting experience inside. Food was great, service at the table was also great. Afterwards we left our table and walked towards the gazebo area and sat down by the view. The most enjoyable part of our day just taking in the atmosphere. On our way out, we wanted to experience a different viewpoint which was the bar area with the stools next to the tables of the "reserved/name down" area. I very nicely asked the hostess if we could sit in the empty seats for just a second to finish our last tasting and take in the view, she told us no those are reserved areas and not just open for anyone to sit at as they please. "Sorryyyy those are reserved spaces" with a smile that was clearly not genuine. We understood, dropped our wine glasses off at the bar, and proceeded to our next destination. All in all, the service here was not great. The entire experience felt absolutely rushed, it was not focused on the wine tasting experience at all, they are more focused on selling tables and getting you to order food. There was no explanations on a quick backstory of the wines we were interested in trying, it was just like "which one do you want" "*point*" poured it, and just told us to enjoy. I didn't enjoy my time here at all, and I won't be back to visit, as there are many many other lowkey wineries that are not as highly reviewed or popular as this one, and they are a much better experience.

Ask the Community - Miramonte Winery

Do they have a full bar?

Not a full bar no. But we do offer a full assortment of beer, sangria, wine, and wine cocktails. Hope this helps!

Is there dancing on Friday nights?

Hi There. Generally, yes! Unless there is some kind of special event or theme (which you will see in the promotion/marketing for the weekend). But as a rule, many people come to dance on Friday night yes!

    Is Miramonte dog friendly?

Yes, absolutely. All of their seating is outside, on their patio.

I only see a reservation link for the bistro, do I use the same link if I want to reserve a wine tasting?

Trying to get someone on the phone to make a reservation for wine tasting on 7/8 at 4pm but cannot get anyone on the phone, is there a special phone number or time that I should call?

The number for Wine Tastings & Wine Club is: (951) 506-5500. Their Support Desk number is: 1-800-771-2823. They're only open until 6 pm on most days.

Hi! Are your wines vegan? 🍷

Hello! What time the restaurant open for lunch on Monday?

    11:00....

Do I need reservations at this winery?

We were there on a Tuesday and they were not that busy, however our server mentioned that on Thursday & Friday especially in the evenings you should.

When is the music coming back?

It's back. We were there last Friday.

    Do you offer Sunday Brunch?

Do they allow pets for outside dining?

I believe they do, last time we were there there was a dog.

If you have a party of 15 people do we just arrive , and expect an open seat or is reservation required? I've been calling but there's no answer

You will not find space for 15 if you're just walking in. But I suggest going as soon as they open and get the seating in the lawn vice dining area. Awning by the restrooms.…

    Is there live music?

No, they use to have live bands but not anymore.

Can you have wine flights at the bistro tables?

You can now, yes. You purchase at the inside bar and can take your tastings back to the table with you, you just have to go inside for each tasting,

Does Miramonte winery provide chargers for its guest with electric vehicles?

I was there a couple of weeks ago, and they don't :(

    Do you wine pairing tasting?

Not at this time but you can do VIP tastings and add on snacks that the servers can help you pair wines with.

Is this a good venue for kids as well?

In my opinion no! Adults want to relax

Can my 18 yr old sibling come or strictly 21 and older?

All ages are welcome but obviously to drink wine or alcoholic beverages you must be 21. All wineries are family friendly and some are even pet friendly which I believe Miramonte happens to be one of them.

    Are they still open?

    Yes they are

What are hours for brunch on Saturday & Sunday? Is there brunch menu? Is it in the bistro?
