    La Calabria pizza.

Mioposto is always a tasty spot! I've been to two different locations and each one is consistently good. The La Calabria pizza is very tasty and the hood canal clams are good too from the happy hour menu. The leftover clam liquid is also really good for dipping the crust of the pizza. Definitely don't sleep on the happy hour menu - it has a ton of good deals on apps and pizza.

Simply amazing. This place came highly recommended and it was obvious why. We came early for dinner and had no wait. Started with a calamari appetizer which was so tender and a slightly spicy sauce. But, it's the pizzas! We ordered 3 pizzas: the traditional Margherita, the clam bake, and the peach and prosciutto. Obviously the Margherita was phenomenal. The clam was good and different. The seasonal peach and prosciutto was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. That combination was simply shocking! Every table gets bottled water but it's not cold. Maybe it's the norm here but no big deal. I would definitely come back!

Came here for a lazy lunch on 12/31/25. The staff were super friendly and you can tell they are the reason why the restaurant feels good. I sat at the pizza counter and had the clam bake pizza without the pancetta. Their chili oil costs an extra $1.50 but it's really worth it. The pizza itself was fresh and the crust was delicious. I ended the meal with a double scoop sundae. Don't forget to ask for their dessert menu as it's separate. Lots of fun options including adult dessert options with liquor. There's plenty of parking across the street in a garage. The restaurant is nicely lit, very clean, and just gives a comfortable vibe. I'll definitely be returning.

Opening day! We came by with our dogs for a patio breakfast. This location is right on the 70 bus line and is under the Liza apartments. Breakfast starts at 10AM and they have outdoor patio tables with two umbrellas that can be moved. We had; the kids breakfast panini Bacon and egg breakfast pizza Morning Hash Drinks Fresh squeezed lemonade that they were kind enough to remake for the kiddo who wanted it sweeter. Vanilla latte Iced Oat latte Dessert Tiramisu Root beer float The bacon and egg pizza is spicy! So heads up for that, it was yummy but the spicy level was unexpected. Drinks were yummy and the dessert for sure is a great way to celebrate a sweet tooth. First day of service at a new location, I'm sure they will continue to improve upon service as they get their bearings. Due to the record heat, we were cognizant of our water not being refilled and they should probably have an outdoor water station for the servers to easily replenish ice water for human and canine guests. We are looking forward to trying out the happy hour and drinks menu another time. Overall happy for this new addition in the neighborhood.

I was a bit surprised at the classy-ish vibe here when I arrived to scope out this new Eastlake joint. It didn't have quite the neighborhood feel I was expecting. I knew it would be a little more elevated than other things on the block, but it didn't feel super comfortable trying to finish up my work here while enjoying the happy hour (3pm-6pm). I'm glad I got one of the outdoor counter seats, because it seemed like the only appropriate place to bust out a laptop. OK, so it's a nice looking place, with a decent amount of patio space, and pretty nice seating arrangements overall, indoor and outdoors. The service was very patient, attentive and friendly. I think the happy hour is very alluring! I tried the oak age manhattan and was very happy. It was my third manhattan out of three places this week, and it was my favorite. At $12 it was a modest discount, but unlike some places, you get a the regular sized drink, and I realized they typically charge $19 for this barrel aged cocktail. I was very happy with that. I got an 8" pizza, which is a perfect size, and I believe the classic ones are about $10 and the specialty ones are $15. Perfect size for one hungry person or two snacky people. There were actually a lot of things on the HH menu from small and inexpensive and up to the pizzas (I can't really remember if there were other medium sized plate meals). So despite the fact that I might not see myself finishing up work with a cocktail here (although I probably will anyway, the inside bar top just seemed a smooshed) this is a great place to bring a date or group of friends. I'm aware there are a few MioPostos in the city now, but signs point to that they have a good thing going and so why not?

Karin has taken care of us countless times, whether it's a quiet Monday or an absolutely packed one due to the events at the town hall across the street, and they have always been warm, patient, and accommodating. I actually celebrated my birthday here because it's one of my favorite spots. I am part of the large group that one of the recent negative reviews is referring to. It happened immediately after the USA FIFA match, and the restaurant was the busiest I've ever seen it. Despite that, Karin still went out of their way to accommodate our requests that normally wouldn't be possible due to the rush, including trying to help with separate tabs when they'd already explained that large groups would likely need to stay on one check. As for things like grabbing water, silverware, plates, or chili flakes...our table had already gotten those before a majority of the group arrived. It's a casual pizzeria, on one of their busiest days ever. Setting and cleaning up the table (especially when seated outside) is not a problem for our group as we do it every week. Which is why it's upsetting that we opened our spot to someone that left such a nasty review. What stood out to me wasn't poor service. It's that despite how overwhelming it must have been to work post-FIFA, Karin was able to take orders, bartend, serve food, and close out checks with professionalism. Sometimes no matter how much effort someone puts in, not everyone leaves happy. The pizza is fantastic! I love showing up every week and trying what new slice they have come up with (in the year that I've been coming here there legit hasn't been a repeat). The atmosphere is great and the staff, especially Karin, have earned our loyalty over the past year. We'll absolutely continue coming back.

If that line is intimidating or wet (think rain!) then duck inside to Pizza and Pasta Bar for a delicious meal. While there we met the owners Bruno and Goli who were helping out behind the counter. They are the nicest people ever! So friendly and accommodating and always smiling. Their pride in their restaurant really shows in their care of the food and customers. I had the infamous meatball sandwich and my wife had the chicken carbonara. They gave us each a slice of their pizza for free as they had a bit extra from one that just came out of the oven. The food was prepared in front of you which is always interesting to watch and the charming brick pizza oven was directly in front of us so we could watch that process as well. Pretty cool. There are a wide variety of pizzas and pastas, desserts and drinks (alcohol too!) available on the menu. We ate at at the bar and had a wonderful conversation with the owners as they bustled about in the open cooking area. I enjoyed my meatball sandwich which had great crunchy crusty bread that held in the contents of melted cheese, red sauce and meatballs. A great choice to get when there. My wife liked her chicken carbonara and as the portion was pretty large, we were able to take some home for later. Extra yummy for me (ha ha)! The complimentary pizza slices were a hit for us as well. Napoli style with thin crust and flavorful toppings. We found out that Goli created the restaurant's design with the face of a woman that looks a lot like Venus in "The Birth of Venus" painting by Botticelli in the Uffizi Gallery in Florence Italy (just sayin'). Except that this logo has hair made of pasta! Good enough to eat! Give this place a try. You'll leave with a big smile on your faces!

In a medium nonstick pan, large tong full of wet noodles, one ladle of white sauce, toss them together. Boiled chicken pieces, BOILED chicken tossed into the pan. No seasoning or shredded cheese, or Italian seasoning. Served in a plastic to go container that cost 1.85 extra bc it was to go since they wouldn't allow us to sit w outside food. Although it was empty and we weren't taking anyone else's table. The place is clean. And bright. I also paid for the container for my bread. The food was bland and boiled chicken just made it worse.

We also enjoyed the garlic everything fries, which were delicious! We just had to try a flight to sample the brews. There are some really good beers available here, especially the Belgian blonde, citra pale ale, and the stout. I did not really care for the seasonal sour (grapefruit, I think)--to me, it just tasted like a sour and nothing more, but someone with more interest in sour beers would probably enjoy it just fine. Despite the busy night, our server checked on us regularly and was very personable, stopping to chat with us about the local sports scene. There's plenty to look at, inside and out. If you can snag a seat outside, you'll get to enjoy the waterfront. Inside, the decor is industrial but fun. Not sure if this runs all the time, but when we were there, the tvs were playing vintage beer ads, which was quite fun. They also sell some pretty good t-shirt designs. One of the best things about life and being alive! Can you tell I am a bit of a pizza rat haha? Anyhow, I was enjoying the beautiful summer night in Seattle and was hungry around 9:30pm. A lot of places are closed already but this reliable pizza place was open. SWEET!! I walked in and lady working the counter was super nice and helpful. I got a slice of Italian supreme, which has everything. Now looking back though I wish I had gotten one of their Turkish dishes as I would have liked to try their lahmacun and read another Yelpers review and this place is supposed to have the best Turkish lahmacun in the US. Oh well, I guess I will be back! The woman heated up my slice and after a few minutes, it was ready. I took my slice and went to sit outside near Pioneer Square so I could be outside and people watch. Pizza was tasty and solid, but the crust was too dry. I have a feeling the slice wasnt the most fresh, so thats why the crust was a bit dry. But, if you know me, I do jot like soggy pizza (I mean - who does??), so a bit drier isn't too big an issue. The rest of the slice was good. Slice of pizza and a diet coke came to close to $9. Gosh things are so expensive now. They do have a special of 2 slices for $8.99 but I couldnt eat two slices. Id definitely come back here again when back in this area. Thanks for feeding me and if you need a late night spot, this is your place!

Unfortunately, the experience is consistently dampened by one of weekend bartenders. As others have mentioned, it's that taller bartender (Alex?) who repeatedly comes across as arrogant and dismissive to us; a less than desirable character trait for a bartender. It's such a pity because that is the sole reason we now lead our groups to spend their money and patronize other establishments instead. Recently we did give Diller another try, but sadly it's the same story and thus this feedback. Hospitality makes a HUGE difference. Bartending isn't just about making a good drink and expecting tips. As someone who tended bar all over Seattle for 23 years, I know how much energy and attitude shape a guest's night. When the service feels cold and passive-aggressively rude, it's hard to feel good about the experience. It's disappointing, because this place has so much potential. Hopefully management considers bringing in weekend staff whose personalities reflect the warmth and atmosphere the space deserves, there are plenty of more qualified bartenders in Seattle that would gladly fill their spot.
