Dumpling, manchow soup, burnt chilli garlic fried rice , veg Manchurian gravy
Vishnu B.

Went in for Saturday evening dinner. Place was good well lit and good ambiance. Ordered dumpling, monchow soup, burnt chill garlic fried rice and vegetable Manchurian gravy. The food tasted really well and brings back memories. The Manchurian was really good and the best eaten so far in the north east states. The service was good and well attended but with a 20% gratuity added to your bill. Overall it was a good experience and would like to some more of their menu items

My first time at Mings won't be my last! Enjoyed dinner on a Thursday evening here and everything was very good. Service was fast. My friend, who had been there before, said they recently updated their dining room and menu. Food was served hot and all was delicious! The mushrooms in Szechuan and Gobi Manchurian, and the crunchy Thai salad were a bit hit. I also had an "adult chai" beverage made with whisky, cinnamon and cardamom which was quite tasty!

A nice elegant restaurant tucked away in the back of a main shopping plaza. We ordered a ton of food since it was our first time here and we are considering them to cater a party at our home. We (mostly) lived all the food so I would definitely recommend coming here. We ordered - Drums of Hell - very nice, we were expecting Chicken Lollipops but these come in a thick gravy - not what we expected but tasted great. Lotus Root in Honey Garlic - a bit too sweet for my taste. I wouldn't order this dish again Gobhi Manchurian - this is a classic Indian-Chinese dish and they do it to perfection! Chili Chicken Hakka Style - our waiter recommended this to us out of the various chicken dishes they have on the menu and it was a winner! Shredded Lamb in Ginger with Spring Onions - an amazing flavor profile - spicy, gingery and garlicky perfection! Loved this! Chicken Fried Rice - a must have accompaniment to the food. Hakka Noodles - I'm not a big fan of noodles but this was really good! The manager Heldrin was very helpful and the waiters were super attentive. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Many vegan options! We tried the Vegetable manchurian, Sweet corn soup, Chili Tofu, and Hakka Noodles. Veggie manchurian was great, however, the staff got confused by how we ordered the dry vs wet version so be weary of that. The sweet corn soup never misses- i get this everytime i go. Its the perfect amount of sweet and savory and has the perfect balance of flavors- also it feels light but its super filling! Chili tofu has a good soft texture. Hakka noodles were light but really filled us up! Would definitely recommend for vegan indochinese lovers! Honestly, the only thing I will say is the service was not the best.

Food was amazing, service and ambience were great as well. All the dishes we tried had so much depth of flavor and spice.

Note this was all for take out

Mediocre at best. Not worth the price but better than mogul express in terms of quality. Accurate ordering time and wait for food. However the food was not impressive in flavor for the cost. The corn soup was the most disappointing item. The cauliflower Manchurian held up very well for a take out order. Spice levels are appropriate. Just expected a little more in flavor profile from the items. Would like to give it a 3.5/5 rather than a 3.

But with that said, my girl wanted some Indo Chinese.... so we made the trip here to see whether it's worth a second visit. Now, to be clear: the Rose is a Pan Asian Cuisine. So it's not necessarily just Indo Chinese, but it also encompasses flavors from all the other countries too. We ended up ordering 3 items in the following order: 1a: Gobi Manchurian 1b: Smoked Vegetable Sizzler 2: Mushroom Sautéed in Ginger Garlic We ordered the first two together and those arrived relatively quickly. The Gobi Manchurian was the better of the two, but I wonder if it was a bit too overpowered with spice and less of the sweet and sour taste (or even the soy sauce). The spice was a bit too overbearing. The sizzler was fine, but it was mostly onions and peppers. The tofu - while cooked fine - surprised me because it was like the silky ma po tofu (which coincidentally is what they serve here). In other words, the same tofu is repeated across multiple meals. I think the tofu needed to be pan fried at least for a sizzler. Because of the above, we didn't feel full and thought that the mushroom would provide a different taste pallet. Unfortunately, that was a miss as the mushroom had the same taste as the gobi manchurian, when it should've been infused with the ginger garlic. Additionally, the mushroom was way too overcooked so you couldn't even taste them either. It was like a crunchy mushroom. No good. To make things worse, the waiter, who also manned the front desk, seemed a bit too aloof at times. Often that meant not refilling water unless prompted and not providing the check on time or not even setting up the tables properly with silverware. It was a bit disappointing. This place has the potential, especially with the cute decor. But failed execution with the food and some lackluster service do not make this a place I'd recommend in the future.

The décor is beautiful, modern, and instantly sets the tone for a great dining experience. The cocktails were outstanding and clearly crafted with intention. I tried one topped with a wasabi/ginger foam (wish I remembered the name!) and the Hazy Tea cocktail that comes in a kettle -- both were fantastic. My wife ordered the Lavender Martini and loved it so much she got it twice. Now the food... amazing. We ordered the paneer dumplings, and I genuinely could have ordered them three more times. They were THAT good. The steamed dumplings were solid too. I got the Lamb Roganjosh, which was flavorful and came in a generous portion. My wife ordered the Side Chicken -- which I happily helped her with -- and the Chicken Biryani, which she enjoyed (a little spicy, but delicious). For dessert, we tried the tres leches and the Indian Neapolitan ice cream. The ice cream, especially the pistachio flavor, was incredible -- rich, creamy, and so unique. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. The ambiance, the drinks, the food, the portions -- everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back! And the staff were so attentive and friendly

For the main course, we ordered chilli garlic noodles and Schezwan in sauce. The chilli garlic noodles were average, but the Schezwan was below average and had an odd essence-like smell. Service was fast and the staff was responsive, which we appreciated. Overall, the experience was mixed -- good ambiance and quick service, but the food quality didn't live up to expectations

Once we received the check, we noticed that next to the Pho Bó, it stated that it is Michelin Recommended, and we completely understand why! We are looking forward to going back!
