Well, it's Thanksgiving dinner and we were supposed to enjoy the holiday spirit and good time, but there was this little hiccup for lack of better expression. Server Noha told us there was no dark meat turkey, only white meat available. It turned out there were dark meat served after us for the next table. When we pointed that out to Noha he lied and said we didn't ask for dark meat, obviously he was embarrassed by this lie, and he was very unprofessional. Besides, he refused to provide separate check for our table claiming he was busy, in fact at the time it was not that busy. Very disappointed about the service. read more

We had 10:30 Thanksgiving reservations for breakfast. The food did not come out at the same time and MOST of the dishes were cold. The waffles for two of our guests came 15 minutes later and the waiter was the nicest and apologized saying they only have one waffle iron(that itself is ridiculous) take them off the menu if you can't accommodate the guests. Had lunch there today and Food Runner couldn't handle the 3 plates she was carrying and proceeded to drop steaming hot consommé on my lap which now has a burn the size of my hand. No first aid, just a cold wet towel. Manager came back later while I was checking my burn in the restroom. To top things off, it seemed like they were all avoiding our table. We had to wait a long time to pay. And I had to ask for my meal to be comped. They finally brought out a different manager for me to fill out legal paperwork and she seemed like she was mad at me the whole time. The waffle was excellent! It was crispy on the outside and moist and light on the inside! I haven't had waffles that tasted this delicious in a while. My hubby has the app trio. It was ok. The bread that you're supposed to dip on the spinach dip was warm. It would have been better if it was toasted. It was a little gross. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. It's Thanksgiving today, and I needed just two dinners. I've heard good things about the turkey dinner at Mimi's and decided to give them a try. I was told that I couldn't preorder individual meals until Thanksgiving Day. I went online very early this morning, and ordered the two turkey dinners. It was an easy process and I paid in advance online. I scheduled a pickup time for 3pm today. To be honest, I was expecting a huge line for pickup and I literally walked right in and they asked for my name on the order. I gave them my info and two minutes later I am on my way home! They were super friendly and very well organized! The food was so delicious! We loved it! Everything was perfectly prepared and tasted great! Great job to the entire team at Mimi's.
