I love the special added touch of bringing it to your table (when they're not too busy!). This place has a church that meets in the back on Sundays! This is also a proper cafe where people work on their laptops, like work work. It's also a place where regulars visit so there's a neighborhood feel. It reflects the diversity of the Bay Area and especially the East Bay. It's just a vibe all around. One of my favorite cafes, hands-down. Gratitude Coffee House, you inspire that which is in your name. Highly recommend!

Once inside, the loud disco music playing both indoors and outdoors made it hard to escape the noise. On the bright side, the service was great! The strawberry foam matcha was absolutely out of this world, and the espresso was strong, rich, and creamy. Overall, great drinks and service, but the parking situation and loud music were the only drawbacks. Hopefully, they can turn down the volume a little!

No music was playing, but there was plenty of seating and air conditioning to escape the heat. There were so many options and I'd love to come back to try more! We got the biscoff bingsu with Oreo ice cream substitute and it was sooooo good. Light, refreshing, sweet, and easily shared between two people. Beautifully presented, and utensils were available near pick up. We ordered from the kiosk and it showed plenty of pictures. Do be careful, it can melt quick!

I ordered the Strawberry Snowflake Bingsu & hibiscus strawberry tea…read more Strawberry Bingsu 3/5 I thought the bingsu was okay. The first couple bites were good but the more I ate the more I didn't like it and thought it was okay. The strawberry wasn't sweet but was sour. I was having a weird grainy textured like paste in my mouth with every bite. Ice cream is okay. I didn't finish the bingsu and ate only about 15-20% Hibiscus Strawberry Tea 3/5 I didn't really taste the strawberry and thought it was mostly watered down. Ambience 3/5 Plenty of parking outside. Tables are a little dirty that I wiped it down. The cashier area was pretty dusty when ordering and grabbing utensils. Service 4/5 Staff seem to be friendly. It's very minimal since it's ordering then self serving. The order did take pretty long considering there was only a couple other folks inside. I would suggest be very careful when picking up your tray with bingsu because it tends to slide around the tray very easily. I almost dropped mine but luckily didn't. Maybe I'll come back to try the mango next time since it's a popular order.

We got the cardamom Turkish coffee which was really good. Service was unfortunately painfully slow - the place was near empty and I understand it takes time to craft the drinks but 15 minutes later we were still waiting! We also got one cheese borek which was great! The Place is also a little steep - three coffees ( two were double espresso size ) and a pastry ran at $33 That said the staff were nice, enjoyed my coffee and glad we gave it a try

I've been wanting to stop by to grab a latte and one of those Korean Cream Cheese Buns…read more I placed my order on the iPad. I picked the Iced double berry matcha latte topped with an ube berry cold foam. All it tasted of was a bland ube/matcha flavor. The strawberry syrup/jam smeared on the inside had a slight sweetness which made the drink slightly better. I assumed the drink would be sweet, while ordering it gave me a milk option and I skimmed through the additions (which all had a charge associated with it, unless I missed something?) the price for that drink was steep. ($8.45) The Cream cheese bun was ok. Something I could have made from home. It's basically a sourdough loaf with cream cheese smeared into sections of the bread and dunked into garlic butter and warmed up. I was shocked at the price, but got one anyway. ($15) The place is small, cozy and bright. Workers are friendly. I might give them a try the next time I visit downtown. But I'll order a drink in person at the counter and ask if it comes sweetened.

Let me start by saying I absolutely adore this place. I found this place on yelp and sent my…read moreboyfriend to pick up smoothies one morning on a whim. The first time got us hooked. The morning ritual is the best smoothie I've ever had. It's hard to balance health and flavor, but this was both healthy and incredible. They list the ingredients used in each smoothie, so you know all of what they contain. You can even add different boosters such as mass muscle, etc. It's located inside of a gym, to the right side of it. Don't be thrown off, you don't need a membership to enjoy the fantastic smoothies. The workers have been really sweet each time we've visited, and when we ordered via Uber it was ready upon arrival. One of the only drawbacks is how expensive it is. I also really wish that they listed their nutrition facts online. For such a health oriented company it's shocking that they don't, and especially a company of decent size. The smoothies contain dates, nuts, etc. So although they are good ingredients they can be high in fats, so it's important to know. Our smoothie also has coffee as well which we enjoy, but knowing the caffeine content would be appreciated. My last order also had huge white frozen balls that were unblended in it which was odd, I'm not quite sure what they were. If the price was lower, we would come here much more often. It is a great way to start your morning, and makes you feel fantastic afterwards.

I thought who wants a half a sandwich? Well guess what, these sandwiches are huge, so you'll be fine with just a half sandwich. I also had the chocolate chip with and without nuts and oatmeal cookies. They were amazing as well, so fresh. The service was quick and friendly. More of a to go place. I'll definitely come back.
