First time trying this place out. Jumbo wings are huge!! They are crispy and sauced perfectly! The Seoul hot does have a bit of a kick but nothing too bad. Chicken is tender on the inside, highly recommended. The order of 5 is more than enough for one person possibly two. The soy garlic bombs are crispy nuggets with the perfect amount of soy and garlic flavors. The chicken is also tender and not overly cooked to dry them out like some places do nuggets. I got the combo which comes with a couple of options for sides. I went with the fries. They are crispy not really seasoned so I'd recommend dipping them in your chickens sauce or the ranch. Paid $26 for these two items, not bad considering the amount of food they provide. Ambiance is nice, it was empty while I was here probably cause it's a little hidden in the shopping center. How are we just now finding this spot?!!! My feelings are hurt. I truly thought the 39 5-star reviews on Yelp couldn't be real but, they were really real. I had the Nashville Hot Sando level 2 heat and good golly Miss Molly! The breading was light and crunchy, while the chicken was flavorful and j-j-juicy. That brioche bun was the cherry on top. They have a plain option but they also have a number of really flavorful options you will not get anywhere. I say, I say... anywhere. I also tried the cheesy flake fries and I have never had fries that flavorful and with a lil crunch on the outside. They cheese is in the coating and not just thrown on like everywhere else. K had the Kimchi cheese sando and went cross -eyed! Ok, she didn't go that far but she loved her sandwich as much as I did mine. She had the onion rings (I tried them); and they were also top 3. By far one of the best chicken spots I've ever been to! My husband and I are in town for the Cowboys vs. Lions game and were looking for great eats in the DFW area. We definitely added this spot to our "must come back" list. We ordered the Kimchi Cheese Chicken Sando and the Seoul Hot Chicken wings with their Cheesy Flake Fries. The chicken sandwich was fresh, hot, juicy and had the best crunch! The wings were covered in their Seoul Hot wet sauce and my god were those wings still nice and crispy despite it being covered in sauce! The portions here are also great, you definitely get what you're paying for. Not only was the food great but the customer service was immaculate! The environment was very welcoming and the music was on point! Right when we walked in we were greeted by a friendly young lady who helped us navigate their menu. Also a gentleman (who I believe was either the owner or chef) came up to us when our food was ready and asked how the food was and then brought over some of their homemade sauces (which are delicious - we recommend all of them but their white Garlic Sauce and their Spicy Mayo hit the spot!) Fried housemade pickles were lightly breaded and fresh and delicious. The Crispy Slaw Sando is totally craveable with the house sauce, pickles and a bright crispy slaw. Hidden GEM in Bedford! I'm so glad I got to try their sandwiches aka Sando. I got the Nashville and BBQ soy garlic. WOW! Amazing flavor and huge SUCCULENT tender piece of chicken. Very fulfilling! Also, their cheese flake fries are a hit. So good. Sadly the only thing I didn't like was the sweet potato fries. I'm a sucker for them but these were a bit floppy (?). It's hard to get it right so I don't blame them. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. They were helpful and patient when I asked about their recommendations and different sauces. (MC sauce is their house sauce, kind of like Chick-fil-A and the comeback sauce is similar to spicy mayo) Am I coming back? Heck yes. I'm going to try the Sweet & Spicy Sando, Seoul Hot Sando and the Nashville fries. Also, I'm getting their sweet tea again. It was refreshing and sweet. BTW I've never used the word Sando in my life. Best fried chicken restaurant I've had in the Dallas Area. The Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich was amazing the chicken was perfectly cooked and crispy and very well seasoned. The level 4 spice level was also very well done and had a good after taste. The cheesey fries were extremely crispy and soft at the same time and seasoned amazingly. Overall much better than anything you can get at Ricky's or Dave's hot chicken. Service was relatively quick with around a 10min wait time. The restaurant itself was also very clean and located in a relatively new complex. Definitely a 10/10 and I'll be coming back soon. read more
