My mom used to recommend Marco's, and I saw someone on YouTube talk about it recently. Mixed reviews. The wings were actually great, really surprised. Would get them again for sure. The pizza, though, the original crust... I wasn't a fan. My boyfriend liked it, though, so it all worked out. =) To me the crust tasted cheap and undercooked, and the garlic crust topping was underwhelming and had a weird cornmeal texture. The edge of the crust was really dry. The toppings were fairly good except for the mushrooms. They had the consistency of canned or jarred mushrooms, gummy and dense. When I want pizza, my go to place is Marco's pizza especially their thin crust. We got the deluxe pizza, and I was not disappointed. We also got the garlic parmesan boneless chicken wings a.k.a. chicken nuggets which were top salty that we had to rinse them off due to the saltiness. Ms. Sabrina, who was working the front is really sweet and ready to assist in any way she can. I failed to ask the other two young ladies names, but they too were great. I won't say it's good for you to eat a bowl of 3 melted gooey cheeses with pepperoni, sausage, ham, and pizza sauce... I'm just saying there's no bread involved. It's keto. It's gluten free. It's crustless. It's Marco's famous Pizza Bowl! It's almost like an Italian queso fundido. I couldn't eat this everyday (I really want to), because melted cheese and cooked cured meats = the most delicious grease that gives me a stomachache. But the Pizza Bowl is a fun, kinda different option for pizza night. I eat a third or so with a salad and glass of wine and that's a really enjoyable meal. I have loved Marcos in the past. My negativity centers on the fact that I ordered a pizza with old world pepperoni, onions and peppers. What I got was a pizza with scant pepperoni (at most two per slice. one with none), and little onion or banana peppers on anything. very disappointing. The people were very friendly and that's probably the only thing that I could say that was positive. I ordered two extra large big cheese with white sauce, which is Alfredo and one with chicken and one was pepperoni and I ended up getting red sauce. I ordered the crust with garlic Parmesan. I had to repeat it twice to the guy on the phone because he just kept saying Parmesan. Then he finally read it back correctly and when I went and picked up my pizza, they were both red sauce and just Parmesan. I called them on the phone and they offered my money back or a remake and we wanted a remake. This time they got the pizza in the sauce correct except for there was no sauce or maybe that's what they call an Alfredo sauce or a white sauce. I am so disappointed I've been eating years, but I did stop ordering from them because they have a big decline in the quality of the food. The last time I ordered was 9/24 and I used to order every two weeks for years. This place definitely has not been the same since they lost a guy named Asa. Please find out what white sauce is from your competition and next time put it on the pizza instead please. Also make sure it's cheesy because that's why I get the big cheese and that the crust isn't so hard. You may want to try out a white sauce pizza called Alfredo from Pizza Hut or garlic Alfredo from Domino's. I should've just got my money back now. I'm bumping my review from 3 star to a 4 star after teetering and deciding what to say lol I think the pizza was okay, but what was great was the pricing. They had some kind of promotional special going on so I ended up trying a pizza to go order and it ended up being $5 cheaper than the special when I picked it up. Its a good late night meal for something quick if you can't decide what to eat. read more

I had the best experience tonight 3/27/24! Timothy took my order over the phone and was so helpful and so kind. Amazing customer service to start off with! I called back about five minutes later to ask them if they wouldn't mind knocking on the door instead of ringing the doorbell because my five-year-old was sleeping. Cameron (the driver) told me he would give me a call when he was outside to make it even easier. When I answered the door, he was so kind with a big smile and it literally made my night. It's the small things that makes such a huge difference especially when you have a sleeping child after a long day. My food was perfect and they brought all the sauces as well as Parmesan. This place came recommended by a friend who's a regular here. I live in Fort Worth, but on Sunday night we drove out here to Bedford because this location was the one she visits. I figured I'd order ahead and I found they had an app so I downloaded it and made an account. It's a pretty easy process. They happen to have a 50% coupon so we got 2 pizzas. We ordered the Pepperoni Magnifico on both and added jalapeños. Amazing. We added the Roma crust topper and it was a perfect combination. We had the original crust with pizza sauce, pepperoni, old world pepperoni and jalapeños. These sliced jalapeños aren't just those thin canned ones you find in a store, they had nice girth to them which made the bite so much more satisfying. While we waited for our pizza the guy at the counter offered us a free movie rental from the video store next door. We walked next door and it was extremely nostalgic. Just had pizza and cheese bread delivered. Everything was old, dry, and cheap. The "cheezy" bread had so little cheese, it was completely undetectable. The "bread" was just old, stale pizza crust with zero taste. The specialty pizza had decent sausage on it but the pepperoni was literally sliced paper thin. The "garlic sauce" crust was just old, stale, dry, and tasteless. I always eat the crust, but not this time. I couldn't. Instead of giving 1 star, I'll give 2 because it seems the quality of everything under the sun is getting worse and worse. I would like to start out saying that I'm not the biggest pizza fan. I typically only eat it when someone else is set on having it. I'm rating Marco's pizza a 4 out of 5 because of the outstanding customer service. I ordered over the phone and Zachary was super nice and helpful. I ordered a large 2-topping pizza (steak & onion) and a 10-pc hot wing that was advertised in their "HotDeals" section on their website. It took roughly 15 mins and in the meantime my boyfriend went and redeemed his free movie next door at the Family Video. I think it's so genius and nice that they offer this! The quality of food is good. The steak was actual steak. My only complaint is the amount of cheese...again, I'm not a pizza lover. So that doesn't say much. But the pizza was super hot. The crust was soft and slightly crispy. The wings were a little soggy, however it's hard to keep them crispy in a container that's steaming hot. They tasted great regardless. I was very surprised how good it was. They put loads of topping on it and we were really impressed with this pizza, especially for the price. We've been ordering from Marco's for years (like once a week every week), and for the most part it's been quite enjoyable. Tonight the storm hit and we decided to order a pizza. We did the take out option bc it was a great deal. Upon my arrival in the midst of the thunderstorm, I was not greeted and the lady working up front was not friendly at all! She grabbed a pizza off the shelf and said it was mine. I double checked it and it looked like a pepperoni - good to go. Got home (literally 2 minute drive), opened up the pizza and discovered it was ice cold and hard as a rock. So disappointing! When pizza was ordered for delivery I was advised 30 minutes and it would be delivered. After an hour I called back to check on the order and was advised it was on its way and they were very busy. After another 20 minutes I called back and cancelled the order and was told a driver quit and they could not keep up. This was our first time at Marcos. We went right after voting in Bedford. It's right down the street. Ok now the fun part. They advertise their three cheese signature cheese. When asked what three cheeses they are they couldn't tell us. Their cheese is a packaged product. They brought us the label. It's not on there. Even called the Irving Marcos and they could not tell us. We also called another and they got two. North Richland hills . Mozzarella and Muenster but could tell us the third. We ordered the ham and cheese sandwich with provolone and it was good. Also had their meat bowl. That's a no bread bowl. Very salty and I couldn't tell you what the three cheese top was.
