Pad Thai with shrimp, brisket and sole.
    Adrizn V.

First time there and it was an amazing experience. From the great service to the very interesting entrées, it was enjoyed by all Our appetizer for the table was the Asian calamari. A great twist on what you would normally think the calamari would be. I had pad Thai with shrimp, sole, and beef brisket. I just had to try this It was out of sight, a great fusion of flavors My wife had the scallops which she said were excellent Dishes seem to be a little expensive until you see the amount of food you get. Nice wine list, which was not too expensive The service was excellent with Cody as our server. Definitely a return visit in the near future

Made a reservation for tonight and got in. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They were surprisingly busy for a Wednesday night.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We got greeted right away and sat. [[HIGHLIGHT]]What a quaint, small, nicely decorated restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We ordered juices for our drinks and they were refreshing and tasty. We did not have any apps but they looked amazing as we saw them walk by. I had the Hanger steak with gulf shrimp. So flavorful and delicious and he had the Seafood risotto. He was amazed at how much seafood there was. And it was delicious. The waiter was pleasant and kind, and him and the waitress ran the place like a well oiled machine! We'll def go back!

Fresh food - farm/sea to table! Excellent through and through. The red sangria is amazing and it comes out smoked with rosemary. I had the seafood risotto and it was very delicious and cooked perfection. The service was wonderful. It was personalized and they insured everyone's drinks were continuously filled as needed. It is a smaller restaurant with limited seating but the food speaks beyond. It is well worth taking a trip to Migg's! You won't be disappointed. The day we got there we had six in our party so they adjusted for us quickly and added an extra table. I highly suggest going as they are a wonderful restaurant to go to. I will definitely go back again and again. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Food and ambiance is great.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My wife had the Pad Thai and I had the cast iron steak with gnocchi. Burrata for the appetizer was amazing!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Great service, great ambiance, but definitely the star is the food, it left wanting me to go back and try the many other appealing options in the menu.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If you are a sharer, the size of the plates allow for it. 1 App+ 2 dishes+ 1 dessert+ 4 drinks =$185. It was worth it for a special date night but that's up to your budget... maybe ordering a bottle of wine would've been better. When I go back I'll probably have just 1 meal to share and 1 dessert. Very happy these guys are here!

    The Pad Thai = killer.

Easily the best meal I've eaten thus far in 2025. Hands down. Full stop. While this unassuming place -- located at the end of a strip mall, no less -- doesn't necessarily look spectacular from the street, the food is jaw-droppingly stellar. It's an eclectic mix of seafood and upscale comfort food -- all with an unexpected gourmet twist. The Pad Thai was an odd combination of shrimp, swordfish, and brisket. (Yes, brisket.) I would order it as my last meal on death row. (Yes, it was that good.) While I'm not a glutton (usually), all the apps look amazing. The burrata salad and the calamari were killer starters. And can we talk about the desserts? There was a plum/peach cobbler that was served piping hot out of the over and covered in rich vanilla ice cream. Our server May was quick to suggest items and we listened to her implicitly. (We were newbies, but we'll be back soon. In fact, I predict we'll be seasoned veterans by the end of summer.) Go. Enjoy. Spend money. Tip well. And bring your appetite. This place is worth every penny.

What an amazing menu! I was at Miggs with several ladies each dish looked and tasting fantastic! I am going back again this week because I want to try everything on the menu. Unfortunately I don't eat sugar so couldn't try the desserts but my friends ordered one of each dessert to share and they said they were outstanding. Can't wait to go back.

That's changed since moving to the Gulf Coast of Florida, where the fish at the local restaurant today was probably swimming yesterday. My "go-to" seafood now is a grouper sandwich which I order blackened but NOT fried. I've sampled grouper sandwiches from many local dining establishments, but my favorite is from "Carvor's Fish House" A couple of important notes: 1) Carvor's is only open for LUNCH. Their hours vary, so you'll want to check the website, but they typically close at FIVE PM, with the last order accepted at FOUR PM. 2) Carvor's has NO inside dining The patio is tree-shaded with extra umbrellas but if it's really hot, you may be uncomfortable. 3) Carvor's has COUNTER SERVICE. You go inside, order your food and THEN go back outside and select a table. When your food is ready, a server will bring it to your table. 4) This is downtown Dunedin, and parking can occasionally be a challenge on Douglas Street, but FREE parking is available in the city parking garage across the street. Pictured is my "blackened grouper" sandwich. A refreshing change from the usual French fries is their homemade chilled tomato, cucumber and onion salad. Delish!

From the moment I saw the seafood case, everything looked ridiculously fresh, and that freshness carried straight onto the plate. The Tides is both a seafood market and restaurant, so you're surrounded by beautiful seafood and ingredients that actually look like they belong there. Then I noticed the MICHELIN plaque outside the building and thought, wait a minute... THIS place has Michelin recognition? Apparently, yes! The Tides has earned a place in the MICHELIN Guide, which suddenly made a whole lot of sense after tasting the food. That salmon was seriously some of the best I've ever had. Fresh, beautifully prepared and so clean tasting that it didn't need a bunch of heavy sauces or nonsense piled on top. It felt like one of those rare meals that is indulgent because it's delicious, but you also walk away thinking, I actually ate something good for me. The Tides was a genuine surprise, and now I'm wondering how many other little gems I've been driving right past without knowing they were there.

My Brother lives in St Pete and takes our Mom to eat there or calls in for take-out at least 2-3 times per month. We arrived tonight (Thursday) around 7:45 PM to bypass the dinner rush. Walking in to be seated, I noticed several empty tables that had not yet been cleared with several people waiting outside to be seated. I was told "there will be at least a 10-15 minute wait, to give my name, and to wait outside." I thought maybe there were enough people waiting already to take up the empty tables, but that wasn't the case. We sat outside in the cold waiting and watching the guy stand at the bar doing nothing to help bus the empty tables, some of which were right by the window. After 15 minutes or more, we were finally called in last walking by the same uncleared tables, led to another table as the table cloth was being placed on it, no menus, no apology for the extra long (unnecessary) wait outside in the cold. When we finally placed our order, we waited some more. Finally our server said "there was a mix up and our order had not gone through." When Mom's favorite seared salmon finally arrived, it was dry and overcooked. I have never written a bad review on Yelp in my life. But, I hated to see my precious Mom & Brother treated this way. Loyal customers should not be taken for granted.
