Wow the food and the service are great ! Every year for the last 5 years we visit our condo just down the street and we eat breakfast here every morning, we even have dinner as well when we want comfort food. The food was delicious. I got the Greek omelet with tomato slices as my side. The price was great for the amount of meat and food that was given. I was stuffed and satisfied. The waitress Aulona was attentive and professional. The place is a bit outdated but that's not a huge factor for me. It was clean and no funky smells or weird/dirty carpet. Definitely coming back! read more

Absolutely wonderful! Brought a party of 30 at 5pm seated right away (we did make reservations for that amount) Our server DANIELLE FROM NEW YORK...was incredible! Took all our orders with one mistake. Brought our food out HOT and never acted overwhelmed! She is a true professional!! Food was great! On a whim , my BFF and I decided to go here for breakfast. We had passed it many times on our travels for treasures at many theft shops abounding in the area. We were promptly seated. And got that great coffee right away. Anonna was great in answering our questions about the Menu. As this was our first time. I had been craving pancakes, and I ordered those with Bacon. Bacon.... lol. My BFF ordered pancakes as well. These pancakes were light and fluffy and tasty. And didn't disappoint. Gotta have that butter and syrup for me. The coffee kept coming as I needed it this morning!! We ordered a fruit bowl to share, which did not disappoint. Anonna was great with the service. They also have a Coffee Bar. A quaint cozy full bar as well. They also a room for groups or parties. I will be bringing the hubby back to this place for lunch or dinner. read more

The restaurant is now under new ownership. It's the same old menu from before with just a few changes. They have since added a bar which is a separate part of the restaurant. We were there for breakfast. We ordered the Chef's Supreme Omelet and the Pecan Waffle with a side of softly scrambled eggs and crispy bacon. Our food was great. The service was friendly and speedy. I can definitely recommend you stopping by to see the remodel and sample the menu. read more

Lazy, incompetent staff that do not wish to do their job. Sunday evening I called to ask what the soup of the day was. They answered & said lemon chicken. We said thank you, we are placing an order now. I placed an order through DoorDash. It was for a bowl of soup, a cup of gravy & a Frisco burger. They canceled the order. It said unable to fill. I called to ask what item was not fillable? They picked the phone up, slammed it down & then took it off the hook. I'm unsure if it was too much to ask that they fill a simple order since they can't even competently answer a phone. I would recommend avoiding this place until they can hire staff that want to work. ***Attention management*** this was February 23rd at 7pm. Hopefully you will be able to find the dead weight in your crew & replace them before they destroy your business. It seems your evening staff do not wish to do their job. I came to pick up my order from DoorDash and the next thing ya know they gave my order to some random DoorDash guy. They didn't even check the order name and just gave them mine. And then I see the manger laughing with the waitress about how I got it wrong. And I asked if they can remake my order but instead the manager call the door dasher who took MY order and wanted ME to tell the door dasher to bring it back, he couldn't and that's when the manger finally decided that they would have to remake my order. read more

I took my dad there for Father's Day and was not impressed with the service. We were seated quickly, but things went downhill from there. A party of three arrived and was seated about 10 minutes after us, yet their order was taken first and their meals came out well before ours. We were the only table that added a bit of diversity to the room, which made the difference in service feel even more disappointing. Food was okay, but the experience left us feeling like an afterthought. I hope this was just a one-off, but it's worth noting. read more

Meet a friend often for breakfast. We decided to try Our Place today and we totally enjoyed ourselves. It is a large comfortable diner type restaurant. I saw a private room with a huge table which would be great if you had a group. The decaf coffee was hot and tasty. I order the Triple Decker Club. It was stacked high with fresh roasted turkey, smoked ham, bacon, Lettuce tomato and mayonnaise. My choice of bread was lightly toasted wheat. The sandwich was made to my liking and large enough to take half home. The side I chose was breakfast potatoes which I don't recommend. My friend decided to have scrambled eggs, bacon and hash browns with toast. She said it was made exactly as she ordered it. She wanted peanut butter for her toast but declined as it was $.95 and it didn't seem worth it. Before our breakfasts were served my guy called and asked to join us. I ordered him softly scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns and wheat toast. When he sat down, the server asked what he would like. I explained the second order I placed was for him. She mentioned that she thought it was a to go order but that it was ready. The portions were significantly smaller than the one that my friend was served (that was interesting) The restaurant is clean, staff is friendly and proficient. The food is well prepared and fairly priced. Oh, there is a large free parking lot too. Definitely a place to go to again. read more

Had a yen for turkey. The Thanksgiving dinner on the menu was excellent. My dining partner had the Fish and chips. Large pieces of fish with savory breading...so good. Server was attentive for sure. Pleasant atmosphere and we engaged in the trivia game there too. Highly recommend for home cooked style food. read more

Very disappointing. I was with a large group that went out for lunch. I ordered the grouper sandwich. Very tiny amount of fish on a large bun filled with lettuce and tomato. the little bit of fish that was on the sandwich was not that good. It was the most pricey sandwich; I just ordered water to drink, and my bill came to $29. Service was fine; Ambiance was so-so. (It was cold) I can think of other places to get a good lunch for less than that. i won't be back. read more

We have gone to Our Place Clearwater for breakfast, Lunch & dinner for several years. This year we decided to do Thanksgiving dinner there with friends. The dinner & service was Amazing!! Food was delicious, plentiful & home cooked quality. Our server went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied, had everything we needed & was friendly, professional & attentive. You'll find really good home style diner fare, friendly super nice staff, and a varied menu here. Everything we've ever ordered here is on point with one exception (more on that later). Their soups are delicious. We especially like the loaded potato, chicken dumpling, and the lobster bisque. I particularly like their fried shrimp and hubby likes their meatloaf with dressing on the side. He also likes the pot pie. Their servings are generous and everything is perfectly seasoned. We often order carry out and they always do a great job. We've also eaten in a few times and the building is older but has been nicely refreshed inside and out. The booths are tight and bolted down so if you have any plus size folks in your party you'll want to ask for a table. The only thing we've had here that was a disappointment was the "crab cakes" for $18. I thought perhaps the price was an indicator that they were using real crab, but I still asked the waitress if it was real crab and she assured me it was. Uh...nope. It was imitation "krab". I don't get why restaurants that are doing so much so well insist on trying to pass off surimi as real crab. If you're going to use "Krab with a K", don't try to play games. Just spell it out on the menu: say "surimi" - or "Krab" with a K. I'm sure some folks will be fine with that. Others (like me) will at least know what's being offered and move on to something else. Other than what's become known at our house as the "Great Krab Kake Disaster of 2022", we love this place and will continue to eat there and recommend. I look forward to a day when Chef Greg makes real crab cakes because honestly, based on everything else he makes, they'll probably be the bomb. read more

The pictures don't do this place justice. I came here for lunch and had the most wonderful meal- grilled cheese plus bacon, chicken noodle soup, and my boyfriend got the French dip. Dare I say best food I've ever had? Excellent service, Alisha cared for the table and was extremely fast and helpful. The restaurant has an old school diner vibe, and a delicious menu- priced very fair. I can't recommend this place enough. read more

Tried to go to Abe's across the street and it was crazy busy. Walked over to Our Place. We had read good reviews. We like bars so we sat at their cute little bar. We had the nicest bartender, Tanya. She made us very welcome and gave us the best service. We love Reuben sandwiches. This was one of the best we have had at a really great price. The fries were extra delicious. Drinks were good and the whole experience was nice. We will be back! read more

I felt lazy tonight so I had a delivery order from Our place. I ordered a hamburger with some prime rib shavings on top. It was juicy and full of flavor, but I made a mistake it putting too much ketchup and mustard though. This took some of the natural flavor of a burger. Nonetheless it was still YUMMERS!! If I ate here alone I would of given them 3 stars. Absolutely everything screamed meh including the service. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. They ask how you want that burger and I said "medium please" but it was well done. So why ask me? The fries were the frozen variety. The server was efficient and employees, in general, seemed nice. My girl loved this place, tho. She ordered an egg sammy with Swiss cheese and a waffle. She raved about both even tho the sammy was nothing more than fried egg and cheese on plain white toast. Anyway, they get a star bump gratis my unadventurous honey. Which leads me to ask, any yelp swingers here? The former Georgie Boys has been transformed to Our Place. If your familiar with the Dunedin location, you'll love this location. The chicken biscuit was also very okay. We ended up leaving 3/4 of the food we ordered on the plates to be thrown in the trash. The ambiance was exactly wheat you would expect from a diner on a Sunday morning that attached to a mall, busy, kinda loud and people everywhere. The food here is just delicious and the service is outstanding. Super friendly servers who make you feel right at home, most especially Nicholas. So polite and super friendly, Nicholas is the guy you want to ask for to be your server. He associates with you as if he has known you forever. The place it self is decorated nicely with warm colors which gives this restaurant a very cozy feel. They'll give you so much food you'll barely finish your meal. Although prices may be a bit higher than some of the other family-style restaurants around town, the quality of their food and portion-size makes up for it. Just like the one in Dunedin but huge . Loved the new paint job , staff is friendly and dressed uniformly . The location is humongous and as usual , an extensive menu . Don't know if they will be open 24 hours like the Dunedin location . Thoroughly enjoyed that beef stroganoff on Thursday and will definitely be back for Prime Rib over the weekend . So as we went to an empty table, hostess lady dropped off menus and a side plate of two room temperature chocolate chip muffins. Bite sized, underwhelming and totally unnecessary. One small bite was more than enough. Blech. While my steak skillet and the Queen Bee's over-medium eggs were quite passable, one thing I noticed was that the quality of ingredients has gone downhill. Perfect example was their home fries. The potatoes used for 'em were canned. There's no mistaking the undertone of salty, wet consistency even if the spud segments are griddled to death and back. I only tasted wet, salty canned taters and some onion. Not very well seasoned beyond that: no paprika, no nothing. The steak in the steak skillet was poorly seasoned as well. One bite would be a bit salty while the next one was bland as anything, and then the next bite had a lil too much pepper. Low quality chopped top round certainly doesn't make for as good a breffist skillet as well seasoned ribeye. Bella still knows what she's doing (she's been there long enough), as the sizable Sunday morning crowd could likely attest. The bulk of 'em were senior citizens whose taste buds may not likely be well tuned to superior quality chow. My sense is that a lotta these folks simply like the fairly reasonable prices on their newly printed menus. I didn't bother snapping any photos this time because quite honestly I didn't really feel very enthused about my experience there. Best of luck to the new owners because if the quality keeps sliding, I'm sure they're gonna need all the luck they can get. They surely won't be getting MY business ever again. I'll stick with Rizo's down further on East Bay instead.

Now, on to our adventure today. We (a party of 4) arrived around 1020ish and were seated pretty quickly. The restaurant was pretty full, which was expected as it was a Sunday morning. The lady who seated us (not our waitress...tall with long dark hair) was very friendly, chatty, and funny. We appreciated her service. Our waitress was quite inattentive. We each got a cup of coffee, along with waters, iced tea, etc. Once we got our drinks and the orders were placed, we didn't see the waitress again until after the food was delivered (i.e., a very, very long time). The tall dark-haired lady finally came around and refilled our coffee/tea/water after they had all sat empty for 10+ minutes. The wait for the food was so, so, so long. We waited close to 45+ minutes for our food (nothing special, nothing fancy, straight up off the menu, no changes or alterations). This has not improved since the last time we were there and it is just baffling to me that it takes so long to get food out. The biscuits and gravy were enjoyed enjoyed, however 2 of the 4 biscuits were so hard she could not cut them with the fork, and with very very great difficulty with the knife. The tops of the biscuits were soft and pillowy but the bottom were pucks. She did mention that she could have another order put in for him but (and these are her words), "It would take about 15 hours for you to get your new plate of food." We declined a new order and thanked her for taking it off the check. I got a sandwich and it was fine, nothing special but also not awful. Our other friend got a full breakfast platter which he enjoyed. He said the pancakes were very fluffy. So, in this updated review, I have increased the stars for the food because it wasn't *as* awful as last time, but still problematic. The worst thing, which was an issue with our first visit, is the wait time for food. It is just too. dang. long. I look at a place like Lennys, where we would have been in, seated and eating by the time we got our first coffee refill (also much too long in a breakfast place.....just....have coffee ready??). We did note when we walked in there were only 3 servers for the dining room --- perhaps they were short staffed which is why we only saw our server 4 times --- once for drinks, once to take food orders, and once to check on food, and once to drop the check. It was the lady who seated us who had a great rapport with the table, who was cheerful and friendly who can take credit for the two stars in ambience. In the end, we gave them another shot. No one at the table was impressed. The kitchen is woefully slow. The service was inattentive. we will not be coming back.

They claimed a 'health inspector' had just been there and told them to only allow 'registered' service dogs. To be clear: There is no legal registration for service dogs in the U.S. or Florida. Health codes do NOT override federal civil rights laws like the ADA. Claiming otherwise is a direct violation of Florida Statute 413.08.
