    Over priced service. I don't recommend this place at all. You should go to Kelly if you want to buy a BMW.

I have spent far more time with the BMW service team and they have all been outstanding. It starts with the personal service and honesty. They always describe exactly what they will and have done and do whatever it takes to complete the work properly. The work was under warranty for most of my time with MAG and I could not have been happier. Not that the service warranty has expired, the cost seems to be high but I learned my lesson by taking the car somewhere else. I went to another BMW expert on Riverside Drive to have a few things checked and the oil changed. I walked out with a $600+ bill and none of the work was completed to my satisfaction. I went to MAG to have the same work done and it was less expensive and completed properly. I recommend MAG BMW to anyone look for a great car shopping and after sales service experience.

I sent specifications for the i4 I wanted, using the Build Your Own feature on the BMW webpage, and relied on my sales consultant to find the car via dealer search. Among those specifications were all season tires. I understand the importance of this detail when buying a car in the winter in central Ohio. I took delivery of the car December 30th, 2024. Soon thereafter I was astonished to find the car was delivered with summer tires. These are utterly useless, and dangerous in winter in central Ohio and I've left the car parked since. I contacted the dealer on January 6th (Steve Johnson, Sales Manager and Chris Zane, Sales Consultant) proposing a no cost swap of these summer tires (with only 94 miles on them) for the BMW starred specified all seasons I had spec'd out, but they have not agreed. Rather, they have been slow to respond and indifferent to a situation where I have no use of the vehicle. They show no sense of urgency or commitment to resolving this satisfactorily.

    Purchased a certified pre-owned mini 1 year ago. Spent $7000 for the extended warranty…read more The vehicle had 2 spots where the chrome was bubbling off and the usb port has a short in it- works sometimes and sometimes doesn't (fire hazard?). I took it in shortly after purchase and MAG fixed one chrome piece but I'm guessing didn't see the other. They also told me there was nothing wrong with the usb ports and to try another cable. I have since tried the phones original cable, high quality, store brands, and multiple cheap ones. They all work sometimes but mostly don't (and work in every usb port in the car except the one in question). A few months later, after having to schedule two weeks out just to look at it, I took it back in this week and after making me take an electric loaner (which has a charger that charges like 20 miles while plugged in for 15 hours, so reeealllly slow) they said they would call and let me know next steps. I had to call back on the third day because I never heard from them. They were ironically just pulling it into the bay when I called. Perfect timing, eh? Thirty minutes later they called to tell me there was in fact a problem with it and now the warranty no longer covers the chrome nor the usb port wiring. It's a little odd that when the factory warranty was still in effect, they couldn't find anything wrong with the port and they 'missed' the second chrome defect- and then a few months after the warranty had expired (and it's under their extended warranty) they miraculously find the issue immediately after looking at it, but unfortunately it's no longer covered so they want $1300... When I mention this, I just get a blanket "I can see how that would be frustrating" response. I tried to talk to the finance manager to cancel the warranty for the prorate refund (learned my lesson to never buy an extended warranty since they apparently don't cover hazards like wiring issues), but he's 'busy' and will call me 'after he finishes with his 2 deals'. Never called back. Updates: Called 4 hours later and they put me to his voicemail. So I left a message reminding him to call as promised. After no return call from the message, I called again and he had left for the day... Called again next day, this time I get sent to voicemail of someone who is on vacation till next week sometime Called back and someone said they would start the process because they couldn't get finance director to answer the phone, but assured me they would call back shortly. They never did Called back 4 hours later, they put me on hold and then hung up after 5 minutes on hold. Called back and talk to someone who assured me they will call by the end of the day (at least the people answering the phone initially are nice). We'll see. However, they close in an hour, so not looking good. -- Surprise didn't call Called back right before closing and they said they would get him on the phone, but sent me to his voicemail. Called back and let them know I'm not leaving yet another message with another broken promise to call back and want to talk to anyone in their half dozen dealerships who can cancel this- someone finally got him on the phone to connect us. It really shouldn't be this hard, if I was spending money they would call/text every 2 hours until I block them. As a side note - they take 8 weeks to process a cancellation. Have fun if you decide to purchase from MAG =)
