I spoke with CJ, the owner, who was just as nice. He quoted me a very reasonable price. I was able to drop off my vehicle with them and they were even kind enough to drive me back home. I ended up not being able to pick up my vehicle for a few days due to my schedule, but kept in contact with them the entire time. They were so understanding. And they even brought my vehicle BACK TO MY HOUSE! You don't get that kind of service everyday. It was so refreshing to have such nice people to do business with. I will definitely go back. DJ showed up on time (after an easy booking process) and busted his elbows for nearly 4 hours. It definitely shows. The car looks awesome, inside and out. I made an appointment with Curbside Mobile Detailing and received a quick email confirmation for the appointment time. DJ also called me prior to his arrival so I was able to let our nanny know to expect him--a simple courtesy that was greatly appreciated since I couldn't meet him at our house on a work day. DJ spent at least 4 hours on the car and my wife's 6 year old, much abused SUV looks almost like new! He also paid special attention to the paint (black metallic), which was looking pretty tired with lots of swirl marks and light scratches. Amazing job. Given the number of complaints registered against this MEW's equipment, I thought maybe they would've fixed some things so I came through today. Pulled my full-size SUV in put it neutral and as it started to move forward, I noticed that the first 2 to 3 feet of the vehicle got hit with the dry brush before the foam bath starts to fall from above in a sheet. A year ago at this location, the foam sheet started right when my bumper passed Forward so that the paint was properly foamed and wetted before starting to get hit with their brushes. The fact that they do not put any water or foam on the vehicle before the brushes hit is inexcusable and were this a franchise I would have them pull their franchise tag. It's not that difficult pull in any square body, GM or Ford SUV and you will find that the nose your vehicle gets hit with brushes two or 3 feet into it before proper foam has rained down from above as it designed to happen at the very beginning.

Speaking of wheels and entering the car wash wheel track For some reason this location rushes you to get on it and it seems like they're not looking at your car and then right when you get up there they're shocked that you're not in alignment that is the only reason why I've not given us a five star More often than not I can feel my car not making a smooth entry and that bothers me because I feel that it messes up my wheels a little bit or my tire and that's not cool As far as a value, this is excellent if you buy the monthly pass, you can go in as many times as you want I wish I could say I go in as many times as I want I tend to go maybe four or five times a month I still feel I'm getting my moneys worth, but I definitely could wash my car a little more frequently. C'est la vie. I do recommend this location however when you're leaving it be careful. It has a very steep drop. Give yourself a little bit of an angle so you don't bottom out your car.
