Returning customer. Completely satisfied and exceeded expectations!…read more We had our 2021 Hyundai Kona detailed by Pristine Detailing last Thursday, and Andy did another amazing job. This car hadn't been professionally detailed since we bought it, and Andy absolutely brought it back to life. It honestly looked like it came right off the showroom floor! For $275, the full detail included: Interior * Vacuuming * Carpet and floor mat shampoo extraction * Seats cleaned and sanitized * Door panels and center console cleaned * Trunk cleaned * Interior windows cleaned Exterior * Hand wash * Clay treatment for bugs and road grime * Buffing * Ceramic paint protection * Wheels and tires cleaned * Exterior windows cleaned * Headlights polished Our Kona also had some paint chipping above the windshield, which Hyundai cars are known for, and Andy even touched that up for us and removed the dealer sticker. That extra attention to detail was really appreciated. I thought $275 (+ tip) was a reasonable price. I found some cheaper options, but they didn't include nearly as much as Pristine. I've also had my other vehicle detailed by Andy before and was 100% satisfied, so I knew it was worth coming back. Andy does quality work. Another good job by Andy and Pristine Detailing team. 5-stars. The Kona looks incredible!

Had Quentin out to complete my interior detailing purchased by my mother-in-law on Groupon…read more Quentin was polite and respectful, ran a few minutes late but had sent me a text letting me know he was going to be 5 minutes late, and was efficient and detailed. Car looks and smells great. Windows are clean and streak free and Quentin left with a promise that if I noticed anything he missed in the next couple of days, he would return. Other than having to schedule out several weeks (Groupon tends to do that to businesses...make the ultra busy immediately after the promotion runs), it was a flawless experience. Very happy and highly recommend!

He was working on the car for about 2 hours or so and he did a good job. I had previously had a dog in the back seat and the left over dog hair that I couldn't get out was really bothering me. The fact that he comes to you is great and it was only $180. I find the value to be worth it when convenience is also part of the mix.

He took on our vehicles over 3 separate days (an SUV, a truck, and a car) like he was auditioning for a superhero movie called Captain Clean. By the time he was done, the cars were sparkling so much I had to wear sunglasses just to look at them. And the windows? Oh, the windows. They were so clean I thought I'd been transported into a luxury car commercial. And the windows? Let me tell you, those windows were so clean that birds were probably flying into them, thinking they were portals to another dimension. (Sorry, birds.) If you want your car to look like it just rolled off the showroom floor (or better). Your neighbors might even think you won the lottery. Highly recommend!

I have never had my car detailed before so my expectations weren't very high to begin with. I had…read morejust accumulated enough dirt over 3 years that it was beyond my ability to clean myself. However, the service I received was far lower quality than I could have done myself. I called about a week ahead of time and made a reservation. They told me to bring it in between 8 and 9 AM instead of asking me when I could bring it. However, despite having an appointment, it took them 6 1/2 hours to have the car available to pick up. I'm also not sure why dropping the car off was necessary and the only option given when they HAVE a waiting area. Their location is not near anything so not having the option to wait there meant I either had to walk several miles or take Uber/Lyft to a place I could wait (which isn't easy with everything closed for COVID). A few minutes after dropping it off, they called me to tell me that because one of the floor mats was muddy, it would be an extra $35. I mean, yes, the car is dirty. That's why I brought it to you. It was nearing time for them to close and I began to wonder if they would have it done that day. Finally, at almost 4 PM, they said it was ready and that I HAD to pick it up by 5 (even though they close at 6?). This was an issue because without a car I had to haul ass back there on foot. When I picked it up, I was told that there would be another additional charge for using a card. One of the workers put my floor mats in the hatch and I was ready to go. I did notice that it didn't look like they'd swept the floor mats but it was a minor detail so I let it go. They also told me they didn't clean the glove box because there was "stuff in it". Upon starting the car the airbag light was on which it wasn't before. I started noticing obvious spots of dirt that shouldn't have been possible to miss. Every surface looked like it had been wiped with a wet rag and the water allowed to dry creating streaks and water spots everywhere. Every inch of all the windows was spotted like this. Then I found brown water and hair in the emergency brake boot. The more I looked at the car, the more I saw they missed things that were so obvious. There was even a clump of mud the size of a shoe showing through the grill. The lack of detail and the apparent lack of care was disappointing enough but the seat belt light was the major concern. After some Googling, it turns out it's fairly common for the seatbelt system to be damaged by detailers and it is not a cheap fix. I emailed them that night letting them know and asking if it was something they could fix or if they would reimburse me for what the dealership would charge to fix it. After two days I had received no response from them. When I picked up the car, the upholstery was noticeably wet. My pants were soaked and the passenger seat was wet to the touch. Even after two days, the seats are still wet in the crevices. They either used WAY too much water or they waited until the absolute last second to detail my car. If that's the case, what was the point of making the appointment? The final straw was the floor mats. After letting them dry in the hatch as instructed, I went to put them back in. They had removed the mud from one of them but the bottoms of the rear ones were caked in mud on the bottom. I thought it must have run off while they were washing them and then dried like that. I spent more money, going to a regular car wash and sprayed them off myself. They dirt came off easily as well as a CASCADE of mud from both of them. They hadn't even cleaned them. At all. And charged me $35 to not do them. Overall, while they did make the car better than it was, they did a very poor job and didn't do some of it at all. They also like to raise the price but not tell you until you go to pick it up. There's really no excuse for not responding to someone's concerns about your service. They've lost my trust.
