First time at Middleton and it won't be the last. They have beer, phenomenal food, cute dogs and super friendly people. Operational wise everything is super smooth and efficient. Drinks are served quickly, food came out fast and the quality was on point. A huge convenience thing we loved here was that everything like napkins, utensils, and even beer mugs are out and ready for you to grab. The nachos definitely won me over, we stopped talking and ate until they were gone. I highly recommend the pretzel with cheese soup too. The cheese soup alone is delicious enough to have you scooping it with a spoon and eating it. You will not be disappointed. $35 for everything before tip, amazing considering we are super full and had good beer.

Rounded off date day with a stop at a new brewery! Great spot on Everett Mall way. I tried The Monkey Butt IPA which was very tasty and not overpowering like most IPA's are. Very smooth and easy to drink. I also had the Semper Fi honey blonde ale which is awesome and delicious. Very crushable! Girlfriend had the Double Tapered coconut brown ale which she said was tasty and smooth. We had a Hawaiian Pizza. It was very good!!! Nice thin crisp crust that you can fold at the crust end and it holds perfectly. Very tasty and just how I like pizza!! Great spot, lots of seating. Try em out!

MICROBREWERY WITH A ROTATING SELECTION OF ORIGINAL CRAFT OFFERINGS TO SUIT ANY PALLET. I had a flight of 6 beers and particularly enjoyed their blonde and IPA. In fact, I loved the IPA so much, that I grabbed my emergency growler out of my car and had it filled with it. Unfortunately, the pizza was another story. OK, so my friends know I'm a pizza snob from NYC. But hey, I have learned to appreciate west coast pizza in its own right. I've always said, "if you really want the best slice of New York pizza, you should go to Brooklyn." But hey, Dominoes is a delicious "Franchise type Store" pizza that is nothing like a NY slice. So please understand that I am really just trying to help this establishment with my pizza critique. Ok, so I ordered a Hawaiian-style pie. The friendly bartender advised me to get a large one as it was only a little more than the personal size. First bite, and I knew something was wrong. The toppings were good, it was the crust! It was sort of chewy. It was thin alright, but not crisp. And tasted like cardboard. Further examination revealed that the dough was not your classic pizza dough. Rather, it had a dark color and was probably whole wheat. Which was not advertised. Now I've had whole wheat pies before. Admittedly, not my favorite. But this dough had something else wrong with it. Perhaps it was not left to rise??? Dunno. But I hope the owners read this and effect some remediation to the recipe. So, ordinarily, a brewery with good service, a friendly atmosphere, and indoor-outdoor seating (a definite plus) would receive five stars. That said, I am forced to deduct one star for the awful pizza. And I can tell you; I am really sorry about it because the beer is GREAT!. And if I can quote myself here from my interview on #yelpwashington on Instagram: "...we need to do honest reviews to help ensure positive interactions with our communities." BTW, if you enjoyed my review or found it useful funny, or cool, please don't hesitate to click the little button to say so, or better yet, go ahead and friend me. So go on! Press that button, and never miss a single one of my epic reviews in the Seattle area and beyond. Excelsior!

This place is part of 4 beer/cider places located relatively close together in the Everett Mall area. They do a lot of fun events where they have you visit each of the breweries and get a stamp, like the Ugly Sweater Crawl and Oktoberfest. This place is my favorite of the 4 as they have an actual food menu. I really appreciate that they offer vegan cheese and often have them sub it on the nachos, the order is huge and I usually have to take some to go. My friends are a fan of the pizza, but the crust was not my favorite. They also have a beer cheese soup (not vegan friendly). It can get busy on event days so you may have to wait a minute, it's a good excuse to drink more beer, but they do utilize a buzzer system. It's great even on non event days as they have plenty of parking and it is usually not too loud, unless there is zumba going on next door. They currently have an outdoor area and like most breweries there are usually dogs present. I also really enjoy the fun beer options they make here. My ongoing favorite is the Mierda Fuego which is a jalapeno pale ale. I get this on nearly every visit as pepper beers are not as common as they should be. They have a lot of seasonal beers, including a Cookie Monster series, which sounds super fun if you are into that kind of thing. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. There's also 2 bathrooms which is a must for any brewery. It can be slightly hard to locate from the street, if you don't know where you are heading.

I accidentally parked on the wrong side of building. Make sure you look up on maps. Plenty of parking. Dog friendly and outdoor seating. Plenty of space inside with cool wall decor. The nachos are tasty and made to order. You have the option of taking a take and bake your own pizza as well!! Definitely coming back.

Chalk-board of fun beer.

A great brewery off of the beaten path. Free parking can be found in the parking lot. Discover is an accepted form of payment. Due to the limited hours, this brewery gets packed. Indoors is small and unpretentious. A small seating area is offered outdoors as well. Table tops are mainly four-toppers. This brewery is dog and family friendly. During our visit, we only noticed one family and four dogs. Love that the dogs outnumbered the children :) Noise levels are loud but not obnoxious. People are just having fun. Middleton is brewing up some fun tasty craft beer here! Fun names, fun flavors and fun stemware. I appreciate that beers here are offered in a couple different sizes and that they are all evenly priced. A limited menu of pizza and sandwiches is available to enjoy with your slurps. Don't expect too much waiter service here since it's so busy. Get up and place your orders at the bar! My wife and I started out with the flight tastings (qty 4) for $6. From our tastings we each ordered pints for $6. After our pints we ordered schooners (8oz) for $4. My wife's favorite beer ended up being the Oatmeal Stout (Peanut Butter). I am torn between Fuego Pale Ale (liquid Tim's Jalapeno Cascades chips!) and the Double Tapered Brown Ale (Coconut). All tasty beers! While sampling brews, we snacked on some Pub Mix (from Costco) for $3. Pub mix always pairs well with beer. For our meal we ordered the Supreme Pizza (12") for $16.50. The thin wheat crust was crispy and yummy. The spent grains added a nice crunchy texture. The toppings were plentiful. Overall, awesome brewery! The only downfall is the limited hours. Guess the limited hours are expected in order to keep brewing great craft beers.

Flat cardboard pizza

Just about the worst pizza I have ever eaten. Could have done better with a frozen pizza. Crust is cardboard flat. Skimpy on the pepperoni for the price. Will not go back for seconds. My pizza looks nothing like the other pics. What the.....? Seriously the pizza is like a 1/4 inch thick. My kids hated it. And they love pizza. What kid hates pizza. This pizza.

I loved this place from the moment I stepped into the door! The atmosphere was great and so welcoming, not to mention the friendly Border Collie and Pug that greeted us upon arrival! I decided to have the sampler ($5 for 4 tastings) served in a 2x4-1 in smaller sized mason jars. LOVED it. All the beers I tried were good. My favorite was their Blonde. (Semper Fi Blonde) The place was small and intimate, about 4 tables and a couch in the main lobby. Each table had a choice of games. How lucky were we to pick the table with the Cards Against Humanity?! They also had Monopoly, Fact or Crap, Uno, Apples to Apples... etc. We had a great time here. I would definitely go back!

Great hidden E-town gem! Great host named Kona (owner's pup), who greeted us, once we got out of the car. Enjoyed great food, beer for the boy & cider for me. The owner is very hands on w/ everything, from the food preparation to the making of the brews. Nice blend of hometown feel & fun energy! P.S. I can say we were all pretty disappointed in this place. The staff was the only positive that we took away from this experience. Both servers that we encountered were both kind and attentive. The drinks and food however totally missed the marks. We all started off with drinks 2 margaritas, a gin gimlet and a beer between the four of us. The margaritas were terrible, like I am not sure how they put them as a feature drink. They had zero jalapeños and also offered no spicy margarita whatsoever. My wife's gin gimlet tasted like straight up lime juice. All were complete misses. Next we moved on to the food where each couple ordered a dozen wings. The X's and O's( fries and onion rings) and we also ordered a wedge salad. The wedge salad came out and idk how it was marketed as wedge when it was a bowl of salad completely engulfed in dressing(closer to soup than salad). Next the fries and onion rings came out and I'm not usually a stickler for what things cost, but $17 for like 6 onion rings and a very sad plate of fries. We expected a bit more for what we ordered for the table. Lastly the wings. While the flavoring of the wings were good, they came out not too warm to the touch and biting into them they were cold on the inside. Concerned that we may get sick from uncooked meat they assured us that they were precooked and just dropped into the fryer to finish them off. To me it is concerning that though they were precooked and still missed on hearing them all way, you may need to have a chat with your kitchen. Both of the servers were on top of it and ran both dozens back to have our order recooked. Second time around they were hot and crispy with good flavor(although the garlic boom boom wings were missing one of the sauces the second time around). It didn't matter, we ate them and paid. Not sure we will put this on our revisit list. Maybe the burgers or flatbread were the way to go, but out of 3 menu items and even the drinks.... There needs to be much more effort to everything here...

In long This place has been a regular stop for all kinds of folks for quite a while. They're famous for this pizza, and it really is pretty good. I stopped by, finally, on a Sunday afternoon to watch some football and see what the place is about. You can park right on 99 or out back; there's a sneaky back door that gets you in from the back lot. You zigzag between pool tables when you come in, and there are flatscreens all over if you want to watch the game. There are highboys, counters, and bar seating, but not too many chairs where you put your feet on the floor. At the bar, they have tons of pull tabs, a few taps, and a full selection of basic liquor choices. I had a couple whiskies. After a while, I checked out The Bomb, which is a good pizza. Very earthy umami flavors with all the artichoke hearts, and kind of a plain white-flour chewy crust. I filled the TouchTunes bin with tons of credits, and got to watch all kinds of football highlights with tunes I like playing. I was out the door for a few drinks and a medium pizza for $70. Not too bad these days. Unfortunately, the bartender "forgot" to bring me back my credit card, then explained she didn't think I gave her one 'cause I had a tab (they don't take your card when you open a tab, just your name), then said she forgot, then thanked me profusely for reminding her to grab it. She wasn't that busy, and I was sitting 6 feet from the card reader. The extra thanks seemed like play-acting. Nothing bad happened, but that's kind of a bummer. I'd still come back but I'll let someone else who wants to check it out talk me into it.
