I have always wanted to stop in and check this bar out. So finally I did, there is side street parking and parking in the back. Krista was my bartender and she was flipping amazing. The atmosphere was great, I ordered chicken strips with fries and guess what? The fries were the krinkle fries, heck ya. My wife and I stopped into Fireplace for a late lunch (2pm) and slurps. We were advised that the fat fryers do not get turned on until later in the evening (depending on the crowd size). I would have given 4 stars had we been able to order food. We were starving. Free parking can be found on the street. Discover is an accepted form of payment. As far as dive bars go, Fireplace is hands down the cleanest I have ever been to. Impressive. Fireplace offers a full bar, a nice outdoor seating area, a pool table, jukebox, pull tabs, darts and TV. My wife had a pounder of Manny's and I had a pounder of Space Dust IPA for $5.25 each. We each also had a schooner for $3.75 each. I appreciated that I was able to get a smaller beer serving since I hadn't eaten yet. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the Fireplace. Overall, we would both return to the Fireplace during later hours with the hope of ordering some beer-grub food to go alongside our frosty beers. read more

Well I can start this review with a warning.beware of this bar.it all started. With the bartender she has been there for a long time she is super rude and very horrible right now you would think you would find a nice one here. Avoid this nasty person at all costs. Fun little neighborhood bar it's been here forever. People sitting at the bar doing pool stops. Several beers on tap. Nice mix of group watching TV and having a good time. Not that divey at all. It's actually almost upscale for my dog party tastes. Bathrooms are clean the parking the back is a little sketchy there's only 11 spots so you have to park on the street. read more

This is my favorite dive bar in Everett. It has TV, skeeball, pool, darts, a jukebox, and a cool atmosphere. Don't be intimidated by the outside - they are very friendly and don't have that "locals-only" attitude that some other places do. They've usually got three IPAs on draft and some kind of jell-o shot special, not to mention strong mixed drinks. The food is all fried and has the best fried pickles in the area...basically all of the food is good and is exactly what you want in a dive bar. It's a great place to hang out and have a few drinks when you feel like relaxing. read more

Amd the bartender Jamie pulled me aside, Amd said the bathroom smelled like meth each time I left it.. I said no.. that's not me.. she Instantly said don't cop an attitude with me... and kicked me out.... Might be all the traffic you have been getting from soundview ... but def not me ... what a B !!! I really didn't like the waitress at that bar! I never been to that bar before and I will never come back again. I believe her name is Candy she's a short lady blonde middle short hair in her mid-50s close to 60s. She was not friendly no greeting not even a smile. I trying to get her attention for a second round she never came to our tables so I had to go to reach her and in the meantime I realize I forgot my mask so she threw a fit!!! I've been here four times all late evening picking up food and having a beer while waiting for the order. Every time the service has been quick and the price reasonable. The place is clean and though very few people are here when I come in everyone is friendly.
