This place was so cute. Not easy to find when driving around but found this place when we were walking around the block. Its tiny inside but the vibe was warm and inviting. The place was very clean and great service. Their cocktails were very unique and delicious. We werent able to stay long enough to see the live music but definitely want to try this place again. read more

Great little cocktail bar in the heart of Downtown Everett! Happy hour 4:00-6:00 daily, with a great list of cocktails, beer and wine. Small plate snacks and pizzas are available. The bartender was knowledgeable and friendly, and the atmosphere is old school classy, almost a little "speakeasy". A great place to go for a drink after work, or before a show at the nearby Everett Performing Arts Center. read more

Every time I come to Everett, I find something new to enjoy! The Colby Club is my latest find. The revitalizing Everett downtown offers an increasingly impressive selection of restaurant and drinking choices. The Colby Club is one of the best. Presented as a "Speakeasy ", it is not in any way hidden away, but strives for the '20s vibe, with period furniture and decor. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, professional,and helpful. Omg, okay so Friday night date night, first Friday of the month, which apparently matters (more on that later). We roll up to the Colby Club in Everett, and honestly? I thought it was closed. It's dark outside, no sign glowing, kinda mysterious in a "do we knock or...?" way. But we slide in and BAM... disco lights, disco jams, and staff dressed straight out of the '70s. I was instantly vibing. We snagged a table facing the crowd because obviously I live for good people watching. Our waitress, adorable and super sweet, suggested I try the Lavender Flip, and holy moly it was amazing. Like floral, creamy, cozy perfection in a glass. Hubby got some cucumber-whiskey thing that looked so fancy I had to steal a sip (and yes, it was as good as it looked). Food-wise, we split... he got the charcuterie board (solid) and I got the bacon-wrapped dates, which were basically tiny bites of happiness. Just enough to snack on without ruining the drinks. The whole vibe? Chef's kiss. My husband actually said, "This is my perfect place," and he's not wrong. Chill lighting, funky crowd, killer playlist, and that sweet spot between classy and relaxed. Only hiccup, it took forever to get our check, but to be fair, it was packed and our waitress apologized about a dozen times. Then I find out Everett does some big "First Friday" thing every month, and Colby Club goes all in. Disco night and all-night happy hour. Like, what?! Unreal. Definitely coming back on a regular night too, just to see what the "normal" vibe is like (if it's ever normal). 10/10 for date night energy, people watching, and cocktails that make you wanna dance under a disco ball. read more

A fun speakeasy two blocks from the Marriot. Great blues playing, while my dark and stormy is a work of art and fits the dark and stormy evening. Mark the bar tender was a showman, cranking out all their specialty cocktails, with friendly, fast service. This place is so cute and such a unique fun place to go for a girls night or a romantic date. It's speakeasy themed and it's got gorgeous mismatch antique furniture it's so cute. They have a food menu which is awesome. The flatbreads are pretty good. The cocktail menu is huge and they are definitely mixologist type drinks made with care. It's near the historic theatre so perfect for pre show drinks and food. All the servers were super nice and had a cozy approach. read more

Finally!!! A great craft cocktail place in Everett! I have been waiting a long time for something like this and it was worth the wait. If you are in the Everett area and are looking for a great place to have an amazing drink then make sure to stop here. Their drinks are top notch and their bartenders are wonderful! They are friendly, and knowledgeable and will always take the time to explain what you are having and what they are doing to the drink during the creation. It has a great speakeasy vibe. To live music on occasion, or the dimly lit venue, or the rustic look of the whole place you feel like you are somewhere special. Highly recommend!! read more

This place is dimly lit like a speak easy with 1920s type music. Really cool looking spot. I got the Boating Trip as my drink and the server thanked me for ordering off the cocktail list because they love making cocktails! That drink was to die for! Omg! Nice and spicy with a pineapple in it that you could actually take bites out of! I want to try so many more drinks but we had a curfew to meet! Will go again!!! read more

Not sure I want to expose this hidden treasure because we usually don't have any issues getting seats . The craft cocktails were stellar & our waitress held her own with our group which can be challenging at times. This place is one of our few go-to's for drinks in downtown Everett. read more

Came here for a quick drink before the hockey game. Very chill vibe. Reminds me of an old speakeasy but a little higher class. Didn't try the food but the two cocktails we had were great. Came to this place for a Sunday happy hour. We were impressed by the bar. Well designed, and the service is great. They concentrate on serving mix drinks and cocktails. There is wine and beer. However, just a few choices. It is more on liquor drinks. They serve appetizers, entrees, and desserts. I had a cocktail called "Sidecar"it was delicious. We enjoyed others' drinks as well. Had some delicious cocktails at The Colby Club! I wasn't quite sure what to expect from this converted Starbucks, but they have done an incredible job of transforming this space. They were surprisingly busy for a Monday night, so it appears that others have discovered this place as well. The cocktail menu is inventive and fun, the decor of this space transports you, the service was very friendly, and music was perfect. I'll definitely be coming back here! read more

I visited The Colby Club for a dirty Gin Martini on a Sunday and was surprised, while the establishment being only weeks old, was comfortably busy. I loved the vibe the place had, a feeling of the 40's, with the decor, music, and the bartender (who wore a classy vest with a nice white shirt, which also helped with the theme). The server was very pleasant to talk with, and even the bartender came out to ask me how my drink was! This is my new favorite, glassy establishment to go to when I want a refreshing beverage! read more

Had a nice experience here on Valentine's Day. Went in after having dinner at another location and had several fantastic cocktails. The interior was nicely decorated and there were a number of cozy locations inside to grab a table. They even gave us a long-stemmed rose which was a nice touch. Staff was attentive and friendly. Bummed to have to update my review - we were here again a little over a week ago, and the red haired bartender called last call a whopping 45 minutes before closing, and then preceded to continue making drinks for someone (assuming she knew her, they were chatting it up) long after. We felt rushed and unwelcome. The time before that, the same bartender kicked everyone out at closing on the dot, claiming she had to "lock the doors"... yeaaaaah, that's not how closing usually works? read more

It's gorgeous, fantastic cocktail menu! Food was limited but great. Got there about 5pm on a Friday, not busy. Drinks took a long time. Waited 30 mins to get the check and finally had to go to the bar to tab out. It was busier when we left, but not busy enough to warrant the lack of timely service. This is a small unassuming spot that you could easily pass by without noticing, which would be a shame! We had a group stop in on New Year's Eve and we had a blast. The drink menu (including the mocktails) was great and the service was superb. It was a busy night and our gracious waitress never missed a beat. If you like classic cocktails this is the place for you. I had to have a second Black Manhattan because it was just so perfect. My wife had an absinthe and they served it in the classic style with the whole drip apparatus. Excellent charcuterie plate and prosciutto wrapped goat cheese filled dates. So not only was the food absolutely delicious and the bartender (the one who took my order) was so incredibly sweet and kind, but they were so fast! The speed also didn't affect the quality of the food either, you expect a pizza done that fast might be undercooked, but it's perfect. Nice crispy bottom still soft on top cheese fully melted. I'm completely hooked on this place now and will be going back often. I'm also excited to go back and have a drink there some weekend night and see how the bar seeing itself is. It looked great honestly, like the perfect dive bar except a lot more on the clean side for a dive. It has a very home town feel rather than a club vibe, and it's far bigger than it looks from outside as it takes over 2 of the buildings there and also has a back door to an outside seating and patio area. My husband and I have been eating here since at least 2021 and have raved to all of our friends and family about how fantastic the cocktails and the food are here. We always bring family here for a nice dinner night when they visit from out of town, and it has been consistent since 2021 until Thursday, August 27th. We always order the same drinks, as they are our favorite. I enjoy the Limoncello Drop, and my husband always gets the Bloody Mary. I order mine with raspberry-infused vodka, and my husband gets the jalapeño-infused. His is always spicy, but flavorful. Mine is always tart and sweet. This time was different. Mine was just sweet and had a dried citrus slice floating in it, which is not how it has ever been served. My husband's Bloody Mary had a wooden stick in it and no garnish. There has never been a floating garnish in my drink, and the Bloody Mary has always come with a garnish. Sometimes it is roasted garlic, green olives, and lime. Sometimes an herb sprig and jalapeño slice; another time was garlic, jalapeño, lime, and rosemary sprig. It has never come without the care of a garnish. Additionally, his cocktail tasted terrible. It was just hot. No flavor, just hot and off-tasting. He sent it back, and later the bartender came by to apologize and said the lime juice was off and they had replaced it. He offered a new drink, which my husband declined. For dinner, we shared the Puget Sound Steamers, and for the first time the broth was bland. We usually sop up as much as we can with the bread, but it was just flavorless. I was not able to order my usual dinner selection of the Alaskan Chowder because they were out, which has never happened before, but it was not a huge deal, so I chose the Caprese Salad instead, and it was okay. My husband ordered the Rustic Mac + Cheese; we have both ordered this many times, and it has always been delicious except for this night. It tasted off too, very pasty. Almost as if the flour had not been cooked enough in the béchamel, or perhaps too much flour? It was so bland and pasty that it was sent back, too. When we spoke to the server about the mac + cheese and that it tasted like uncooked or pasty flour, she said there was no flour in it, only cheese. The menu describes the dish as a creamy béchamel, which is a flour-based sauce, so her answer surprised me. I did not press it. Sending food back is not something we enjoy doing, and we left disappointed. We were not charged for the returned items, and we appreciated that. My husband declined a replacement, so he ended up with no dinner, and we stopped somewhere else on the way home. Something was different across both the bar and the kitchen that night. I hope it was a one-off, because five years of consistency earned this place a lot of goodwill with us. At these prices, we expect more, and my husband is reluctant to go back.

There's another big room past the bar, lots of Edison bulbs here and there, but not so many as to create even a hint of glare anywhere. Dont wear god-fearing, American clothing or red white and blue. I would hope the owner would respond to this comment that I'm making about his club. It used to be a nice little joint. Now it's a bunch of ul mask wearing freaks that don't look you in the eye and "TRY" to make you feel like an outcast if you have a cross on your hat. The worst service I've ever had. I came in with kindness. Even the antifa looking boy that was sitting next to me couldn't look me in the face because he was a coward just like all of them working here. The owner I've met before and he was great. Matt was awesome. And there were a few others that were fantastic. But now it's just some demonic feeling queer crap going on. The bartender wears a mask that goes up to her eyebrows. Don't go here unless you put God last.. It's very obvious these people are liberal freaks that are lucky to have a job. I had a fantastic experience at The Colby Club in Everett two days ago and was really impressed! I decided to try a cocktail the bartender recommended, which was one that a customer had come in with, and it was surprisingly great--sometimes odd combos really do work! The food was another pleasant surprise; for a small bites spot, everything exceeded expectations. The pretzel was served hot, and the cheese sauce was so delicious, I found myself wanting more. I also noticed a lot of people on dates, and it's easy to see why--this place has a cozy, fun vibe that's perfect for a date night. I'll definitely stop by again when I'm back in town and would absolutely make this a stop on a future date. Highly recommend checking it out! read more

Taco Tuesday is offered every day of the week; 3 tacos for $5. Food items consist of pizza, burgers and standard bar food. While deciding on our lunch, we slurped on a Manny's and Bodhi for $7 each. For our meal we ordered the 13" Chicken Ranch Pizza for $15: white sauce, mozzarella, mushrooms, red onions, chicken and bacon. Ten-01 was out of mushrooms so black olives were substituted in place of the mushrooms. White onions were on the pizza instead of the listed red onions. The standard parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes were never offered or brought to our table. The entire pizza was a disappointment. Before leaving, my wife had a Jameson on the rocks for $10 and I had a Hendricks and soda for $12. Staff was friendly. Overall, Ten-01 is overpriced in their beers and cocktails compared to the surrounding bars. Pizza is an indulgence, instead I left mad about my lunch choice. Go to the White Buffalo for exceptional pizza. The overall bar is too unkempt for my liking. We will never return.

The music can be too loud and, frankly, too much of one genre. I feel they are trying to ride a line between nightclub and pool hall, to attract younger clientele. This may be tough on players that need relative quiet to concentrate. All and all, a fun time.
